측두하악장애의 치료에 이용되는 저주파 전자침 자극요법의 임상적 효과를 평가하기 위하여 치료를 시행한 28명과 치료를 전혀 시행하지 않은 10명의 대조군을 대상으로 치료전과 치료 2주 후에 경혈점의 압력통각역치와 임상지수를 측정하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 환자군에서 저주파 전자침 자극요법을 시행하기 전과 후의 임상지수가 유의하게 변화하였다(P<0.001). 2. 환자군에서 저주파 전자침 자극요법을 시행하기 전과 후의 압력통각역치는 G2, G21, Li4, S2, S3, S8, Si19 및 T17에서 유의하게 증가하였다(P<0.05). 3. 대조군에서 임상지수와 압력통각역치는 실험 전후에 차이가 없었다. 4. 환자군의 임상지수가 대조군에 비하여 유의하게 변화하였다 (P<0.05). 본 연구는 저주파 전자침 자극요법의 주관적 뿐만 아니라 임상적인 효과를 보여줌으로써 측두하악장애환자의 치료에서 저주파 전자침 자극요법이 유용한 방법임을 제시하였다.

The electronic acupuncture has the advantage of treating the patient with acupuncture by simultaneously analyzing the patient's physical condition and treatment condition. In this paper, it is proposed and developed an electronic acupuncture algorithm embedded in a multi pad. Especially, it is implemented the control algorithm using the optimal electronic dipstick calculation, sensing pad and DSP system for the patient's body condition. Moreover, in this paper, it is developed SW and HW prototypes that can receive personal information by patient and can receive multi-array type electronc needle guiding procedure based on WEB.

It is used the important method that Oriental doctor determines patient's disease status observing patient's state of tongue in Oriental medicine clinic. In this paper, it developed the how to use the pulse diagnosis and tongue diagnosis based on s mart based electronic acupuncture. It will do objective judgment without wrong diagnosis. In this paper, we developed the algorithm that it automatically determines patient health condition and smart electronic acupuncture kit using fuzzy logic and fuzzy reasoning system were completed. In this paper, Simulation results proved that acupuncture is effective than the traditional method of using electronic intelligence.

고령토의 조직과 산출상태의 관찰결과 산화철 광물을 침전시킨 철의 주요 근원은 모암인 회장암에 함유된 각섬석과 녹니석이다. X선 회절 분석결과 침철석은 녹니석이 버미큘 라이트로 변질되고 각섬석이 용해되기 시작하는 하부 백색 광석에서 우세하며, 적철석은 각섬석, 녹니석 및 버미큘라이트가 심한 용탈작용을 받는 상부 적갈색 광석이나 열 개에서 침철석과 함께 산출된다. 침철석 및 적철석내 Fe에 대한 Al의 치환량은 각각 6~26 mol% 및 5~8mol%이며 이 두 값 사이에는 비례 관계가 있다. 회절선폭의 크기로부터 계산된 침철석과 적철석의 평균 입자크기는 340$\AA$ 이하이며 침철석은 약간의 침상을 보이는 반면 적철석은 탁상이다. 전자현미경 관찰에 의하면 버미큘라이트와 수반되는 침철석은 침상 또는 성상이나 적갈색 광석에서는 그러한 특징이 작다. 적철석은 육각 또는 원형을 보이나 상부 적갈색 광석에서는 보다 불？칙한 모양이다. 적철석과 침철석의 광물학적 특성을 합성실험에서 보고된 결과들과 비교하여 성인적 측면에서 논의되었다. 이 지역에서는 침철석과 적철석의 생성에 적합한 기후조건들이 중첩된 것으로 생각된다.

The oriental medical treatment has many strong points when compared to the western medical treatment, but there are still problems when there is no scientific proof given concerning the effectiveness of a certain treatment. Moreover, experiments are being conducted where new medical treatments applied to patients suing both oriental and western techniques. Especially, in oriental acupuncture, there is no objective data on which an oriental medicine doctor can decide the injection time for acupuncture needle by considering a patients body condition, age and the condition of the diseases. From computer simulation results, it has been that the electronic needle is more efficient than the conventional method of acupuncture needle.

Recently, the scientific study from traditional oriental medicine is being progressed. Moreover, through both oriental medicine and medicine are cooperated with medical examination and treatment, the study in cooperation of merits from oriental medicine as well as from medicine is progressed. In this paper, we will develop automatic needle shot using fuzzy rules and USN techniques, which a user can choose meridian pathways from the menu items built in the cellular phone, so it can perceive patient's body conditions and launch an aneurysm electric pressure of a cycle.

To confirm the effect of electroacupuncture on the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve, the change of evoked potential in the sciatic nerve, the change of enzyme activity in the spinal cord, and morphological change of injured sciatic nerve were examined comparatively in acupuncture group (AG) and control group (CG) after sciatic nerve of guinea pig was injured by purpose. The value of evoked potential after injury of the sciatic nerve was increased in both AG and CG, but the increase rate of that was higher in AG than CG. Acid phosphatase activity of the spinal cord was increased in 1CG and 2AG, but shown are tendency to return to the normal state as time went by. Ultrastructural recovering rate of the injured sciatic nerve was higher in AG than CG. Also, there was developed only adipose tissue in sciatic nerve of AG. As mentioned above, the effect of electroacupuncture on the regeneration of injured peripheral nerve was confirmed experimentally by change of evoked potential, acid phosphatase and ultrastructure. Especially, the effect of electroacupuncture was appeared clearly in an early stage than other treatment stages.

A total of 12 species in six genera of the poneromorph subfamilies group in Korea was reviewed. All investigated specimens are classified into three subfamilies; Amblyoponinae, Proceratinae and Ponerinae. Totally six genera were known and Cryptopone, Hypoponera, Pachycondyla and Ponera belong to the subfamily Ponerinae and Amblyopone and Proceratium belongs to the subfamily Amblyoponinae and Proceratinae respectively. In this study, keys to the all known genera and species of the subfamilies in Korea are presented. A synonymic list, description of a worker and comments on each species are given with SEM photographs of worker.

This paper was performed for the older people with cognitive abilities deteriorated, and its effectiveness is analyzed through measurement value of HRV. This paper was investigated the major acupressure that has been used frequently to people who has to decrease cognitive ability in the old documents. We measure the several variation by using a measuring instrument of HRV after performing an operation of acupuncture and moxibustion for elderly degraded cognitive ability. As compared with the measured values, the moxibustion and acupuncture to changes in the autonomic nervous system, heart rate and how it affects the efficacy was measured. As a result of research, acupuncture and moxibustion could be confirmed through the HRV analysis that there is a positive effect on the improvement of cognitive skills.
