1. Objectives The purpose of this case is to report a Taeumin, who was examined as Hwa-Byeong, received a medical treatment with Cheongsimyeonja-tang and consult of Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 2. Methods We examined this patient as Hwa-Byeong by using Hwa-Byeong Diagnostic Interview Schedule(HBDIS) and we also diagnosed a patient's mental state by using MMPI to understand a human instinct of the patient. Additionally, we used QSCC II and PSCC to distinguish a patient's Sasang Constitution. 3. Results We received a positive result by using prescription as Cheongsimyeonja-tang and consult according to a patient's Sasang Constitutional Medicine. 4. Conclusions We suggested that the patient would receive steady treatments as consult of Sasang Constitutional Medicine and medicinal therapy afterwards.

The most important problem in logistic activities may be to decrease the transportation efficiency due to the traffic congestion in urban areas. The traffic congestion reduces the average travel speed of freight vehicles, and then increases the travel time. These problems can lead the logistic system to be inefficient. As a result, it causes an increase of transportation costs. In addition, the increased cost is a main barrier for the transition to an advanced logistic system. This study focuses on the analysis of key factors choosing commercial freight vehicles using Logistic regression-analysis with RP (Revealed Preference) data to solve the increase of private freight cars and transportation costs. Additionally, this paper presents policies to promote good use of commercial freight vehicles based on the results of this study.

The population is aging rapidly in Korea. From that point of view, 'aging' becomes our reality, and the progression of aging brings about far-reaching changes throughout the whole country. The developed countries are making vigorous preparations for aging now, but our country has not been doing well. So it is necessary to research the counter plan for aging. As an aged society is coming dose at hand, we need the urgent overall countermeasures to decrease the difficulties and troubles the elderly are suffering in their daily lives. This thesis studied the documents and literatures on the fundamental direction of design in preparation for an aged society. The fundamental direction of design needs the conversion to the view that will enable society to cope with the problems of aging. One of solutions for them is Universal Design. Universal Design should be embodied with synthetic and diversified approaches and strategies. 1 expect the healthy aged society with Universal Design mind to build the society where everyone can live together.

The NaCl contents of food waste composts made by various techniques known up to now were under the level of 1% by fresh weight basis. But these techniques has some problem that is environment pollution from treated water and high equipment cost. The application to agricultural land of food waste compost that is not sufficiently removed NaCl was considered to be improper due to salt accumulation in soils and plant growth inhibition by salt stress. The purpose of this study is to decompose NaCl in food waste compost using triple salt and this method is differ from existing chemical method. Also, reaction of NaCl with triple salt produced KCl that is basic material of potassium fertilizer. Moreover Also, there was temperature rise of average $5^{\circ}C$ as result that apply triple salt in food waste 600 ton in food wast composting productive capacity. Obvious odious smell reduction effect appeared pretreatment process and fermentation process with temperature rise and this is because triple salt activation of aerobe and removes odious smell cause material by salt content decrease effectively.

Universal Design is comprised of three main concepts known as barrier-free, adaptive and life-span design. It does not focus on accessibility for the disabled, but rather expands its breadth to the comfortable use and easy access in ail physical environments and facilities. In this study, the researcher views the present and future of universal design through the cases of kitchen design. Based on the market changes in design guidelines and the changes of time uncovered from past studies, this researcher suggests that universal design would develop through mass customization for personalized use, application of new technology and consideration of psychological aspects. Additionally, for the diffusion of universal design appropriate solution in economic cost problem, social recognition and conversion of problem cognizance in designing is needed. In Korea design models of universal design concepts are not yet in production over various fields. In order to develop and study universal design which suits our country, cultural and regional characteristics should be considered as well as physical, perceptual, psychological aspects.

This study attempts to analysis the roles of national laboratories in the context of regional innovation systems and the contribution to local economic development in the case of Taedok Science Park in Korea. It also tries comparative studies between Taedok Science Park and some European experiences. Recently the role of national laboratories as key innovation agents for regional development strategies is emphasized in European countries. In the similar context, national laboratories have explicit missions to assist in the formations of new firms and to support existing small and medium-sized enterprises in their localities. It is found that these functions are largely present and become more important in Taedok, but that the linkages between national laboratories and local firms are still weaker than some European countries. This study concludes that national laboratories in Korea should reinforce the industry-research linkages with local economic activities in the region to stimulate cooperation activities.

This paper covers a series of activities including initial proposal and actual development for the performance improvement of large-scale public facility management system under the application of green IT concept, which finally produced various excellent results in the administration of expense control, human resources, and general affairs. Actual development procedure starts from the analysis required by system users with the purpose of finding cost reduction opportunities under the application of green IT concept, which is followed by a series of activities including making a proposal for performance improvement, the development of trial system and the actual application into real system. As an example of large-scale public facility management system, national qualification management system was taken in order to convert the existing individual test storage unit into on-line storage space equipped with reinforced security function, resulting in acquisition of efficient productivity and greater savings in human resources as well as general expenses. A comparison with existing system and newly developed system was made in the area of number of operators, abnormal processing, system maintenances. It proved that efficiency increased to the minimum of 2 times and to the maximum 12 times with the 5 million savings of personal storage unit.

This research focuses on the process improvement of port logistics by using Lean methodology. On the one hand, we firstly analyze the current situation and weakness of the processes in port logistics, and then re-design the current processes by the principles of Lean discipline. Based on the appropriately changed processes, the improvement scheme of port logistics will be figured out. On the other hand, we construct the port logistics system by implementing the improved processes. The port logistics' processes accomplished in steel company will be further assorted and identified. The relationship of wharves process, operational process, shipping process, construction process, quality process, and purchasing process are also defined. Every process has been improved by Lean Tools in order to analyze the value added or non-value added processes, to improve the service level, and to reduce the cycle time, inventory, changing time, re-working and waste. Based on above, the appropriate environment that is suitable to Lean process of port logistics will be established and the modeling that can help to implement the improvement scheme will be figured out.

In this paper DynaMoNET is suggested as a novel IPv6-based multi-homed mobile network architecture which is composed of nested mobile ad hoc networks dynamically coming together through wireless personal area networks. Each ad hoc network has a mobile router which may work as a root mobile router instead of fixed mobile routers in a DynaMoNET. A root mobile router provides the reliable Internet connectivity for the entire mobile network. This paper includes a innovative handover protocol for multi-homed mobile networks, network switchover algorithm considering multiple decision factors, root mobile router election process based on token-based algorithm fast root mobile router discovery algorithm and fault avoidance mechanism to support reliable Internet connectivity. Finally the system architecture of a mobile router is given in detail.

The Korean government has pursued various policies to revitalize the cloud industry since 2009. In particular, the government enacted the 'Cloud Computing and Privacy Security Act' for the first time in the world in 2015, creating institutions and support programs to boost the cloud industry. As a result, the volume of the cloud industry has increased significantly, and the number of companies and professionals have increased. In this paper, the researches analyzed the situation of Korean cloud market, usage of cloud computing in enterprises, effects and problems of cloud-enabled companies based on the industrial survey conducted from 2016 to 2019, In this study, the results showed concerns of security, uncertainty about cost savings, and IT capabilities of enterprises as problems in revitalizing the cloud industry. The researches also propose strategies, perception changes, and development processes for companies to resolve the problems.
