  • 전원 무결성은 PCB의 구조적 공진이 노이즈와 직접적으로 관련이 되어있고, 구조 해석을 위하여 전자장 해석법을 이용하게 된다. 전원 무결성 과정은 PCB의 공진해석을 통해 공진 발생 위치 및 주요 선로의 임피던스 분석을 하고 Decoupling 캐패시터와 레이아웃 수정을 통해 목표한 임피던스 값보다 낮아지도록 수정과 해석을 반복하는 작업이다. 제안된 방법을 통하여 PCB 제작 이전에 전자파 성능을 예측하고 개선하여 설계비용을 절감하고 신뢰성을 향상 시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단된다.

  • As the global electric vehicle (EV) market expands, eco-friendly EV that complement performance and safety problems continue to be released and the market is growing. However, in the case of EVs, the inconvenience of charging, safety problems such as electric shock, and electromagnetic interference (EMI) problems caused by the interlocking of various electronic components are problems that must be solved in EVs. The use of wireless power transmission technology can solve the problem of safety by not dealing with high current and high voltage directly and solving the inconvenience of charging EVs. In this paper, in order to reduce EMI a wireless charging control module, which is a key electronic component of WPT of EV. EMI reduction was designed through simulation of problems such as resonance and impedance that may occur in the power supply and signal distortion between high-speed communication that may occur in the signal part. Therefore, through the EMI reduction design with power integrity and signal integrity, the WPT wireless charging control module for electric vehicles reduces 10 dBu V/m and 15 dBu V/m, respectively, in 800 MHz to 1 GHz bands and 1.5 GHz bnad.

  • This paper introduces the reduction design technique of the resonance phenomenon of the inner PCB based on power integrity from the analysis about the inner power supply line generating RLC resonance. With the technique, the resonant frequency resulted from the structural characteristics of the PCB can be analyzed and allows to predict and the capacitor for resonance phenomenon reduction can be decided as a decoupling capacitor. From the simulation result, it was confirmed that the PCB's resonance phenomenon reduction design technique should have the reduction effect in the inner motherboard of the industrial controller. This research will be contributed to the improvement of the safety of a PDN (Power Delivery Network) structure in the layout design technique of the PCB.

  • 최근 무선 통신 및 반도체 기술이 발전하면서 다양한 응용 분야에서 센서를 활용하는 시스템이 증가하는 추세이다. 이러한 센서 시스템은 전력 공급이 제한적이고 저전력 전원 공급 장치를 사용하기 때문에 불안정한 전력 공급 상황에서 시스템의 비정상 종료 시 데이터의 무결성을 보장할 수 없는 문제가 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 시스템 내부에 추가 전원 장치를 제공하거나 비휘발성 메모리에 연산장치를 추가하는 등의 방안이 제안되었지만, 이는 물리적, 비용적 오버헤드를 초래한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 오버헤드를 최소화하면서 센서 시스템의 신뢰성을 높이는 방안을 제시한다. 제안하는 방법을 ARM 프로세서와 FPGA를 기반으로 구현하고 그 효용성을 검증하였다.

  • This paper introduces the architecture of the power supply in order to achieve the safety integrity target for power supply which is a part of safety related system. The integrity level for safety is set 4 and according to the IEC 62425 which is standard for railway application the architecture design is conducted and process for design is developed. The procedure for design consists with 6 steps. The architecture of power supply that is able to keep the safety integrity against of failure of power supply is derived through the analysis and it is suggested that the power supply adopted the result in this paper is suitable to apply in safety system. Also, the failure frequency that is a quantitative value for the power supply is proposed.

  • This study is the analysis and verification process of the L-band satellite communications repeater thought PCB & circuit EM analysis. System performance can be vulnerable to various spurious inside the L-band satellite transponder, power conversion board, digital signal board, TM/TC board, such as control panels and blocks that are linked signal components when the winch is increased due to the noise component. So the whole system can cause performance degradation. PCB resonance analysis and EM simulation can be easily analyzed for a variety of optimal. Also, by setting the ports on the PCB, H/W designer wants to can easily analyze system.

Design of High-Speed Multi-Layer PCB for Ultra High Definition Video Signals (UHD급 영상구현을 위한 다층인쇄회로기판의 특성 임피던스 분석에 관한 연구)

  • In UHD high-speed video transmission system, when a signal within certain frequency region coincides electrically and structurally, the system becomes unstable because the energy is concentrated, and signal flux is interfered and distorted. For the instability, power integrity analysis should be conducted. To remove the signal distortion for MLB, using a high-frequency design technique for EMI phenomenon, EMI which radiates electromagnetic energy fluxed into power layer was analyzed considering system stabilization. In this paper, we proposed an adaptive MLB design method which minimizes high-frequency noise in MLB structure, enhances signal integrity and power integrity, and suppresses EMI. The characteristic impedance for multi-layer circuit board proposed in this study were High-Speed Video Differential Signaling(HSVDS) line width w = 0.203, line gap d = 0.203, beta layer height h = 0.145, line thickness t = 0.0175, dielectric constant εr = 4.3, and characteristic impedance Zdiff = 100.186Ω. When high-speed video differential signal interface board was tested with optimized parameters, the magnitude of Eye diagram output was 672mV, jittering was 6.593ps, transmission frequency was 1.322GHz, signal to noise was 29.62dB showing transmission quality improvement of 10dB compared to previous system.

  • 컴퓨터네트워크를 통한 정보의 이동이 빈번한 오늘날, 중요 정보를 지키는 정보 보호 기술의 요구는 점차 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라, 통신망 상의 프라이버시 보호, 기밀성, 무결성 같은 개인정보보호를 위해서 필수적인 암호학적 도구로 디지털 서명이 이용되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이산대수 문제의 어려움에 기반하여, 디지털 서명대상을 2명에서 n명으로 확대한 다중서명 기법에 서명자 전원의 동의 없이는 서명을 검증할 수 없는 부정할 수 없는 서명의 기능을 부여한다. 이는 전자, 선거, 전자 현금 등 보다 복잡하고 민감한 사회적 영역에 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

  • 전원부의 Current에 Inductance적으로 유도되어 추가된 Voltage Noise를 측정할 때, 기존의 측정방법에서는 IBIS 1개만을 측정에 사용하기 때문에 Output Current의 정확한 값을 측정하지 못하였다. High Frequency를 사용하는 Device가 증가하고 이에 따른 SI의 정확한 검증에 대한 필요성이 커짐에 따라, 본 연구에서는 Switching Current Source로 Inverter를 사용하여 신뢰할 수 있는 모델을 구현하고 이를 검증한다.
