21세기 교육환경의 변화로 인해 언제 어디서나 누구든지 쉽고 편리하게 자기 주도적 학습을 할 수 있는 도구로서 이러닝이 주목받기 시작하면서, 효과적인 이러닝 활용 능력을 가진 이러닝 전문 교사의 필요성이 확대되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러닝을 선도하는 전문 교사 양성을 위한 교육과정을 개발하기 위해, 국내 이러닝 전문 인력 양성 기관의 교육과정 및 전국 16개 시 도교육청 ICT 관련 연수 과정을 분석하고, 현장 교사들을 대상으로 이러닝 관련 요구사항을 파악하여 이러닝 전문 교사 양성 교육과정을 개발하였다.

The purpose of this study is to strengthen librarian's capacity by developing curriculum and training system for fostering '(tentative name)Librarians Specialized in Reading Healing' as a field of professional librarians. For this purpose, curriculum and training system for fostering librarians specialized in reading healing are designed and presented through research methods including literature study, case study and 1, 2nd delphi survey. The final curriculum is composed of curriculum for 1st and 2nd grade licensed librarians specialized in reading healing and refresher training based on job description of librarians specialized in reading healing. The training system is based on the first and second level certification granted by completion of the course, thus is designed to meet requirements both for academic achievement and for career development in each grade.

The introduction and application of NCS(National Competency Standards) into college education seeks for competency-based human resource development and management, which targets what to do rather than what to know in terms of employees' performing jobs, duties and tasks in their work environments. The focus of the study is to redesign an educational curriculum of the field of Advertising Production for college students from a perspective of NCS. The field of Advertising Production related competency unit groups, competency units and competency elements were selected followed by the process of developing the curriculum. Using survey questionnaires and FGIs, data were collected from advertising industry experts, field practitioners and college students. The redesigned NCS-based curriculum is expected to link college education into industrial needs for human resources and thus to enhance the quality of college education.

The purpose of this research was to examine the experiences of three types of family-friendly workplace professionals (professionals here after) including consultants, certification auditors, and professional instructors, and to provide suggestions for the improvement of training programs aimed at such professionals. Ten professionals participated in focus group interviews. Two themes were identified: the competencies of the professionals and ways to improve the training system and the curriculums of training programs. Competencies are dependent on job type. Therefore, different training programs should be provided to the three types of professionals. To make training programs more comprehensive, most participants agreed that training program curriculums for the three types of professionals should link together. Participants also suggested increasing training time and differentiating training programs between new and experienced specialists. In terms of improving the training system, professional networking and the creation of a database for family-friendly programs were discussed. The findings suggest that training programs need to be restructured in line with the competencies required by the professionals and professionals' needs.

LNG 선박의 급증에 의한 승무원 심각한 부족현상에 대비하여, STCW의 전면 개정 등과 같은 IMO의 대응은 물론 각 국가에서도 승무원 양성을 위한 교육과정의 개설은 물론 관련 법제 정비 등으로 대응방안을 마련하고자 노력을 하고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 국제해사대학연합과 한국해양대학교를 중심으로 한 아시아 LNG 교육훈련센터에서는 향후 국제무대에서 활약할 LNG 교육훈련강사를 양성하기 위한 전문과정을 추진하고 있다. 이 발표에서는 LNG 교육훈련 전문강사 과정의 개요를 살펴보고, 이러한 과정을 효율적으로 운영하기 위한 시뮬레이터의 활용방안에 대하여 설명하고자 한다.

이 연구에서는 전문도서관 사서의 입장을 통해 현 문헌정보학 교과과정의 문제점을 알아보려 하였다. 구체적으로 1) 전문도서관 사서는 현 교과과정에 대해 어떻게 평가하고 있으며, 2) 전문도서관에서 요구하고 있는 사서의 능력은 무엇인지 알아보고, 3) 그 결과를 바탕으로 우리 교육현장이 이러한 요구들을 어떻게 수용하고 반영해 나갈지에 대해 논의해 보았다.

이 연구의 목적은 최근 학문분야별로 체계적인 직무능력 매뉴얼이 개발되고 있는 상황에서 전문대학원 교육이 현장에 필요한 맞춤형 인재양성이라는 교육목표의 수월성을 위해 역량 있는 교육과정 방안을 직무능력에 근거하여 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 먼저 국내외 전문대학원 문화콘텐츠(융합콘텐츠 포함) 관련 학과들의 교육과정을 분석하고, 이를 토대로 전문대학원 교육의 목표, 내용, 방법에 대한 종합적인 시사점을 도출한다. 다음으로, 전문대학원의 고유한 전문성과 주체성을 가진 현장밀착형 교육과정 사례를 통해 교육과정의 특성화 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 국가의 직무능력표준이 정한 문화콘텐츠 기획, 제작, 유통 및 서비스별로 요구되는 능력수준, 정의, 능력단위 요소를 체계적으로 제시함으로써 교육과정의 개념틀(framework of curriculum)을 마련할 수 있을 것이다.

치협은 치과의사전문의제도 시행을 앞두고 인턴 및 레지던트들이 수련병원에서 최소 필요충분하게 교육받아야 하는 과정을 도출해냈다. 이를 위해 치협은 치의전문의제를 실시하는 10개 분과학회의 대표를 중심으로 치과의사 전공의 수련병원(기관) 수련교육 표준화 작업 연구위원회를 구성하고 몇 차례의 논의 끝에 '치과의사 전공의 연차별 수련 교과과정'보고서를 완성했다. 보고서는 10개 분과학회별로 각 학회에서 논의를 거친 내용으로서 향후 치의전문의제를 실시하는데 있어서 전공의들의 연차별 수련 교과과정을 제시해 준다. 회원들의 이해를 돕기 위해 보고서의 전문을 게재한다.
