Recently, many of people concentrates on the importance of elevator safety system for the elevator accident of traction machine malfunction. Also, IT convergence has enlarged various field for the effort of enhanced traditional industry. In this paper, we define that the safety is to minimize the dangerous factor, then explain the rules of elevator installation. Through the expert's decision we could find out the dangerous factors are poor check, malfunction of amalgamative and user's mistake. We propose the IT convergence managing system for the effective alternative method of elevator safety system.

본 연구의 목적은 전력의 효율적인 사용과 전력-IT융합 산업의 활성화를 위하여 국내 전력-IT융합 산업을 분석하고 발전방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 Van de Ven의 Social System Framework를 기반으로 하여 전력-IT융합 산업을 제도적 장치, 시장소비, 자원 확충 및 기업 활동 부문으로 구분하여 분석하였다. 또한 분석 결과의 검증 및 시사점 도출을 위하여 전력에너지 분야의 전문가들을 대상으로 설문을 실시하였다. 그 결과 IT기업의 에너지 산업 진출과 전력-IT융합 시장에 대한 정책적 지원이 활발하게 이루어지고 있는 것으로 평가되었다. 반면 대기업 위주의 시장 경쟁과 인력양성에 대한 지원 부족이 문제점으로 지적되었다. 본 연구는 Social System Framework의 분석 결과 평가에 있어 IT산업에 종사하고 있는 전문가의 의견을 반영하지 못한 한계점이 있으나, 전력-IT융합 산업을 학술적 프레임워크에 근거하여 분석하고 산업 전문가의 의견을 반영하였다는 데 그 의의가 있다.

The objective of this paper was to cope with the verification of the message transfer protocol that integrates the electronic signature and the distribution and authentication of public key in TCP/IP using fuzzy integral. They were classified into the security technology, the security policy, the electronic document processing, the electronic document transportation and the encryption and decryption keys in its function. The measures of items of the message security protocol were produced for the verification of the implemented document in every function.

이 연구는 민간경호경비조직의 서비스품질과 고객만족 및 로열티의 관계를 규명하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이를 위해 이 연구에서는 서울시 소재 민간경호경비회사의 서비스를 이용하고 있는 고객을 대상으로 집락무선표집법을 활용하여 총 209명을 표집하였다. 설문지의 타당도 및 신뢰도를 검증하기 위하여 이 연구에서는 전문가회의와 요인분석을 통하여 타당도를 검증하였으며, 신뢰도분석을 통하여 신뢰도검증을 실시하였다. 통계처리방법은 SPSSWIN 17.0프로그램을 활용하여 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 다중회귀분석과 경로분석을 실시하였다. 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 서비스품질이 좋을수록 고객만족은 높아진다. 둘째, 서비스품질이 좋을수록 로열티는 강화된다. 셋째, 고객만족이 높을수록 로열티는 높아진다. 넷째, 서비스품질은 고객만족 및 로열티에 인과적 영향을 미친다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of the teaching and learning programs for science teachers' scientific hypothesis testing-method invention. Subjects were 30 secondary school science teachers. The potato juice task was administered to the subjects before and after instructional treatments. The four-step strategy including the steps of identifying factors, identifying variables, selecting variables and inventing methods, was applied to the development of the teaching and learning programs for the science teachers. The programs were developed by 6 experts through the R&D method. The results of this study revealed that the number and elaborateness of science teachers' scientific hypothesis testing-methods increased after the instructional treatments. The testing ability of testing-methods invented by science teachers in the posttest was stronger than the one of the methods invented in the pretest. This study also discussed the implications of these findings for teaching and learning in science education.

이 연구는 자동 차량위치 측정기법(Automatic Vehicle Location, AVL)을 이용해서 수집한 교통상황자료를 가지고 구간 통행시간을 산출하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. AVL기법을 이용하는 경우, 처리해야 할 자료량이 많아서 실시간에 정보를 산출하는 것이 힘들다. 따라서 이 연구는 처리해야 할 자료량을 가능한 한 줄이고 자료량이 적은 경우에도 효율적인 구간통행시간을 산출하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 이 연구의 방법론은 크게 4가지인데, 첫째, 해석 기법, 둘째, 회귀분석, 셋째, 인공지능 및 전문가 시스템, 넷째, 통계분석이다. 이 방법론을 이용해서 세 단계 알고리즘을 개발하는데, 첫째는 실시간 분석통계 알고리즘, 둘째는 과거자료분석 알고리즘, 셋째는 자료응합 알고리즘이다. 이 알고리즘 가운데 자료융합 알고리즘 결과가 산출하고자 하는 구간 통행시간이다. 실시간 분석통계 알고리즘은 연속하는 세 개 구간의 통행 패턴을 이용해서 가운데 구간의 통행시간을 산출하는 방법을 제시한다. 또 실시간 분석통계 알고리즘으로 산출하지 못한 구간은 인접구간 상관도 정보를 이용해서 구간통행시간을 추정한다. 과거자료분석 알고리즘은 회귀분석을 이용해서 시간대별 통행시간 평균과 분산을 구하고, 이 결과를 바탕으로 인접구간 상관도 정보를 오프라인으로 구하는 알고리즘이다. 자료융합 알고리즘은 2가지 단계를 거치는데, 그것은 실시간 자료융합과 최종 자료융합이다. 실시간 자료융합은 실시간에 가까운 자료원의 실시간 분석통계 알고리즘 결과 패턴과 인접구간 상관도 정보를 이용한 구간통행시간 추정 결과를 이용해서 패턴에 따라 다른 방법으로 융합을 하는 알고리즘을 개발한다. 최종 자료융합은 실시간 자료융합 결과와 회귀분석 결과의 패턴을 이용해서 구간 통행시간을 산출한다. 이 연구를 기존 연구와 비교할 때, 세 가지 독차성이 있다. 첫째는 연속하는 세 구간 통행 패턴을 분석하였기 때문에 기존의 노드의존 방식을 탈피하였다는 점이다. 따라서 자료량이 적은 경우도 믿을만한 통행시간을 산출할 수 있다는 것이다. 둘째는 인접구간 상관도 정보를 구간통행시간 산출에 이용하였기 때문에 자료를 효율적으로 이용할 수 있다는 점이다. 셋째는 자료원 패턴을 분류하고 전문가 시스템을 이용하여 자료융합 하였기 때문에 수행속도가 빠르고, 신뢰성있는 정보를 제공한다는 점이다. 이 연구는 개발한 알고리즘 정확도를 검증하기 위해서 두 가지 검증방법을 이용하였다. 첫째는 시뮬레이션을 이용한 것이고, 둘째는 실제 주행조사 분석을 이용한 것이다. 두 가지 검증 결과는 알고리즘 정확도를 보여준다.

Korea has started new value creation which is the post catch-up innovation system from the catch-up innovation. Post catch-up innovation system is becoming the main R&D issue for Korea and is needed for the new concept of R&D management and planning frame. This study posed questionnaires : how to promote the knowledge creation in technology planning and what the role of organizational learning in the technology planning is. This paper suggests the relationship of success factors of knowledge creation in technology planning which is organized and operated by experts with different background. Based on the prior research on organizational learning, communications and collaborative interactions, four hypotheses that factors of knowledge creation in technology planning have positive relationship with organizational learning are extracted. This study adopts Structural Equation Modeling(SEM) to analyze the relationship between organizational learning and successful technology planning. The approach based on organizational learning and interaction will be useful for constructing the planning framework in the era of post catch-up innovation. This paper, therefore, suggests the possibility of new theoretical development and new research agenda.
