기본 조성식 M $n_{1-x}$/F $e_{2+x}$/ $O_4$(이하 Mg계), M $n_{1-x}$/F $e_{2+x}$/ $O_4$(이하 Mg계)의 식에서 x를 0.0,0.025,0.1,0.2로 변화시키고, 하소온도 80$0^{\circ}C$, 소결은도를 l10$0^{\circ}C$~12$50^{\circ}C$로 $50^{\circ}C$간격으로 변화 시켰을 때와 Mn계와 Mg계를 1:1로 흔합하였을 때, F $e_2$ $O_3$의 과잉 양이 증가할수록 비저항은 감소하였고, 저항온도계수 $\alpha$는 밀도와 비례하는 관계를 나타내었으며, B정수는 4600(K)에서 10500(K)의 범위를 나타내었다. 본 조성의 실험으로써 Mn-Ni-Co계 서미스터의 대체가 가능함을 확인할 수 있었다.있었다.

LCD TV의 대형화에 따라 하나의 백라이트용 냉음극 방전램프(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp ; CCFL)를 이용한 백라이트는 휘도의 한계가 있어 대형 디스플레이에서는 여러 개의 램프를 사용하여 필요한 휘도를 만들고 있다. 본 논문에서는 냉음극 방전램프 16개를 사용하는 42인치 LCD TV용 대형 백라이트 구동을 위한 인버터의 트랜스포머를 각기 다른 램프의 특성에 대해 동일한 관 전류 출력을 갖도록 설계하였다.

This paper is to be researched into ozone generation character of Bi-Ti-Si type high dielectric yield ceramic catalyst discharge tube. And conditions of basic experiment are the outside diameter of discharge tube : 52 mm, the length of discharge tube : 350 mm, the frequence : 900 Hz, the temperature of cooling water : 25 $^{\circ}C$, quantity of flow : 5, 10, 20 l/min, pressure : 1.2, 1.4, 1.6 atm, and distance of discharge gap : 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 mm. Ozone generation characteristics were measured to consumption power. At quantity of flow : 20 l/min, discharge gap : 0.6 mm, pressure : 1.6, and consumption power : 150 W, Maximum ozone generation efficiency of 175 g/kWh was obtained. Maximum ozone generation efficiency was measured below the flow quantity of 20 l/min at below pressure of 1.6 atm. However, Maximum ozone generation efficiency was measured over the flow quantity of 20 l/min at over pressure of 1.6 atm.

The effect of magnetic field was measured on NOx removal for cylinder-wire plasma reactor with magnetic field applied to electric field vertically. Power was supplied to plasma reactor using rotating spark gap switch. Consumption power increased with increasing discharge voltage. When magnetic field was applied to electric field vertically, consumption power was less than that without magnetic field because of lorenz's force. NOx removal rate of plasma reactor with magnetic field were higher, 10-15%, than that of plsama reactor without magnetic field. And NOx removal rate decreased with increasing gas flow rate.

This paper proposes DIT (Digital Investment Trust) agent based on ECSSL (Elliptic Curve SSL). This DIT agent is a banking project using IT (Investment Trust) conception based on EC (Electronic Commerce) and can manage micro payment, account opening and account transferring. In addition, ECSSL (Elliptic Curve SSL) protocol is implemented which consists of much better encryption functions than existing SSL (Secure Socket Layer) Protocol. Therefore, This DIT agent based on ECSSL protocol protects a customer's information and asset from third party.

본 논문은 풍력 발전 출력 안정화 성능을 평가하기 위해서는 다양한 부하변동과 계통 사고에 대한 검증이 필수적이나, 실제로 다양한 조건에서 실증하기는 현실적으로 불가능하여, 본 논문에서는 축소형 시뮬레이터를 통하여 제안된 알고리즘 검증하고자 한다. 특히 전체구성의 적용을 위해 3상 농형 유도전동기를 통한 발전기의 출력을 유도하였으며 이를 위한 인버터를 사용하여 시뮬레이터를 구성하였고 지형별 특성에 맞는 데이터를 기반으로 풍력데이터를 입력하여 출력조건을 형성하였다. 또한 조상기와 덤프로드를 통해 부하의 출력변동분에 대한 계측과 분석에 초점을 맞추어 특성 계측이 가능하도록 구성할 수 있다.

일반적으로 신재생에너지는 발전과 동시에 전력판매가 이루어지고 있으나, 에너지저장장치(ESS)를 이용하여 기상상태 및 전력수요 그리고 사업장내 수요전력 등을 종합적으로 분석하여 신재생에너지의 충전 및 판매 또는 소내 소비를 최적 관리함으로써 에너지이용률 제고 및 발전수익을 증대하는 신재생 전용 에너지관리시스템 (EMS) 개발에 관한 연구를 소개한다.

본 논문에서는 칼코게나이드 박막의 Ag 포토 도핑시 기판의 변화에 따른 Ag 이온의 도핑 특성을 예측하고자 하였다. 도핑 특성은 Ag 이온의 도핑으로 인한 굴절률 변화를 이용하여 진폭혈 회절격자 효율을 측정하여 확인하였다. 시료는 5N의 순도를 갖는 Ge, Se, Ag 물질을 준비하였고, 이중 GeSe를 조성의 비에 맞추어서 석영관에 진공 봉입후 용융 혼합하고 급냉하여 비정질 빌크를 제작한다. 만들어진 비정질 벌크와 Ag를 열 증착법을 이용하여 기판에 올리는 방법으로 샘플을 제작한다. 제작된 샘플에 레이저와 몇몇 광학 소자로 구성된 흩로-리소그라피 장치를 이용하여 격자구조로 442nm 의 빛을 조사 시킨다. 결론으로는 기판은 칼코게나이드 박막에의 Ag 도핑에 영향을 미친다는 것을 확인하였다.

The polymer insulators which are installed on outdoor have a great advantage than porcelain and 71ass, due to suppression of leakage current, light weight, low cost, etc. It needs variable evaluation methods for application of these insulators on service. The analysis of measuring leakage current is useful for ageing diagnosis because of monitoring in real-time. In this paper, we look over the recovery of hydrophobicity of silicone rubber in mini salt-fog chamber with leakage current monitoring. also, we understand the relation of between hydrophobicity and leakage current and discuss on method of leakage current monitoring.

In this paper, the discharge characteristics of silent discharge chamber with 2mm and 3mm gap spacings were investigated. Dielectric of $Al_2O_3$ was embedded in the cylindrical type of discharge chamber. It was known that V-I and P-V characteristics depend strongly on the charge transportation characteristics, and in the low frequency silent discharge mode of operation, discharge voltage was always sustained to Vd, irrespective of applied voltage.
