비디오 데이터에서 캡션은 비디오의 중요한 부분과 내용을 나타내는 가장 보편적인 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 축구 비디오에서 캡션이 갖는 특징을 분석하고 캡션에 의한 키 프레임을 추출하도록 하며, 비디오 요약 생성 규칙에 따라 요약된 비디오를 생성하도록 한다. 키 프레임 추출은 이벤트 발생에 따른 캡션의 등장과 캡션 내용의 변화를 추출하는 것으로 탬플리트 매칭과 지역적 차영상을 통하여 추출하며 샷의 재설정 통하여 중요한 이벤트를 포함한 요약된 비디오를 생성하도록 한다.

The paper examined the concepts and features of content-based Image and Video retrieval systems. It then analyzed the retrieval performance of on five content_based retrieval systems in terms of usability and retrieval features. The results showed that the combination of content_based retrieval techniques and meta-data based retrieval will be able to improve the retrieval effectiveness.

The aims of this study are to investigate the influence of the newly developed cataloging rule, RDA on the LIS cataloging education and to propose Korean LIS cataloging curriculum in a time of RDA. This study specially intended to examine the coexistence of the AACR and RDA and its implications on the LIS cataloging curricula design in the limited time of the course of study. For this purpose, this study examined the rapidly changing cataloging circumstances and how it affects on the cataloging education in LIS. This study also explored the students' as well as instructors' opinion and demand on cataloging education specially regarding RDA. As a result, this paper designed a cataloging education model including RDA curriculum and it also suggested cataloging syllabus based on the education model.

In this study, the author examined medical information management research trends in abroad and Korea from the perspectives of library and information science. LISA was used to collect research data in abroad from 2007 to 2010 (a total of 225 research articles). Korean studies were investigated using DBPIA to compare research trends. Content analysis results based on subject category show that research in abroad increased consistently and electronic resources and collection-related subjects were frequently studied. In Korea, the electronic resources and collection-related research proportion was also high, and much research was done in the areas of bibliometrics. However, medical information management researches did not increase in Korea between 2000 and 2010.

병의원에서 다양한 정보시스템을 도입하면서 환자들과 관련된 방대한 의료 데이터들이 전자적인 형태로 축적되어 왔고, 최근에는 의료진이나 환자에게 적절한 정보를 제공하는데 이러한 데이터를 활용하고자 하는 노력이 이어지고 있다. 그러나 의료 데이터는 분량이 방대하고 전문적인 내용을 다루기 때문에 이에 기반한 정보를 개인 환자에게 제공하는데 있어서는 데이터에 포함된 내용을 사용자의 이해가 편리한 형태로 가공하는 것이 중요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 연관분석과 관련된 행렬 기반 표현 방법을 기반으로 한 하이브리드 시각화 방법을 개발하고, 이를 건강검진 결과에 적용하는 것을 제안하고자 한다.

Many public libraries in Korea have a library service charter setting out the standard of service users can expect. It will help drive and sustain a process of continuous improvement in library service quality and help poster good relations with users, most of whom will appreciate library efforts to take account of their views. In this background. the purposes of the study are (1) to study a theoretical review of the library service charter, (2) to explore an analytical evaluation of charter's contents. through a library service charter of 'B' public library in located Gyeonggido. Analytical results generally. 'B' Public library's charter fulfills the charter's principles and criteria, but service practice standards are insufficient for appropriateness and realization.

최근 사이버대학들은 치열한 입시경쟁을 겪고 있다. 이에 학교들은 교육질 개선을 위하여 다양한 노력을 하고 있다. S 사이버대학의 경우 최초로 전과목별로 실시간 채팅서비스를 제공하여 동영상 강의와 게시판의 한계를 극복하고자 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러닝 교육의 학습효과를 종속변수로 설정하고, 학습내용, 교수설계요인과 채팅서비스를 독립변수로 투입하여, 다중회귀분석을 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과 학습내용, 교수설계요인, 채팅서비스 모두는 학습효과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서는 전교과목에 적용한 채팅서비스는 온라인 교육 효과를 높일 수 있는 방안임을 확인하였고, 효과적인 채팅 서비스의 활용방안을 제시하고자 한다.

개체단위 감정분석(Aspect-Based Sentiment Analysis)는 자연어 처리에서 중요한 연구분야이다. 이는 입력 문장중에 존재하는 aspect term 의 감정 극성을 분석하는 것이 목적이다. 이 분야에서 현재 많이 사용되는 모델은 대부분 로컬 텍스트 또는 로컬 덱스트와 aspect term 사이의 관계에 주목하고 있다. 로켈 텍스트에 비해 글로벌 텍스트는 로컬 텍스트 뒤에 aspect term 내용을 추가해서 문장중에 있는 aspect term 내용을 더 깊게 학습할 수 있다고 생각한다. 본 논문에서는 새로운 masked attention 메커니즘을 사용하고 attention 메커니즘의 입력으로 글로벌 텍스트중에 있는 로컬 텍스트를 가로채어 전체 글로벌 텍스트의 내용과 융합한다. 이 방법은 semeval2014 데이터 셋에서 매우 좋은 결과를 얻었다.

The existing content-based spam mail filtering algorithms have difficulties in filtering spam mails when e-mails contain images but little text. In this thesis we propose an efficient spam mail classification algorithm that utilizes the link structure of e-mails. We compute the number of hyperlinks in an e-mail and the in-link frequencies of the web pages hyperlinked in the e-mail. Using these two features we classify spam mails and legitimate mails based on the decision tree trained for spam mail classification. We also suggest a hybrid system combining three different algorithms by majority voting: the link structure analysis algorithm, a modified link structure analysis algorithm, in which only the host part of the hyperlinked pages of an e-mail is used for link structure analysis, and the content-based method using SVM (support vector machines). The experimental results show that the link structure analysis algorithm slightly outperforms the existing content-based method with the accuracy of 94.8%. Moreover, the hybrid system achieves the accuracy of 97.0%, which is a significant performance improvement over the existing method.

As users of mobile devices such as smart phone are rapidly growing owing to the development of information technology, interest for information retrieval and a variety of services using mobile devices is gradually increasing. Users want to get the tourist information service through the use of mobile devices and accordingly, Korea local governments are trying to provide a variety of services on the mobile tourist information via smart phone. As more interest and requirements on mobile tourist information service, researches on types and preferences of mobile tourist information, measurement of the quality of service, the user's satisfaction and re-use is currently being done. However, meanwhile, the research on the content analysis classified and investigated a wide variety of numerical rating scale such as research topics of research papers, research methodology is wholly lacking. Thus, in terms of the research need on a systematic study of the domestic mobile tourist information, this study presented the research tendencies and implications of yearly research trends, research subjects, statistical analysis techniques, research methods, research models and theories related to the mobile tourist information focusing on journals listed on the National Research Foundation of Korea.
