In this study, we study the effects of note-taking skills on students' academic performance, satisfaction, and concentration, and immersiveness when students are taking online classes. The Cornell note format was used for the note-taking skills. The survey result shows that note-taking skills in online class increase students' diligence, participation, and concentration. We find a strong positive correlation between the number of Cornell note submission and academic performance, and we show that the association between two is a statistically significant by using simple/multiple regression analysis. The multiple regression result shows that one unit increase in the Cornell note submission is associated with the increase in 0.253 midterm score on average. In addition, one unit increase in the Cornell note submission is associated with increase in 0.287 final exam score on average. Further, we conduct bootstrapping regression as a robustness test and show that the results are consistent with the simple/multiple regression results. These analyses show that Cornell note taking skills in online classes can be beneficial for students to improve the quality of their learning.

The object of this study is to present a strategy against technology protectionism of advanced countries focusing on international cooperation policy of KIPO and infringement of overseas intellectual property rights on the notion that a policy performed without a long-term plan will not lead to industrial growth in the long run. There is a high possibility that aggressive patent policy and black box strategy of Japanese enterprise can be a burden to Korean enterprises. Thus, a policy should be established against the technology protectionism. The policy can be based on a strategy about international cooperation policy of KIPO and strategy against infringement of overseas intellectual property rights. Of course, collaboration and cooperation will be activated among the advanced countries including technical cooperation. However, a systematic strategy of intellectual property rights should be focused on international cooperation and countermeasure against infringement of overseas intellectual property rights because national interest takes precedence over any other interest especially in case of strategically owing industry. A strategy against technology protectionism of advanced countries is as follows. A strategy is required to cope with infringement of overseas intellectual property rights. Korean government has to strengthen the function of overseas intellectual property rights protection center, strengthen boundary restriction of infringement goods, promote international dispute study, train international dispute specialist, construct confidence as social capital etc. Enterprises have to maintain no Patent no Future policy, specialize on application and countermeasure against infringement dispute, participate for formation and standardization of patent pool, strive for specialization regarding technical transfer and license management.

The aim of this study was investigated the effect of self-exercise based on health care application on upper extremity function and daily living, satisfaction in patients with stroke. This experiments were participated in thirty patients with stroke. All subjects allocated that randomized each fifteen patients in experimental and control groups. Subjects of both group received the conventional rehabilitation therapy during 30 min/day, 5 for week, for 4 weeks. Additionally, experimental group performed that self-exercise based on health care application, supervised under caregivers, during 30 min/day. Additionally, control group conducted only self-exercise supervised under caregivers, during 30 min/day. The outcome measures were the JHFT(: Jebsen-Taylor Hand Function Test), FMA(: Fugl-Meyer Assessment), K-MBI(: Korean Modified Barthel Index), VASS(: Visual Analog Satisfaction Scale). In results of study. Two groups showed significant improvements after intervention in all tests(p<.05). In comparison of change score between both group, experimental group showed greater significant improvements than control group in JHFT(p<.05). The experimental group was significant higher than control group in VASS(p<.05). We suggested that self-exercise based on health care application can have a positive effects of the improvements of hand function and satisfaction than usual self-exercise in patients with stroke.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of game play activities on EEG, social skills and self-control in the children with intellectual disabilities. Subjects with intellectual disabilties were divided by control group(n=3) and the experimental group(n=3). In a period of 6 weeks, they took game play activities for 50 minutes 2 times a week. As a result, in EEG(${\alpha}$-wave, ${\beta}$-wave), social skills and self-control before and after intervention, there were significant difference in experimental group(p<.05). And in ${\alpha}$-wave, social skills and self-control, there were significant difference in between group(p<.05). But, in ${\beta}$-wave there was no significant difference in between group(p>.05). These findings indicate that game play activities on the children with intellectual disabilities could improve EEG, social skills and self-control. Accordingly, game play activities are judged to be used for the children with intellectual disabilities to prevent problem and to intervention.

This study aimed to identify correlations among experience of violence, psychosocial stress and exhaustion in emergency medical technicians. In total, 393 emergency medical technicians were participated in the survey using an organized essay-type questionnaire. To determine psychosocial stress and exhaustion factors, a linear regression analysis was performed. In results, psychosocial stress factors were work units, the hope to keeping working in the present department, and verbal violence ($R^2=12.9%$), and the exhaustion factors were hope to keeping working at the present department, work units, and verbal violence ($R^2=14.5%$). In conclusion, it is suggested that strategies to deal with violence against subjects are educational programs to prevent violence and emotional support programs to decrease psychosocial stress, as well measures to improve the emergency rescue environment should be developed.
Ontology is an explicit specification of concepts and relationships between concepts in an interest domain. As considered as one of typical knowledge representation methods, ontology is applied to various studies such as information extraction, information integration, information sharing, or knowledge management. In IT based industries, ontology is applied to research on information integration and sharing in order to enhance interoperability between enterprises. In supply chains or logistics, several enterprises participate as business partners to plan movements of goods, and control goods and logistics flows. A number of researches on information integration and sharing for the effective and efficient management of logistics or supply chains have been addressed. In this paper, we address an ontology as a knowledge-base for semantic-based integration of logistics information distributed in the logistics flow. Especially, we focus on developing an ontology that enables to represent and translate semantic meaning of EPC data in the EPC Network applied logistics. We present a scenario for tracing products in logistics in order to show the value of our ontology.

The purpose of this study was to identify the change in the girth of anthropometric variables during menstrual cycle, and to provide basal data for health promotion program development during pre-menstrual phase and menstrual phase. Participants were 10 healthy women university students without menstrual irregularity, subjective premenstrual syndrome, premenstrual dysphoric disorder, dymenorrhea, obstetrician and gynecologic disease. Chest girth(axillary and papillary), waist girth(half point between iliac crest and 12th rib, and navel), and hip girth were repeatedly measured in menstrual phase, follicular phase, luteal phase during single menstrual cycle. As a result, axillary chest girth in menstrual phase was significantly increased than that in luteal phase. Papillary chest girth and waist girth at half point between iliac crest and 12th rib in menstrual phase were significantly increased than those in follicular phase. No significance was shown in chest and waist girth between follicular and luteal phase. No significance was shown in hip girth during menstrual cycle. In conclusion, signicant difference was shown in chest and waist girth during menstrual cycle. And it is suggested that succeeding research should be carried out with reference to body weight, body fat, blood and local hormone concentration during menstrual cycle.
The two main goals of this study are to derive independent factors affecting the success rate of crowdfunding and to empirically analyze the variation of independent factors' effects on the success of crowdfunding by industry (Internet, culture/art, manufacturing/distribution), and funding type (stock type, bond type). To identify the success factors of crowdfunding for invigoration and strategic utilization, first, several variables were refined after interviews with experts and platform operators with investment experiences in numerous crowdfunding projects. Then, independent factors affecting project involvement were categorized as follows: a characteristic of project, participant activity, and enterprise. Also, the results derived from the influence of independent variables on crowdfunding after moderating effects were driven. Selected independent factors in this study are as follows: crowdfunding period, target amount, visual contents, minimum account money, number of comments, number of SNS followers, level of interest, financial Statement disclosure, investment attraction, venture company, intellectual property rights disclosure, and business operation period. Selected moderating factors in this study are as follows: industry (Internet, culture/art, manufacturing/distribution), and funding type (stock type, bond type). In conclusion, a discussion of the academical and practical implications and a suggestion of directions for further research are explained.

As the effective use and strong protection of an organization's information resources are recognized as a condition for the growth of an organization, they are increasing technological and policy investments in IS(information security). However, information exposure can occur from external invasions such as hacking and incidents related to misuse and abuse by insiders. This study proposes a mechanism that considers the organizational environment and individual characteristics from the viewpoint of promoting employees' IS participation activities. In other words, the study presents the complex effects of organizational environmental factors (ethical leadership, IS collaborative communication) and personal factors (person-organization fit) on organization trust and IS voice behavior. We surveyed office workers who asked for IS-related business activities and tested hypotheses using 422 samples. As a result, ethical leadership influenced organization trust through collaborative communication, and organization trust strengthened IS voice behavior by having an interaction effect with person-organization fit. This study suggests direction for establishing an organizational environment for promoting IS-related activities by office workers, so it provides practical implications for organizations with goals related to internal information exposure control.
