본 연구는 정보활용교육이 교육과정 전반에 기초소양교육으로서 수행되어져야 교육적 효과를 향상시킬 수 있다는 결과를 도출하기 위함이다. 이를 위하여, 제7차 교육과정의 초등학교 $\boxDr$과학$\boxUl$ 교과서를 대상으로 정보활용교육적 요소를 추출하고자 한다.

현재 초등학교에서는 재량활동 시간을 활용하여 정보통신기술 교육이 이루어지고 있다. 하지만 컴퓨터 교육은 지식기반사회에서 강조되고 있는 ICT 활용 교육에 중점을 두어 구성되어 있으며, 이러한 교육과정 속에서 이루어지는 정보통신 윤리교육은 형식적이고 단순한 지식의 전달 수준에서 그치고 있는 실정이다. 정보화 사회에서 나타나는 부정적 측면의 문제들을 해결하기 위해서는 기본, 기초 교육과정이 이루어지는 초등학교에서 정보통신 윤리교육의 바탕이 세워져야 하고, 그 위에 정보통신 기술교육이 이루어져야 한다. 따라서 형식적이고 단순 전달식의 전통적 정보통신 윤리교육의 틀에서 벗어나 보다 더 큰 교육적 효과를 기대할 수 있는 YP 프로그램을 적용한 정보통신 윤리교육 교수 학습 과정을 개발하여 적용해 보기로 하였다.

최근 인터넷 등의 급속한 보급 및 상용화에 따라 인터넷을 통한 다양한 정보서비스가 널리 이루어지고 있다. 이것은 컴퓨터와 네트워크에 의한 결합으로 구성하여 이루어지고 있는데, 이러한 상황에서 해킹 등의 정보화의 역기능으로부터 정보를 어떤 형태로 보호할 것인가의 문제가 사회적으로나 국가적 차원에서 급속도로 대두되고 있다. 이러한 시대적 요구에 부응하기 위해 현재 정보보호분야에 대한 인력을 체계적으로 양성하기 위한 각종 대책이 정부나 교육기관에서 수립되어지고 있다. 정부는 이미 정보보호기술개발 5개년 계획을 수립하여 현재 각종 사업과 프로젝트를 진행하고 있으며, 또한 국내 전국의 여러 대학에서도 이러한 국내외 흐름을 감지하여 정보보호분야와 관련된 학과(전공)의 설립 등을 통해 체계적인 인력양성방안을 수립 추진하고 있다. 실제로 대학의 정보보호분야에 대한 교육목표설정, 교재개발, 교육과정의 설계, 실험 실습실의 구축과 교원확보 등 많은 부분에 대한 준비를 시작하고 있는데, 현실적으로 대부분의 대학들이 학부과정에서 지도해야 할 부분은 정보를 보호하기 위한 기술습득에 필요한 기초지식일것으로 사료된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이와 관련하여 전국 4년제 주요 대학에 신 증설된 정보보호 관련학과의 현황과 교육과정을 살펴보고 분석하여 향후 교육과정모델과 교육방향에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

As the 4th industrial revolution has progressed in recent years, the importance of robot education in elementary school education is increasing. In this paper, I suggested robot education framework to consider conceptual understanding and learning activities based on the 2014, 2015 KAIE software education standard curriculum for elementary school. The framework is reconstructed the 7 stages, In order to generalize the standardized model of the software curriculum, the achievement criteria should be prepared according to the content system of the curriculum considering the conceptual understanding and learning activities proposed in this paper, and if the educational contents are developed and utilized, it is expected to contribute to the activation of robot education in addition to elementary school software education.

The current curriculums for the gifted and talented students in informatics are not practical and systematic in teaching methods because it is hard to provide the gifted and talented students with appropriate education individualized at their own levels. Furthermore, there are still some problems in previous curriculums for the gifted and talented students in informatics as follows. First, there are not sufficient on previous curriculums for the gifted and talented education in informatics in middle and high schools. Second, previous curriculums in use do not contribute to cultivating the creativity, problem-solving, logical thinking abilities and insight for the gifted students. Third, there is no curriculum, which reflects on individual's ability and aptitude, for the gifted and talented education in informatics. Therefore, in this paper, we suggest stepwise enrichment curriculums that enables the gifted and talented students to be equipped with creative problem-solving skills and computational thinking abilities. In this regard, at first, The problem with existing research and educational institutes for the gifted and talented in informatics were analyzed. Next we developed a concrete stepwise enrichment curriculum in accordance with the practical educational objectives of the gifted and talented in informatics.

According to the presentation of the new national curriculum, this study aims to analyze teacher's perceptions of the information education for lower grade students in elementary school. Before conducting survey, analyzing overseas and domestic researches were preceded. The questionnaires were collected by an online survey of 166 incumbent elementary school teachers after verification by an expert group. As a result, contrary to the basis of the information education curriculum to be strengthened, teacher's stagnant negative perceptions could be confirmed through various measurement variables. Before the introduction of a new national curriculum in 2024, it is a time when efforts to improve teacher's perceptions of information education for lower graders are particularly necessary.

오늘날 우리는 정보사회가 주는 편리성과 신속성, 다양성을 누리는 반면 그에 따른 윤리적 문제들의 위험성 또한 증가하고 있다. 실시간으로 인터넷을 통해 이루어지는 채팅의 역기능 또한 심각해지고 있다. 이러한 정보사회의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 교육적 방안을 모색해보고자 초등학교에서 실시하는 정보통신윤리 교육과정을 분석하였다. 또한 기존의 학자들이 제시한 정보통신 윤리교육의 목표와 내용을 고찰하여 정보통신윤리교육 교육과정의 바람직한 방향을 제시해 보았다. 그 결과를 바탕으로 정보통신 윤리교육과정의 세부영역인 채팅교육에 적합한 교육목표와 지도내용을 추출하고, 초등학교 채팅교육에 적합한 웹기반 학습자료를 설계하고 구현해 보았다.

IT의 급속한 발달은 교육에 대한 인식과 체계를 변화시키고 있다. 각국은 불확실한 사회 변화에 대처하기 위해 정보교육을 강화하고 있는 것도 IT의 발전이 국가의 경쟁력으로 반영되기 때문이다. 본 연구는 미국의 고등정보 교육과정 표준인 CS2013에 근거하여, 층화표집과 무선추출로 선정된 한국의 7개 대학 정보교육과정 현황을 분석하였다. 분석 결과, 하나의 대학을 제외한 모든 대학은 소프트웨어 개발 기초(SDF)와 프로그래밍 언어(PL)과 관련된 과목개설 비중이 15%이상 29.2%이하로 높은 비중을 차지하였다. 플랫폼 기반 개발과 병렬 및 분산 컴퓨팅 지식영역을 세 곳의 대학만 포함하고 있었으며, 정보 보호와 보안영역은 네 곳의 대학만 포함하고 있었다. 본 연구는 국가수준의 고등정보 표준교육과정이 부재한 상황에서 교육과정 구성을 위한 단초 및 고등교육의 시사점을 제공하기 위한 목적이 있다.

한국 유치원 교육과정에 나타난 유아환경교육 관련 내용은 교육과정이 개정되어 갈수록 점차 내용 범위가 확대되어졌으며, 그와 비례하여 점차 환경교육 관련 내용을 교육과정 전 영역에서 다루는 것으로 발전되어 왔다. 현재 한국의 유아교육 현장은 지속기능 실천방안으로서의 녹색성장교육을 강조하면서 그 효과적 적용을 고민하는 단계에 와 있다.

After the computer education become essential in elementary school, computer subject which was absorbed by the other subjects is educating in independent way. However, since the contents of computer education in elementary school is based on the ICT literacy education, sequential disconnection problem appears between elementary school and secondary school computer education curriculum. Therefore, information ethics education that is one part of computer education also has same problems. To solve these problems of information ethics education, it is necessary to set the goal of information ethics education that should be educated through the whole courses of elementary and secondary school and to reorganize the contents. In this study, we analyzed the contents of information ethics education included in ICT literacy education and computer curriculum, and analyzed the contents of information ethics education included in U.S. computer curriculum. Based on these analysis, we designed a curriculum model for information ethics education in computer education.
