While information and communication develop, the Electronic commerce payment system is progressing. Recently, a government established the electronic commerce activation policy which simplified a payment Through this policy, the information which the financial company monopolizes can be fused with the other industry and create the popularization use of the electronic payment service and value added services. But on the other hand, the concern for the security is very high, Accordingly, the finnancial institute take a restriction of the requirements for the participation company according to the financial scale, this policy is led by the private institue, rather making a participation of fin tech venture difficulty. This paper tries to deal with the technical and legal problems for the activation of electronic payment system and fin tech. So I will examine the security matter that follows in grifting the innovation technology onto the existing payment service and propose a desirable way to improve the current legislation.

미국과 싱가포르는 모두 세계에서 가장 우수한 기업 경영환경을 제공하는 국가이다. 그러나 미국이 자유방임형이라고 한다면 싱가포르는 철저하게 계획형이라는 점에서 다르다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 미국과 싱가포르의 전자무역 지원정책의 사례를 분석하고, 상호비교를 통해 우리 나라 전자무역 지원정책에 대한 시사점을 파악하였다. 본 연구의 가장 큰 시사점은 전자무역의 활성화가 기본적으로 민간의 적극적인 참여로 이루어져야 한다는 것이다. 정부의 역할은 주도적인 입장이 아닌 철저한 지원자의 입장에서 수행되어야 한다. 정부가 거래알선 및 e마켓플레이스 등 전자무역의 핵심적인 활동에 직접적으로 관여하기보다는 관련된 민간기업을 육성하고, 기업들의 전자무역 수행능력을 제고시키며, 기업의 전자무역 활동이 원활하게 이루어질 수 있도록 전자무역 인프라의 확충에 정책의 초점을 맞추어야 한다는 점이다. 향후 전자무역 촉진을 위한 주요 정책의 방향으로 전자무역에 대한 기본적인 인식을 제고 할 수 있는 홍보활동 강화, 전자상거래 지원기관과 전통적인 무역지원기관들의 연계 및 산학연계 활동의 촉진을 통해서 중소 기업에 대한 실질적인 전자무역의 지원, 전자무역 관련 전문인력의 체계적인 양성, 무역 관련 공공정보시스템의 개선 등이 제시될 수 있다.

Due to the proliferation of smart devices, worldwide market growth of e-book content steep, but the domestic market shows relatively low growth rate and small size. In this study, a distribution modeling of the e-book business as a way to solve the problem of the domestic market of disabled was carried out to analyze the Amazon.com and Apple's e-book content distribution structure of the active leader in the U.S. market. And we tried to suggest a solution by investigation and analysis of the college students's receptive attitude on the e-book content as the main target to enable the markets based on the interest for publication. In adoption attitude survey, mainly low-readability and lack of content problem were reasons not to accommodate. There is a need to improve the quantity and quality of content through with technological advances and market participation together. For more participation, we expect to take advantage of the results of this study to establish or improve the systematic distribution structure.

The purpose of this study is to identify reading effect of e-book versus printed book. For this purpose, 8 elementary school students participated in the reading project. The participants of this project read 'A'(printed book) and 'B'(e-book) literary works and were tested reading comprehension. According to conclusion of the study, there is no difference between printed book and e-book on reading effect. It is expected that this result can be used for e-library management and reading education.

IT의 발달로 인해 기존 마케팅의 한 수단이던 로열티 프로그램인 마일리지는 최초의 형태와는 다르게 현재에는 다양한 형태와 매체로 변화되었고 사용되고 있다. 이러한 마일리지의 발전단계는 초기의 단일 마일리지에서 점차 제휴의 형태로 변화되고 있으며, 현재는 부분적인 통합의 단계로 발전하고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 마일리지와 전자화폐의 유형을 정리하고 현재 마일리지의 문제점을 해결하기 위해 통합 마일리지로의 전환과 필요성을 제시하였다. 통합 마일리지에 대한 한 방법으로 전자화폐를 통한 마일리지의 참여 주체인 소비자, 사업자, 정부의 입장별로 나누어 각각의 제안점을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 보다 효과적이고 편리한 서비스를 제공한 수 있는 전자상거래를 위해 에이전트 기법을 응용하고 휴대형 장비를 이용해 상거래가 가능한 지능형 전자상거래 시스템을 제안하고 이 시스템은 다중(multi)의 에이전트로 구성되어 있으며. 각각의 에이전트는 Perl을 이용해 CGI(Common Gateway Interface)로 작성되었다. 또한 유ㆍ무선 인터넷 사용자는 통합 인터페이스를 통해 시스템에 접근하여 개인화된 에이전트를 생성하고, 이들 에이전트들이 거래과정에 지능적으로 참여함으로서 사용자의 직접적 간섭 없이 거래가 이루어지도록 연구한다.

In this paper, we report case analysis on entob.com which is one of the leading domestic players in MRO e-marketplace. Critical success factors of achieving early liquidity and right ownerships are addressed for successful e-marketplace launching. Change management issues, required to encourage suppliers participation and to overcome adoption barriers from buyer firms, are suggested and illustrated for the successful implementation of the MRO e-marketplace. The business model architectures enabling to create e-intermediary value to both the suppliers and buyers are detailed. Finally, benefits of buyer firms captured through e-procurement business process streamlining and material cost savings are reported as the successful application stories. The findings suggest practical managerial insights for MRO e-marketplace implementation and further research.

책은 아동들의 언어 학습을 위한 환경을 제공하고, 세계에 관한 지식을 확장시켜 준다. 또한 책을 매개로한 타인과의 상호 작용은 아동에게 읽기와 쓰기의 관례적 형태와 그 기능을 알게 만든다. 그러나 영상 매체 시대에 살고 있는 우리 아이들을 위해서는 전통적 종이책 읽기를 강요하기 보다는 친숙한 디지털미디어를 언어교육을 위한 적극적 도구로 활용해 아이들이 능동적으로 참여할 수 있는 구체적 방법에 대한 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 전자책을 매개한 아동 대상의 인터넷 커뮤니티의 기존 사례분석을 통해 대안적 아동커뮤니티의 발전방향을 제시하고자 한다.

본 논문은 인터넷의 발달로 가능해진 가상 현실 속의 사용자를 대신한 아바타의 통합 및 확장을 연구하고자 한다. 제한된 사이트 속의 아바타를 제한 없이 인터넷상의 어느 사이트라도 자유롭게 사용할 수 있도록 인터넷 Networking 기술을 중심으로 설계가 이루어진다. 아바타 기술은 각종 사이트의 자유로운 행동뿐만 아니라 사용자간 개인통신의 매개체로도 사용할 수 있도록 하여 사용자의 가상현실 참여도를 높일 수 있다 서로 다른 가상현실을 통합하는 환경을 제공할 수 있다. 아바타는 가상 현실속의 새로운 전자상거래 및 전자화폐와 지갑을 제공하게 되며 사용자의 대리자로써 비중을 높여 간다.

The main purpose of this study is to develop and empirically validate the research model that examines the relationship between technostress and employees' continuance commitment at their jobs. In addition, the moderating effects of involvement facilitation and technical support provision were examined as enhancing factors on the relationship among the proposed constructs. The data from 179 employees at various organizations were analyzed to test proposed hypotheses. Results show that all proposed hypotheses were supported. This study contributes to IS community in terms of theoretically research framework as well as understanding of technostress at a workplace.
