파트너십 구성요인과 관계 성과;구성적 관점의 탐색적 연구

  • 본 연구는 IT아웃소싱 서비스 공급기업의 관계 성과를 조명하기 위하여 성과를 사회적 기술적 측면으로 접근하고 이에 대한 영향 요인으로 파트너십 형성 요인과 파트너십을 성장 강화시키는 요인에 대한 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 성공적인 아웃소싱은 서비스 고객사와 서비스 공급사간의 지속적인 의사소통은 물론 상호간 위험과 이익을 공유하며 필요시 서로 상생할 수 있는 파트너십 관계로의 관리가 요구되고 있음을 탐색하고자 하였다.

  • The national IT outsourcing is actively achieved centering around the manufacturing enterprise and financial institution. The If outsourcing of the public institution is generalized. The IT development and operation management task are the field in which first an outsourcing is introduced due to a factor including the technological change, the efper increase in demand, and etc. Particularly, the core business of the public institution is the public service. Therefore, the core business of the public institution can concentrate on the core business and by drastically outsourcing the etc task ran improve an efficiency. Therefore, as to the IT outsourcing, the innovative method that can enhance the quality of the public service can become. In this paper, We analyze how the Supply Administration introducing the service level agreement (SLA: Service Level Agreement) and the problem that the Samsung SDS is faced with were solved. And the practical affairs guide-line for managing elements which can minimize trial and error and successfully implement the IT outsourcing is presented.

Influencing Factors on Outsourcing Success in the Defense Sector (국방부문의 아웃소싱 성공도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구)

  • The Korean Army has to construct a system that will enable it to cope immediately with the flexible military relationships in Northeast Asia by systematizing and improving the efficiency of operations. These improvements include building a smart and strong army, concentrating on cost-effective combat skills, maximizing the utilization of private resources, and establishing a military structure based on information and technology. Accordingly, this study proposes solutions to solve the problems affecting the success of outsourcing in the defense industry. Unlike outsourcing in other government ministries, outsourcing in the national defense sector may be unrealistic because this strategy is related to the renovation project of the Ministry of the National Defense. In general, the objective of outsourcing in the defense industry, similar to other businesses, is to improve efficiency and not to reduce troops and national defense budget. Several factors, such as identification and security guarantee, risk reduction, cost saving, quality improvement, the reliability of enterprise, and professional technology, are necessary to ensure outsourcing success in the national defense sector. In terms of effectiveness, the improvement in service quality significantly influences outsourcing success in the national defense sector. Eventually, the national defense forces must be strengthened to prevent the provocative actions of North Korea and other threats by improving identification, sense of national security, and quality unlike the current outsourcing of the government, as well as emulating German GEBB or PMC, which utilizes social capital.

A Study on Degree of Understanding Toward Outsourcing of Technical Processing in University Library (목록 업무의 아웃소싱에 대한 인식도 연구)

  • This study aims at understanding in detail the process of constructing database from outsourced cataloging by investigating the actual conditions of university libraries nationwide regarding the outsourcing of cataloging processing that are being carried out in technical processing. And librarians' opinions about the cataloging inserted by outsourcing companies are considered and revised in depth. Also the degree of understanding of outsourcing company staffs regarding the cataloging is investigated then compared to that of library processing staffs and the difference is analyzed. Coupled with that, degree of understanding about CIP of National Library of Korea and functionality of reference cataloging of Korea Education & Research Information Service(KERIS) is investigated, thus the future directions to which technical processing of library should move forward are presented.

  • Due to the recent advancement of cloud computing, the research on database outsourcing has been actively done. Moreover, the number of users who utilize Location-based Services(LBS) has been increasing with the development in w ireless communication technology and mobile devices. Therefore, LBS providers attempt to outsource their spatial database to service provider, in order to reduce costs for data storage and management. However, because unauthorized access to sensitive data is possible in spatial database outsourcing, it is necessary to study on the preservation of a user's privacy. Thus, we, in this paper, propose a spatial data encryption scheme to produce outsourced database from an original database. We also propose a k-Nearest Neighbor(k-NN) query processing algorithm that efficiently performs k-NN by using the outsourced database. Finally, we show from performance analysis that our algorithm outperforms the existing one.

  • IT 아웃소싱에서 서비스수준협약(Service Level Agreement)은 필수적으로 인식되고 있으며, 그에 따른 합리적인 서비스수준관리(Service Level Management)방법이 요구되고 있다. 합리적인 서비스 수준관리(SLM)은 데이터를 기반으로 통계적 기법을 이용하여 정보기술 아웃소싱 서비스 수준을 관리하는 것이다. 그러나 서비스수준협약(SLA)이 IT 아웃소싱 분야에서 널리 확산된 반면에 그 관리방법은 기초적인 수준이다. 본 연구는 합리적인 서비스수준관리 (SLM)를 위해 통계적 기법을 이용한 서비스 목표수준을 설정하고, 체계적이고 종합적인 서비스 수준평가방안을 제시한다.

  • 정보기술과 지식 사회의 발달로 인해 기업의 다양한 업무 프로세스를 대행해주는 비즈니스 프로세스 아웃소싱(Business Process Outsorucing: BPO)이 대표적 아웃소싱 형태로 자리잡아가고 있다. BPO의 수용에 대한 의사결정은 전략적 관점에서 매우 신중하게 이루어져야 함에도 불구하고, 국내 기업을 대상으로 한 BPO의 채택과 확산에 관한 실증적 연구는 거의 찾아보기 어려운 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 기업의 BPO 수용 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들을 추출하고, 이러한 요인들이 수용의도에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 검증한다. 이를 위해 BPO 수용 관련 위험요인과 혜택요인을 추출하고, 이들 요인이 신뢰를 매개하여 수용의도에 미치는 영향 관계를 실증적으로 탐색해 향후 BPO연구를 위한 명제와 모델을 제시한다. 실무적으로는 BPO 수용요인에 관한 검토를 통하여 향후 BPO 추진 기업을 위한 성공적 추진 전략을 제시한다.

  • 한국의 지역기반 소규모 기계경비업체들은 고객의 수요는 다변화되어 가는 현실에서 첨단 경비서비스 제공을 위한 시스템의 미비와 전문 인적자원의 부족으로 기업경영의 위기에 봉착했다. 이에 지역기반 소규모 기계경비업체들의 혁신적 생존전략 모색방안의 일환으로 관제업무 아웃소싱 전략이 대두되었다. 기계경비 관제업무 아웃소싱 전략은 관제업무의 일부 또는 특정부분을 전문용역업체에 위탁하는 것으로 첨단 관제시스템과 전문관제요원을 보유하고 관제업무를 대행해 주는 아웃소싱기업의 전문성을 최대한 이용할 수 있는 장점이 있으나, 통제와 보안의 문제, 비용 상승과 계약종결의 문제 및 내부 전문기술의 축적기회 상실 등의 산재한 선결과제도 있다.

A Study on Quality Control of Technical Services Outsourcing in Academic Libraries (대학도서관에서의 정리업무 아웃소싱 품질관리에 관한 연구)

  • This study was intended to investigate the quality control in technical services outsourcing in academic libraries. For this purpose, investigated related papers and the experience of outsourced technical services in three academic libraries. Data from senior librarians charged with revision of catalogs are gathered. Issues of catalogs production and quality control are explored and statistics of outsourcing is analysed. Quality control is a major factor of the success of technical services outsourcing operation. The some suggestions in order to enhance quality of vendor-supplied cataloging are presented.

  • In rapidly changing circumstances of IT market, IT outsourcing has increasingly become an important strategic tool to achieve sustainable competitive advantages and to expand IT flexibility. Despite of the fact that many firms have tried to adopt IT outsourcing, comprehensive cases studies on IT outsourcing process have so far rarely been reported. Therefore, this study attempts to analyze a case for the specific evaluation methodology and process of IT outsourcing in one distribution company A. Proposed stages are first, to analyze inside and outside environment of the company second, to evaluate organization/human resource/job and last, to select IT outsourcing tasks and to reassign human resource. Therefore, some guidelines for the process and the methodology for IT outsourcing in this study suggest some practical implications to the company preparing IT outsourcing.
