The standardized procurement of supervisory cost for the construction of domestic Information and Communication Technology(ICT) facilities, which is announced by the Korea Engineering and Construction Association in May 2009, has been applied in the public institutions and private industries. However, the previous standardized procurement is not widely applied in recent years because the ICT and social economic environment have been rapidly changed and the previous equations to calculate the supervisory cost is not simplified. As results, the needs for a new standardized procurement has been increased and the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Energy has published a notice with new standard procurement. In this paper, we provide the explanation of the background and the derivation process of the notice based on authors' experiences of project participation. As research method, we compare the previous mad-day cost of ICT construction and that of another area including electric facility construction, and then we explain a new procurement equation based on WBS(Work Breakdown Structure).

인터넷 기술을 기반으로 하는 웹기반 시스템은 웹 브라우저를 이용한 편리한 사용성과 하이퍼링크를 이용한 효과적인 연결성을 TCP/IP 네트워크 위에서 경제적으로 제공함으로서 최근 급속히 개발이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 운영환경에서 서버 측의 다양한 플랫폼과 운영체제, 그리고 클라이언트 측의 다양한 웹 브라우저가 혼재되어 존재하는 웹기반 정보시스템의 특성은 정보시스템의 개발 뿐 만 아니라 감리에서도 기존의 메인프레임 및 클라이언트/서버 시스템의 경우와 다른 특성을 갖는다. 본 논문에서는 웹기반 정보시스템의 특성과 보안감리 규격인 SSE-CMM의 프로세스 모델에 대하여 분석한 후 웹기반 정보시스템의 보안감리를 위한 새로운 프로세스 모델에 대하여 논하였다.

In this paper, we have studied the improvement of operational control for the enhancement of business continuity of information system becoming more important with the development of information technology such as big data, Iot, and artificial intelligence. The operational management and audit guidance of the current information system, which is coming in the fourth industrial age, where various services, data and industries are converged, is based on the existing general information system pattern and needs to be improved. The provision of services at fixed times is linked to the survival of enterprises and countries and serves as a key element. Therefore, it is necessary to study the application of optimized check items of the operation audits to minimize the service interruption damage of the information system and to provide the stable service in terms of business continuity management. To accomplish this, the check items presented in the operational control of the information system were derived by combining the PDCA step contents and 8 resource requirements provided in ISO 22301. From the point of view of increasing the business continuity according to the derivation criteria of the inspection items, the operational inspection check items were derived by exemplifying the improved check items and review items of the information system operation audit and the products to be checked during the operational audit. The check items were divided into management audit improvement check items for service continuity management, and operational audit improvement check items for performance and availability management. The average score of the IT professionals' survey on the suitability of the proposed checklist was 4.63, which was concluded to be appropriate.

As the integrated and large-scale information is extended due to an advanced information system, a possibility of leaking out privacy increases as the time passes by. As a result, the necessity of using a privacy impact assessment (PIA) is emphasized because it can analyze and minimize the element of invasion of privacy. However, an essential audit for personal information protection is not fulfilled because most of the information system audit supervises over physical, managerial, and technical security items of system architecture area so that general items are the only things being checked. Consequently, this paper proposes that in order to minimize the invasion of personal information, the privacy impact assessment should be done. It also presents a procedure and method of personal information protection audit according to the result of the assessment. After applying the suggested method to two projects, it was confirmed that the improvements for protecting personal information were drawn from this paper.

For the effective and efficient management of the information system development project. the domestic market is also required to manage the project and set up the information system audit items, which are applicable to the actual project using CMM(Capability Maturity Model). With this thesis, we suggest a reference model complimenting the project. by letting a project manager recognize beforehand the present maturity status, within an organization as well as step-by-step management items and audit indicators for the future capability maturity improvement.

우리나라 공공건설공사에서 불필요한 행정업무·제도·환경 등을 개선하기 위해 발주기관은 건설현장 담당자를 통해 관련 개선사항들을 보고·취합하고 있다. 그러나, 현재 업무개선 노력들은 발주기관에서 건설현장으로 지시하는 수직구조로 되어 있어 업무개선결과에 대한 정보 공유와 활용이 이루어지지 않고 있는 실정이다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 건설현장 감리원들의 업무개선 아이디어를 온라인으로 평가하고 이를 전체 건설현장에 공유할 수 있는 창구를 마련하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 국토해양부 지방국토관리청 및 관할 건설현장에서 사용중인 건설사업관리시스템에 개선 아이디어 평가·공유 기능을 구축하고자 한다.
