Records management professionals and scholars have emphasized the necessity of managing data set in administrative information systems as records, but it has not been practiced in the actual field. Applying paper-based records management standards and guidelines to data set management proved to be a difficult task because of technology-dependent characteristics, vast scale, and various operating environments. Therefore, the data set requires a management system that can accommodate the inherent characteristics of records and can be practically applied. This study developed and presented data set management methods and procedures based on the analysis of data set in public administrative information systems operating in public institutions.

Recently proposed intelligent images are generating, storing and managing along with existing image information and 5W1H information. Therefore, these vector images can be useful in searching and managing photos taking during building construction and maintenance processes. In addition, when the vector photos, a key to the intelligent image, is linked with BIM, it is possible to find BIM objects by utilizing information included in vector photos. And if the taken vector photo is saved as attributes of the extracted object, the vector photo can be managed as the historical data. Furthermore, this new technology will contribute to make the management of construction information more efficiently. This study is about the development of the technology of extracting BIM objects from vector photo information and managing the attributes of the extracted objects. Also the prototype modules was developed and tested to evaluate the processes of setting reference points, converting coordinate system, calculating positions, and so on. Through these processes, it was confirmed that the possibility of extracting BIM objects from vector photos and of managing attribute data of objects.

본 연구는 여러 위치에서 이동 중인 다양한 유형의 단말기에 대해 보안을 관리하는 통합 시스템을 개발하는 것이다. 이 기술은 모바일 단말 인증, 모바일 단말 신뢰, 개인 프라이버시 보호, 3차원 시각화 기술에 의한 모바일 단말 보안 관리 기술이다. 인증과 신뢰 기술은 다른 도메인에 접근하더라도 신뢰할 수 있는지를 검사한다. 개인 프라이버시 보호 기술은 접근 기록을 사용자가 관리하는 기술이다. 3차원 시각화 기술은 단말의 이동과 접근을 3차원으로 모니터링 한다. 이러한 모바일 단말 보안 관리 기술은 여러 기술을 파생하거나 파급할 수 있는 중요한 기술이다.

According to the amendment of the Enforcement Decree of the Public Records Management Act in 2020, an administrative information dataset record management plan will be enacted, and the National Archives of Korea plans to establish an integrated administrative information dataset management system to support it. However, there is no specific service plan that considers the characteristics of the datasets and the Management Reference Table. Therefore, this paper compared and analyzed the current status of dataset services at 14 domestic and foreign public data portals and archives websites, derived implications, and proposed 6 service plans applicable to the integrated administrative information dataset management system. This study's results will lead to utilizing the administrative datasets and the activation of services.

최근 정보처리 기술의 발달과 인터넷의 확산으로 웹 학술 정보원의 양은 방대히 증가하였지만, 이용자들이 원하는 정보를 정확하게 찾는 것이 매우 어려워졌다. 이를 해결하기 위해서는 웹 상에서 생산되는 정보를 효과적으로 조직화하고 체계화하는 작업이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 문헌정보학 분야의 웹 학술정보자원을 선별하여 제공하는 IFL을 통해 웹 학술정보원의 주제분류체계를 제시해보았다.

The purpose of this study is to investigate a trend of citing behavior, characteristics and changes in the field of archives and records management in Korea. This study analyzed the subject of each citing and cited reference that appeared in the Journal of the Korean Society of Archives and Records Management during the period, 2001-2010. One hundred and seventy one research articles were analyzed by keyword, language, and research collaboration. Three thousand and eight hundred and ninety three cited references were analyzed by type of material, language, country of publication, research collaboration, citing age and the most frequently cited literature. Finally, those results of source literature and cited references were compared with each other and a better direction for the future of the field with further studies was suggested.

This paper is a record of the transitioning of the Journal of Korean Society of Archives and Records Management to open access. To understand this process, this paper explains the meaning of the conflict over the copyright among commercial journal aggregators, scholarly societies and public sector aggregators. In addition, this paper explains the declarations for open access transition in scholarly societies in the fields of library and information science and other humanities & social sciences in Korea. This paper records the practices and problems that the scholarly society as a publisher has faced in related to securing the journal publication cost, expanding the channels of distribution, and reforming the regulation of the journal. This paper also attempts to understand this transition process as making a knowledge commons.

This study aimed to develop Research Data Management (RDM) Services in a domestic university library of Korea. In this study, elements and levels of RDM services are examined and in-depth interview was conducted with university researchers affiliated in Seoul National University, which has the largest amount of research fund among universities in Korea. Interview was conducted to analyze their data management practices and needs of RDM services. Interview results show researchers' lack of awareness toward Data Management Policy and data sharing obligations of funding agencies and academic journal publishers. Also, they had trouble managing research data systematically. However, many of the researchers understand the necessary of research data management and education of data management. Based on the interview result, service elements and contents are suggested for RDM services which is consisted of education services, professional consulting services, curation technical services. This study result will help to guide for the planning the future RDM service in university library of Korea.

국내외적으로 기업의 경쟁력제고, 문제해결능력 향상 위하여 무형의 지식자원을 관리하고 이용하는 것은 아주 보편화되어 있으며, 이를 위한 시스템의 개발에 많은 노력을 기울이고 있는 실정이다. 수자원분야에서도 통합수자원관리를 위한 의사결정지원도구, 모델링 능력향상 등을 위하여 지식을 효율적으로 관리하고 이용하기위한 많은 노력이 진행되고 있다. 국내에서는 한국수자원공사의 물포탈, 수자원관리종합정보시스템, 수자원정보센터 등이 운영되고 있으며, 외국의 경우 통합수자원관리시스템 구현을 위한 Global Water Partnership의 ToolBox, EU Water Framework Directive에서 추진 중인 모델링에 있어 품질보증을 위한 HarmoniQuA의 MOST가 대표적인 예라고 할 수 있다. 한국수자원공사의 수자원관리종합정보시스템은 수자원관리를 위한 데이터와 일반 자료의 제공을 주목적으로 하는 시스템인 반면, 통합수자원관리를 위한 다양한 목적별로 정보 및 경험지식을 제공하는 시스템들이 개발되어져 있으며, 현재에도 꾸준히 개발되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 수자원분야의 지식관리시스템 구축을 위해 실시한 설계의 내용과 일반적인 지식관리시스템과 수자원분야의 지식관리시스템에 대한 차이와 이의 적용방법에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

This paper analyzes the implementation of a Knowledge Management System, which helps an organization to share information. Beginning with an overview of the theoretical concepts and types of Knowledge Management System, this paper goes on to describe related information technologies in detail. This paper then proceeds to evaluate the Korea Institute for International Economic Policy's (KIEP) Research Management System as a model, analyzing the purpose, system framework and operation. This study then concludes that in general existing information technologies are sufficient for an organization to build an efficient Knowledge Management System. However, the majority of individuals are currently not fully aware of the importance of sharing individual knowledge and information throughout an organization. Until this reluctance and ignorance is overcome the process of expanding the Knowledge Management System will be a slow and arduous endeavor.
