Abstract

Rapid increases of bulky home electric appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, washing machines, etc are about to create many problems in their waste management in Korea. This paper summarizes the present status of the discarded appliances treatment including the estimations of their quantity, constituent materials, and recyclings.

발생량이 급증추세에 있어, 이들의 처리가 심각한 사회문제로써 대두되고 있는, 대형 폐가전제품에 대한 발생량 추이, 구성재료, 회수 및 재활용에 대한 국내현황에 대하여 기술하였다.
