The Effects of Flow and Typicality on Consumer Stickiness and Loyalty in the Internet Shopping Mall (인터넷 쇼핑몰에서의 플로우와 전형성이 밀착도와 충성도에 미치는 영향)

  • 본 연구에서는 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 생존과 발전을 위한 단계로 방문빈도, 방문 지속성의 전략이라고 할 수 있는 쇼핑몰 밀착도를 결정하는 요인들과 플로우에 영향을 주는 요인, 전형성에 영향을 주는 요인, 인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형에 따른 인터넷 쇼핑몰 속성 태도와 인터넷 쇼핑몰 전형성의 관계, 소비자 행동 측면의 플로우 경험과 전형성의 영향정도 등을 조사한다. 이를 기반으로 인터넷 유형을 분류하여 인터넷 쇼핑몰의 특성 및 콘테츠 특성에 대한 전형성 정도를 세분화할 수 있다. 또한 밀착도와 충성도의 관계를 파악함으로 인해 쇼핑몰의 방문빈도 및 방문지속성의 유지가 기업의 장기적인 발전에 어느 정도 기여를 할 수 있는지에 대해서 파악할 수 있다. 본 연구결과 인터넷 쇼핑몰 특성은 전형성에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 콘텐츠 특성은 플로우에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 이를 통해 현재 오프라인을 기반으로 한 쇼핑몰인 경우 이 전에 오프라인에서 유지해 오던 상품제시, 보장, 명성 등이 온라인까지 확장되었다는 의미이며, 이러한 현상은 현재 오프라인 소매점에서 온라인 소매점으로 확장할 경우 이들 특성들이 전이(transfer)된다는 사실을 쇼핑몰 관리자들은 인지해야 한다. 또한 콘텐츠 특성은 오프라인 쇼핑몰보다는 순수 온라인 쇼핑몰이 플로우에 영향을 더 많이 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러므로 순수 온라인만을 주목적으로 창업하려는 쇼핑몰 관리자들은 콘텐츠 특성인 인터페이스 기능 강화, 톡특한 디자인 및 Lay-Out 등에 투자를 해야 한다. 위의 결과를 통해 플로우 및 전형성이 밀착도인 방문빈도 및 방문지속성에 영향을 미치며 이러한 밀착도는 소비자 충성도에 제고에 영향을 미칠 것이다.

  • 본 연구는 기존 포털형 정보 서비스의 한계를 극복하고자, 이전 연구에서 제안된 연구자의 R&D 프로세스 과정에서의 협업을 지원하는 개방형 협업 지원 서비스 플랫폼을 기반으로 하여, 본 연구에서는 R&D 프로세스 중 '사전 단계'에 대한 설계와 구현을 소개한다. 우리는 R&D 프로세스를 문헌 리뷰와 연구 가설 설정 등을 수행하는 '사전 단계,' 실험과 데이터 분석 등을 수행하는 '실행 단계', 논문 작성 및 출판 등을 수행하는 '성과화 단계'로 구분하고, 이 중 '사전 단계'에 대해 프로젝트 뷰, 그룹 뷰, 문헌 뷰, 관계 뷰를 설계하고 구현하였다. 연구자는 이 플랫폼을 통해 문헌 내용 및 문헌 간 복잡한 연관성을 신속하게 파악할 수 있으며, 플랫폼은 연구자에 의해 자연스럽게 생성되는 사용자 정의 관계를 통해 향후 심층적인 문헌 네트워크 구축 및 분석이 가능해질 것으로 기대한다.

Analysis of the definition and visual representation of the prisms and pyramids (각기둥과 각뿔의 정의 및 시각적 표현에 대한 분석)

  • This analysis was intended to present pedagogical implications related to the guidance of solid figures in elementary mathematics textbooks. The definitions of mathematical concepts and visually represented examples presented in the prism and pyramid units were analyzed. As a result of the analysis, differences were observed in both the method and content of defining mathematical concepts, even though the same curriculum was reflected. Additionally, various forms of visual examples were provided during the learning process of prisms and pyramids. Based on the results of this analysis, it is necessary to understand the definition of mathematical concepts and to teach students in an appropriate manner, considering the goals of each session and the objectives of the activities involved in presenting visual examples.

Effect of Sampling Frequency During Storm Period on Estimation of Pollutant Load from Paddy Field (강우시 채수빈도가 논 오염부하량 산정에 미치는 영향)

  • In order to examine effects of sampling frequency during rainfall-runoff process from paddy field on the estimation of pollution load, EMCs of several water sampling frequencies were examined. Water quality samples were conducted by every two hours interval for each event. It was found that difference of load estimation between five times sampling and two hours consecutive sampling during rainfall-runoff showed $15.2{\sim}-15.2%$ for T-N, $20.0{\sim}-26.2%$ for T-P, $28.6{\sim}-35.7%$ for the SS, respectively. In the same way, the effects of number of sampling data on estimation of pollution load using runoff-mass load(L-Q) method were investigated. L-Q equation made of five times sampling data provided 10% differences in estimation of mass loads of T-N, T-P, and SS when compared to those by L-Q equation using entire two hours consecutive sampling data during runoff process.

Growth and photocurrent study on the splitting of the valence band for $CuInSe_2$ single crystal thin film by hot wall epitaxy (Hot Wall Epitaxy(HWE)범에 의한 $CuInSe_2$ 단결정 박막 성장과 가전자대 갈라짐에 대한 광전류 연구)

  • A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for $CuInSe_2$ single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal electric furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, $_CuInSe2$ mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the hot wall epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were $620^{\circ}C$ and $410^{\circ}C$, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of $CuInSe_2$ single crystal thin films measured with Hall effect by van der Pauw method are $9.62\times10^{16}/\textrm{cm}^3$, 296 $\textrm{cm}^2$/Vㆍs at 293 K, respectively. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the $CuInSe_2$ obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni's relation, $E_g$(T) = 1.1851 eV -($8.99\times10^{-4} eV/K)T^2$(T + 153 K). The crystal field and the spin-orbit splitting energies for the valence band of the CuInSe$_2$ have been estimated to be 0.0087 eV and 0.2329 eV at 10 K, respectively, by means of the photocurrent spectra and the Hopfield quasicubic model. These results indicate that the splitting of the Δso definitely exists in the $\Gamma$6 states of the valence band of the $CuInSe_2$. The three photocurrent peaks observed at 10 K are ascribed to the $A_1-, B_1$-와 $C_1$-exciton peaks for n = 1.

Numerical analysis of CZ growth process for sapphire crystal of 300 mm length: Part II. Predictions of crystal growth length without sub-grain defects (300 mm 길이의 사파이어 단결정 대한 CZ 성장공정의 수치해석: Part II. Subgrain 결함이 없는 단결정 성장 길이의 예측)

  • In this study, a c-axis displacement and an internal stress of the sapphire crystal of 300 mm length have been analyzed numerically and the crystal length having no sub-grain defects have been predicted. The hot zone structures were modified with the crucible geometry change and the additional insulation layer installed above the crucible. The simulation results show that the c-axis displacement difference between the original hot zone and others originated from the sub-grain defect formations in the sapphire ingot. When the crystal grown by CZ (Czochralski) grower using the modified hot zone, the crystal length having no sub-grain defects was increased about 57 mm maximum than the original one. When the simulation results compared with the experimental one, the predicted crystal length having no sub-grain defects were well corresponded with the experiment one in c-axis wafer of the 300 mm sapphire ingot. Therefore the sapphire crystal of 250 mm length having no sub-grain defects was successfully grown by CZ process.

Process design for solution growth of SiC single crystal based on multiphysics modeling (다중물리 유한요소해석에 의한 SiC 단결정의 용액성장 공정 설계)

  • A top-seeded solution growth (TSSG) is a method of growing SiC single crystal from the Si melt dissolved the carbon. In this study, multiphysics modeling was conducted using COMSOL Multiphysics, a commercialized finite element analysis package, to get analytic results about electromagnetic analysis, heat transfer and fluid flow in the Si melt. Experimental results showed good agreements with simulation data, which supports the validity of the simulation model. Based on the understanding about solution growth of SiC and our set-up, crystal growth was conducted on off-axis 4H-SiC seed crystal in the temperature range of $1600{\sim}1800^{\circ}C$. The grown layer showed good crystal quality confirmed with optical microscopy and high resolution X-ray diffraction, which also demonstrates the effectiveness of the multiphysics model to find a process condition of solution growth of SiC single crystal.

  • The purpose of this study is to develope BIM Template according to major building material for efficiently and quantitatively evaluating greenhouse gas emission at the design stage. Template users consider various environmental impacts without connecting simulation tools for analyzing environmental impact and Template users who have no prior knowledge can Life Cycle Assessment by using The green template. For this study, Database which was reflected in template was constructed considering environmental performance. and 6 kinds of environmental impact categories and PPS standard construction codes were analyzed by major building material derived from literature. Based on this analyzed data, The major Material Family according to the main building material was developed. When users conduct modeling by utilizing Family established, evaluating result can be confirmed in the Revit BIM Modeling program by using the schedule function of the Revit. Users through the modeling, the decision-making environment performance possible. In addition, we propose to create a guideline for the steps required to build an additional established family.

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship among flow, satisfaction, service quality, and revisiting intention of college ski class participants. By analyzing a total of 106 college students from a university in G city, this study found the following. First, the flow of ski classes had a positive influence on the satisfaction with the ski class. Second, the satisfaction with the ski classes had a positive influence on the service quality of the ski resort. Third, the service quality of the ski resort had a positive influence on the revisit intention. Fourth, the flow of the ski class had a positive influence on the service quality of the ski resort mediated by the satisfaction of the ski class. Fifth, the satisfaction of the ski class had a positive influence on the revisiting intention mediated by the service quality of the ski resort.

Influence of relative distance between heater and quartz crucible on temperature profile of hot-zone in Czochralski silicon crystal growth (쵸크랄스키법 실리콘 성장로에서 핫존 온도분포 경향에 대한 히터와 석영도가니의 상대적 위치의 영향)

  • To lessen oxygen concentrations in a wafer through modifying the length of graphite heaters, we investigated the influence of relative distance from heater to quartz crucible on temperature profile of hot-zone in Czochralski silicon-crystal growth by simulation. In particular, ATC temperature and power profiles as a function of different ingot body positions were investigated for five different heater designs; (a) typical side heater (SH), (b) short side heater-up (SSH-up), (c) short side heater-low (SSH-low), (d) bottom heater without side heater (Only-BH), and (e) side heater with bottom heater (SH + BH). It was confirmed that lower short side heater exhibited the highest ATC temperature, which was attributed to the longest distance from triple point to heater center. In addition, for the viewpoint of energy efficiency, it was observed that the typical side heater showed the lowest power because it heated more area of quartz crucible than that of others. This result provides the possibility to predict the feed-forward delta temperature profile as a function of various heater designs.
