The purpose of this study was to choice the efficient operation for the Rural Revitalization Support Center(RRSC) by using AHP method. AHP method is to assess the importance of the RRSC has come up with the weighting values. According to AHP analysis procedures, the two most important function for the RRSC are eliciting supports for the forum and human resources development management. And we must acknowledge each RRSC has the difference manpower or condition. Therefore, the RRSC need a focus on efficient and working in conjunction of related organizations, in order to promote the effective center of the function. Also, supraorganization need for integrated management.

In this paper, we propose the new approach with which user is able to retrieve the massive volume of learning contents in the multimedia learning system. In order to secure the compatibility of learning contents. we apply the SMIL on the basis of XML, so that the integration and the synchronization of multimedia components can be available to realize in the mode of standardization. We also implement the multimedia learning contents represented by the RDF on the IEEE LOM. We present the two step-retrieval method to get precise results. In the first step, user can find with high speed and ease whatever contents user wants to take a look through metadata in the system. The second step is followed that by using the time information of SMIL, user can retrieve the interest synchronous parts in the result of the first step. This innovative retrieval approach applied in the multimedia learning system is highly expected to make a meaningful contribution to implement the principles of self-directed learning in the learning environments, where user can use and revise the retrieval results for their own learning purpose and make further the active knowledge-reconstruction.

The statistics of traditional korean medicine is essential aspects for the information based policy establishment and the evidence based traditional korean medicine research. But because the integrated statistics service of traditional korean medicine is not provided, people are hard to find out suitable statistics. Thus we analyzed the produced statistics from many ministries, classified it into 7 categories and extracted common fields from it. We designed the database schema by summary table dynamic production method from the analysis of statistics and designed the system composed of excel import, statistics analysis, chart creation and search engine. Finally we implemented the statistics system of traditional korean medicine which users are capable of modifying the statistics data freely. We hope that the implemented system will provide pliability in searching and finding statistical information.

This paper deals with the efficient management for the intelligent distribution system related with the renewable energy sources, using the wire-wireless monitoring and control device. This device is mainly composed of 2 sections. One is monitoring device with the Autobase S/W and the other is control device using PLC. This paper proposes a wire and wireless monitoring and control device which can monitor and control the 50Kw PV system installed remotely (about 1Km) in the campus of the Korea University of Technology and Education. By the analysis of PV output characteristic using the device proposed in this paper, it is confirmed that the device can contribute the maintenance of PV system and also the establishment of Smart Grid.

A VOD server, which is the central component for constructing VOD systems, requires to provide high bandwidth and continuous real-time delivery. It is also necessary to the sophisticated disk scheduling and data placement schemes in VOD sewers. One of the most common problem facing in such a system is the high initial latency time to service multiple users concurrently. In this paper, we propose a dynamic stream merging scheme for reducing the initial latency time in VOD servers. The proposed scheme allows clients to merge streams on a request as long as their requests fall within the reasonable time interval. The basic idea behind the dynamic stream merging is to merge multiple streams into one by increasing the frame rate of each stream. In the performance study, the proposed scheme can reduce the initial latency time under the minimum buffer use and also can enhance the performance of the VOD server with respect to the capacity of user admission.

Environmental geologic maps were produced on the cheong-Ju area using GIS technique. They are GIS maps on land management and regional land use planning. In the last year, the model of environmental geologic map was established, and the digital database was constructed by environmental and geotechnical data collected form various sources. The special maps for environmental geologic study were also pnoduced ; landslide hazard and risk map, cut & fill map, actual run-off map and engineering geological map. The maps are secondary models (sub-model) in order to create final environmental geologic map. Finally, Environmental Geologic Unit(EGU) was evaluated for regional land use planning and land management by EGIS(Environmental Geologic Inforafion System). This unit is very important in order to assess environmental geologic impact on large construction works and detailed road design etc.

목적: 현 연구는 6-12주된 첫 아기를 둔 여성 152명을 대상으로 첫 임신기간 동안 참여했던 정규와 비정규 학습활동의 정도와 범위를 알아보기 위해 시행된 것이다. 설계와 방법: 연구를 위한 정보수집을 위해 다측면의 자가선택 연구도구를 사용하였고 4가지 구성개념을 측정하였다: 독립변수로 학습에 대한 성향, 학습을 위한 사회적 지지, 임신에 대한 기대, 그리고 종속변수로서 첫 임신 동안 정규와 비정규 학습활동의 참여정도. 또한 일반적 특성으로는 6가지 변수(연령, 인종, 결혼상태, 교육정도, 직업유무, 가족의 수입)를 측정하였다. 3개의 독립변수와 1개의 종속변수사이의 이변량관계를 측정하기 위해 단순회귀분석을 시행하였다. 일반적 특성과 종속변수와의 관계는 t-Test, Point Biserial, Spearman Correlation Coefficients를 이용해 조사하였고 임신 중 학습을 위한 설명적 모델을 유도하기 위해 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 결과: 연구결과 3가지 이변량관계가 모두 통계적으로 유의한 것으로 나타났다: 학습에 대한 성향($r^2$=.17, p=.001), 사회적 지지($r^2$=.27, p=.0001), 그리고 기대($r^2$=.17, p=.0001). 교육정도와 결혼상태는 강한 설명력을 가졌고 연령, 인종, 직업유무와 가족의 수입은 통계적으로 유의하였으나 설명력이 약한 변수들이었다. 임상과의 관계: 이러한 결과는 임신 동안 여성의 학습욕구를 만족시키기를 바라는 성인대상의 교육자들 만큼이나 건강관리제공자들을 위한 실제적인 관련성을 보여주고 있으며 또한 중요한 생활사인 임신 동안 자발적인 학습을 하려는 성인을 이해하기 위한 이론적으로 유용한 모델을 제공한다.

This research has analyzed the influences of Service quality on Brand image, Brand attitude and Behavioral intentions. And it is also investigate how is brand image and attitude effects behaviors on customers to choose airline. This research have valuable data in order to establish the strategy how airlines can introduce themselves to customers. Based on the statistic results, We are able to find out the meaningful differences. Airline's Service Quality cause the positive influences on brand image, brand attitude and behavioral intentions. This research has several implications such as what kind of strategies airline needs focused on in order to improve passenger's satisfaction.

EAP, which is operated on the frame of Risk Alarm 4-stage of National Risk Management Guideline, is a critical method in order to promptly respond to disasters. Korea Flood Control Office issues major and moderate flood alarm at each river station by respectively 50% and 70% of design flood discharge in terms of watermark or sea level, however, the criteria deciding major and moderate floods are vague for field managers to control the disaster situations. On the other hand, Japan and USA use river water level as a main criterion in order to classify the stage of flood disaster, which is higher design flood level than Korea. Thus, the authors analyzed domestic and oversea EAP guidelines and suggested improved criteria showing easy display method and raising the criteria of flood level for reflecting more effective action plans through testing a simulation training on the test-bed.

In this paper, to solve some problems of the Mobile IP and local registration strategy we propose a method that can effectively support real-time traffics sensitive to delay time and packet loss. The proposed method reduces the registration time after a Mobile Node's movement between networks by carrying out the pre-registration for the domain which it will move into the network information of the link layer of cdma2000 system, at the boundary cell's handoff zone. Through the cost analysis and simulation it is shown that the proposed scheme yield a better performance compared with the Mobile IP and local registration strategies in terms of packet loss for parameters; variation of the velocity of a Mobile Node, and a distance between the Mobile Node and home networks, etc.
