Traditionally banks and other financial institutions use customers' accounts and information managed by them and provide payment services in dominant positions. Recently, EU amends Payment Services Directive to institutionally guarantee access to customers' accounts and use of account-related information even to third parties, which facilitates competition in financial markets and promotes innovation. However, this kind of change can increase potential security risks and therefore institutional responses from financial authorities are required so that all participants in financial markets can properly respond to security risks. In this study institutional responses to the security risks in the EU's new Payment Services Directive (PSD2) are analyzed, comparisons between this and domestic electronic financial regulations are analyzed, and implications for the direction of improving domestic electronic financial regulations will be suggested.

Recently, studies have been conducted to improve the m-commerce process in the NFC-based mobile environment and the increase of the number of smart phones built in NFC. Since authentication is important in mobile electronic payment, FIDO(Fast IDentity Online) and 2 Factor electronic payment system are applied. In addition, block-chains using distributed raw materials have emerged as a representative technology of the fourth industry. In this study, for the mobile gallery auction of the traders using NFC embedded terminal (smartphone) in a small gallery auction in which an unspecified minority participates, password-based authentication and biometric authentication technology (fingerprint) were applied to record transaction details and ownership transfer of the auction participants in electronic payment. And, for the cost reduction and data integrity related to gallery auction, the private distributed director block chain was constructed and used. In addition, domestic and foreign cases applying block chain in the auction field were investigated and compared. In the future, the study will also study the implementation of block chain networks and smart contract and the integration of block chain and artificial intelligence to apply the proposed method.

품질경영이 공공기관 및 연구소의 연구개발 분야로 확대된 오늘날, 나날이 복잡해지고 다양해지는 기술 변화와 높아진 고객의 품질 기대에 부응하여 고품질의 연구개발 결과물을 창출해 내기 위해서는 품질에 영향을 미치는 연구원의 모든 조직 및 참여인원들이 품질보증 및 향상에 대한 인식 제고가 필요하다. 뿐만 아니라 연구원의 경영 원칙 및 제도적 지원을 바탕으로 모든 연구개발 사업에 공통으로 적용할 수 있는 R&D 표준 프로세스의 구축의 필요성이 대두되었다. 정부출연 연구 기관인 한국전자통신연구원의 R&D 프로세스가 갖추어야 하는 특성과 이 특성을 고려하여 개발한 R&D 표준 프로세스를 소개한다.

본 연구는 체계적인 문헌연구를 통해 웹2.0의 사용이익과 도입요인을 분석하였다. 전자저널 검색결과 259편의 문헌 중에서 도입 기업사례 및 사용요인 관련 연구 10편을 선별하였다. 선택된 논문을 웹2.0기술의 사용이익과 성과, 웹2.0기술 수용요인, 블로그 사용자 행동 및 동기의 주제로 나누어 구분하였다. 이를 통해 본 논문에서는 웹2.0기술에 대한 실제 사용이익을 정보이익, 사회적 이익, 업무관련이익, 지식관련이익으로 제안하였다. 수용요인에 대한 연구결과로는 웹2.0 특성변수를 반영한 요인으로 지각된 참여성과 동시성, 플로우 경험, 지식의 자기효능감, 개인성과기대가 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수임을 밝혀내었다.

This study shows the effect of individual decision style on the Bullwhip effect of supply chain. There are four individual decision styles developed by Rowe and Boulgarides(1992). The analysis of the relationship between individual decision style and supply chain dynamics is focused on overshot against final consumer order rate. Multi methodologies are used to meet the goal of this study, which are survey, game and simulation. As a result of this study, the Bullwhip effect of supply chain isn't influenced by individual decision style. This study shows different result in comparision with the prior research results that individual fact affected the Bullwhip effect of supply chain, Therfore, it is important to improve supply chain infrastructure and system than the individual fact for decreasing the Bullwhip effect of supply chain.

Recently demands in construction of the stand-alone networks and interconnection between convergence devices have led an increase in research on and much attention has been paid to the application of MANET as a Ubiquitous network which is growing fast. With performance both as hosts and routers, easy network configuration, and fast response, mobile nodes participating in MANET are suitable for Embedded computing, but have vulnerable points, such as lack of network scalability and dynamic network topology due to mobility, passive attacks, active attacks, which make continuous security service impossible. In this study, hashed AODV routing is used to protect from counterfeiting messages by malicious nodes in the course of path finding and setting, and disguising misrouted messages as different mobile nodes and inputting them into the network.

In this study, group to set the military reserves has caused occasional friction. Therefore, for the protection of military bases and military facilities around the County win-win was to provide real estate management plan. Since the 7th educational renovation was established, ICT has emerged as an indispensable tool for teaching a variety of subjects in technical high schools. This paper develops the model for explaining the factors affecting the use of web contents as a mode for studying Electronic subject. Based on data collected from a questionnaire survey from the students who studied the Electronic subject using web contents, a following conclusion is provided: the perceived usefulness, ease of use and the playfulness significantly affect the level of satisfaction, but the design of contents, image, quality, attitude as well as self-efficacy only indirectly affect the satisfaction level. This result might provide the useful guidelines for designing the web-contents for technical high school students.

Vocational training efficiency and participation was intended to try to find a reliable demand survey methods to find ways that can be maximized. The exact demand investigation may be the most important factor that can improve the quality of training. Furthermore, the training is due to inaccurate demand as research shows the result of ineffective training because of low participation. Four methods of demand survey are used in the form of large mail, telephone, electronic and face-to-face. This paper describes the demand survey that has been carried out through the training of human resources in the training business that suits description local industry human resource development (HRD) consortium of Mokpo University country, proposed a method of effective demand survey.
