Bei den vorigen Untersuchungen von VP-Ellipsen handelte es sich urn Auxiliarverben, die im elliptischen Satz auftreten und auf die Wiederherstellung der elliptischen VP bezogen sind. Im Unterschied dazu, geht es bei der vorliegenden Arbeit urn die Partikel auch, die in den VP-Ellipsenkonstruktionen auftritt. Zuerst spielt die Partikel auch als ein Fokusoperator eine Rolle, d.h. sie identifiziert das Subjekt des elliptischen zweiten Satzes als eine Fokuskonstituente und addiert die Fokusbedeutung der Fokuskonstituente. Zweitens spielt die Partikel auch als ein $Pr\"{a}suppositionsausl\"{o}ser$ eine Rolle. Hierbei behauptete ich, dass sie eine einfachere Proposition 'Jemand anders als das Subjekt des elliptischen zweiten Satzes existiert.' als in den vorigen Untersuchungen $pr\"{a}supponiert$. Aufgrund von oben genannten Beobachtungen $repr\"{a}sentierte$ ich im Rahmen von $Diskursrepr\"{a}sentationstheorie$ die Bedeutung der VP-Ellipsenkonstruktionen. Insbesondere, indem ich nach Kamp et al. (2003) zweistufige Prozedure von DRS-Konstruktionen annehme, konnte ich einzelne Bedeutungen der Partikel auch erfassen und beschreiben.

This paper summarizes the present status of the discarded appliances treatment including the estimations of their quantity, constituent materials, and recyclings.

최근 기업들은 과거처럼 양적 성장위주의 경영관리체제에서 벗어나 변화하는 경영환경에 부합사는 새로운 변신을 강력히 추진하는 전력도구로서 아웃소싱을 점차 고려하고 있다. 이러한 정보기술 아웃소싱의 성공과 실패를 결정짓는 중요한 요소중의 하나는 벤더(vendor)와 클라이언트(client)간의 힘의 균형관계다. 본 연구는 벤더와 클라이언트간의 힘의 균형관계가 아웃소싱계약의 엄격성 정도와 갈등관계에 미치는 영향과 계약의 엄격성 정도가 갈등에 영향을 주는 정도를 조사했다. 실증분석결과 첫째, 힘의 균형과 갈등관계에 있어서는 정보력 불균형이 서비스 질 문제갈등과 이윤문제갈등에 부(-)의 영향을 주며, 준거력 불균형이 이윤문제 갈등에만 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 힘의 균형과 계약의 엄격성 정도에 있어서는 정보력불균형이 계약수정정도 및 도구개발정도, 전제내용기술정도 모두에 각각 부(-) 의 영향을 주며, 준거력 불균형 또한 계약수정정도 및 도구개발정도, 전제내용기술정도 모두에 각각 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로나타났다. 마지막으로, 계약의 엄격성정도와 갈등관계에 있어서는 도구개발정도만이 비용문제, 서비스질문제, 이윤문제 갈등에 각각 부(-)의 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

The Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS) is a general human error framework originally developed and tested within the U.S. military as a tool for investigating and analyzing the human causes of aviation accidents. Based upon Reason's (1990) model of latent and active failures, HFACS addresses human error at all levels of the system, including the condition of aircrew and organizational factors. As a result, this study aims to examine the influence between the latent conditions based on HFACS. This study seeks to verify the factors of "Organizational Influence" effecting the "Precondition for Unsafe Acts" of HFACS. The results of empirical analysis demonstrated that the organizational influence had a positive influence on precondition for unsafe act, especially the "Organizational Climate" of organizational influence had even greater influence on precondition for unsafe acts.

최근 가장 영향력 있는 수학적 실재론과 관련된 논변은 버지스와 로젠의 딜레마이다. 일종의 반-유명론적 논증인 버지스-로젠 딜레마는 유명론자들이 취할 수 있는 제한된 선택지를 제시한 후 그 어느 선택지도 적절하지 못함을 주장하는 것이다. 논자 역시 버지스-로젠 딜레마가 성립한다면 유명론이 가망 없는 전략임에 동의한다. 그러나 논자는 그들의 논의가 유명론 대 실재론이라는 대립구도 대신, 유명론 대 수학 및 과학이라는 잘못된 대립구도를 전제하고 있음을 본 논문을 통해 밝히고자 한다. 간략히 말해, 논자는 버지스-로젠 딜레마는 수학자 및 과학자들의 주장이 글자 그대로 실재론을 함의함을 전제하는데, 이것은 실제 수학 및 과학 활동과 일치하지 않을뿐더러, 이를 입증하기 위해서는 철학적 가정이 개입해야 함을 밝히고, 그 과정에서 유명론의 가능성을 모색하고자 한다. 이러한 논자의 전략은 유명론 진영 안의 특정한 입장을 지지하는 것은 아니다. 버지스-로젠 딜레마는 특정한 유명론의 문제라기보다는 유명론 자체의 가능성과 관련된 것이기 때문이다.

기존의 아날로그 방송에서 디지털 방송으로의 전환이 가속화되고 있으며, 디지털 방송은 아날로그 방송과는 다르게 다양한 서비스를 사용자에게 제공 할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다. 디지털 방송에서는 트랜스포트 스트림을 이용하여 비디오/오디오 이외에 데이터를 전달하여 방송과 관련된 정보나 어플리케이션을 다룰 수 있다. 트랜스포트 스트림을 방송환경에서 사용 할 경우 응답시간이나 중복되는 패킷들에 대해서 어떻게 고려하느냐에 따라서 시스템 전제에 성능을 영향을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 데이터 방송을 위하여 패킷 단위로 전송되어온 트랜스포트 스트림을 효과적으로 처리 및 분류하고 선택적으로 상위 계층으로 전달하는 패킷 매니저를 설계 및 구현하였다.

Lens design method by using equivalent lenses was already introduced, but the method has a limitaion that all lenses should be in the air. Therefore, we often get improper solution in designing cemented lenses. In this study, the lens conversion from thick lens to equivalent lens and its reversal was generalized without any preconditions, and the third order aberration fomulrae were derived for the generalized equivalent lens system. The generalized equivalent lens conversion were applied to typical cemented doublet and triplet, and they show that the third order aberrations of the generalized equivalent lenses have better agreements with their corresponding thick lenses than the previous conversion method.

본 논문에서는 Bacterial Foraging Algorithm과 FCM(fuzzy c-means)클러스터링을 이용하여 TSK(Takagi-Sugeno-Kang)형태의 퍼지 규칙 생성과 퍼지 시스템(FCM-ANFIS)을 효과적으로 구축하는 방법을 제안한다. 구조동정에서는 먼저 PCA(Principal Component Analysis)을 이용하여 입력 데이터 성분간의 상관관계를 제거한 후에 FCM을 이용하여 클러스터를 생성하고 성능지표에 근거해서 타당한 클러스터의 수, 즉 퍼지 규칙의 수를 얻는다. 파라미터 동정에서는 Bacterial Foraging Algorithm을 이용하여 전제부 파라미터를 최적화 시킨다. 결론부 파라미터는 RLSE(Recursive Least Square Estimate)에 의해 추정되어진다. PCA(Principal Component Analysis)와 FCM을 적용함으로써 타당한 규칙 수를 생성하였고 Bacterial Foraging Algorithm을 이용하여 최적의 전제부 파라미터를 구하였다. 제안된 방법의 성능을 평가하기 위하여 Box-Jenkins의 가스로 데이터와 Rice taste 데이터의 모델링에 적용하였고 우수한 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

자판기 표준약관이 개정된다. 그간 공정거래위원회 약관제도과와 우리 협회에서는 자판기 거래 분쟁 최소화를 위해 기존 약관을 개정키고 합의하고 새로운 표준약관 마련 직업을 진행해 왔다. 새로운 약관을 준비하며 상호간 쟁점이 되는 사항들이 있었지만 절충에 절충을 거쳐 개정안을 도출해 냈다. 이번에 마련된 표준약관 개정안은 그간 자판기 부실판매의 주된 사례로 작용했던 임대를 전제로 한 기망판매 행위, 수익성 보장을 전제로 반품을 할 수 있도록 유인하여 판매하는 행위 등을 금지될 수 있도록 계약해제 요건을 구체화했다. 또한 구매자가 자판기 구입 후 3개월 이내에는 일정 손율을 지불하고 임의해지를 할 수 있도록 했다. 자판기 구매자 보호 요건들을 강화했음은 물론 거래관계를 명확히 해 상호 분쟁의 요소를 최소화한 것이 특징이다. 이 같은 내용을 골자로 하는 자판기 표준안은 공정거래 위원회 약관 심사 자문회의를 거쳐 1차 승인이 났고, 마지막으로 심의 위원회 최종승인만을 남겨놓고 있다. 하지만 자판기 유통시장 정화에 대한 강력한 의지를 반영한 개정안이기 때문에 별다른 수정 없이 승인이 날 것으로 보여 진다. 이럴 경우 자판 산업계에서는 다가오는 2006년부터는 새로운 약관을 사용할 수 있게 된다. 금호에서는 새롭게 개정되는 자판기 표준 약관의 세부내용을 살펴보고, 자판기 산업계가 어떻게 이를 받아들여야 할지를 살펴봤다.

In this paper we investigate the axioms defining area and volume so that revisit area formula for triangle, volume formula for triangular pyramid, and related contents in school mathematics from the view point of axiomatic method and Hilbert's third problem.
