본 연구에서는 지역진흥기반구축사업을 추진중인 광주광산업, 경남기계산업, 대구섬유산업, 부산 신발산업을 대상으로 정보지원센터, 전자카달로그 구축사업 사례를 비교하고 그 차이점을 분석하여 본다. 이론적 고찰과 문헌연구를 통해 사례연구모델을 제시하고 지역특화산업과 정보지원센터, 전자카달로그 대한 자료를 수집하여, 본 논문에서 제시된 사례연구 모델에 입력하고 지역특화산업과 정보지원센터, 전자카달로그 구축사업과의 연계성을 알아본다. 본 논문은 국가에서 정책적으로 추진 중인 지역진홍기반구축사업을 배경으로 하고 있는 광주광산업, 경남기계산업, 대구섬유산업, 부산신발산업을 대상으로 정보지원센터와 전자카달로그 사업을 비교하여 차이점을 분석한 것으로 현재 사업을 주관하고 있는 사업추진기관에게 좋은 자료가 될 것이며, 특화산업 정보지원센터나 전자카달로그를 이용하여 전자거래를 하고자 하는 기업이나 사용자에게도 좋은 자료가 될 것이다.

광학식 동작 포착(optical motion capture)시스템에서 신뢰할만한 3차원 좌표의 획득과 마커의 궤적 추적은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 3차원 좌표를 획득하기 이해서는 다중의 카메라로부터 2차원의 데이터 간의 대응관계를 구해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 각 카메라에서의 3차원 마커들 간의 대응관계를 k-partite graph로 모델링하고, 릴렉세이션 알고리즘을 사용하여 고스트가 제거된 신뢰성있는 클릭을 추출한다. 이를 통해 정확하고 안정적인 3차원의 좌표를 생성할 수 있다. 또한 추출된 3차원 마커의 궤적의 추적을 위해 칼만 필터를 사용한 마커의 예측과 데이터 연계 문제의 해결을 위한 전략을 제안하고. 사라진 마커의 궤적을 유지시키기 위해 다이나믹 모델을 사용한 추적 알고리즘을 제시한다.

It has become mandatory to designs by BIM in construction. It is urgent to make accurate decisions through the linkage between complex and various types of data in projects. In particular, block-chain based data sharing process (using BIM files, general construction submitted files) is essential to support reliable decision making in complex data flood systems. Prior to developing data sharing system based on block-chain, in this paper, a data linkage method is proposed so that practitioners can simultaneously utilize existing construction information and BIM data. Examples are shown based on the construction classification system and file expression, and incentive strategies are explored through a survey so that heterogeneous information can be used at the same time in overall projects.

Interest and investment in agri-food ventures is increasing worldwide. Agri-food venture startups are also increasing in Korea, but there are constraint factors due to industrial characteristics, and infrastructure and investment for growth are insufficient. This study confirmed the effect of technology commercialization capability and competitive strategy on the growth prospects of agri-food venture companies and the mediating effect of business model innovation. And, through comparison with previous studies, the industrial characteristics were identified by confirming the difference between all venture companies and agri-food ventures. For this, only agri-food ventures data were extracted from the original data of the Research on the Precision Status of Venture Firms 2021. And empirical analysis was conducted. As a result, manufacturing capability, cost leadership and product differentiation had a positive(+) effect on growth prospects. The mediating effect of business model innovation between manufacturing capacity, product differentiation and growth prospects was verified. Through the research results, factors affecting the long-term growth prospects of agri-food ventures were identified in consideration of industrial characteristics. In addition, practical implications in connection with business model innovation of agri-food ventures were presented. In future research, it is necessary to develop an objective measurement tool and to conduct a detailed analysis according to business history and company size.

Business incubators (BIs) could be regarded as an effective mechanism for linking research and industry to inspire technology and knowledge based entrepreneurship and innovation of start-up SMEs. The performance of BIs for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) innovation should be differentiated in accordance with the technology capacity of SMEs, the national entrepreneurial culture and characters in each economy. Therefore, the research intended to categorize BIs in the selected 10 APEC member economies into four types by investigating the issue of member economies' strategies, functions and characteristics in various focused programs.

The purpose of this study is to explore teaching and learning strategies through analyzing cases of foreign engineering education. With the analysis criteria composed of engineering education model, teaching and learning method, evaluation strategy, and technology supporting strategy, 10 foreign colleges of engineering in 5 countries were examined and analyzed. Teaching and learning strategies deduced from analysis state as follows. First of all, it need to develop engineering education models that reform should be made in systematic approach to teaching and learning, workplaces and laboratories, evaluation, technology support, etc. Secondly, the strategy for teaching and learning recommends supporting student directed learning, active learning participation, and collaboration learning by inductive learning strategies such as problem based learning, inquiry learning, project based learning, studio based learning, and blended learning. Thirdly, the evaluation strategy suggests that evaluation should be made to reflect students' learning and facilitate continuous learning based current learning results while it is necessary to build up a whole evaluation system. Finally, it is the educational technology approach for systematic engineering education that is required considering that many foreign colleges of engineering have reformed engineering education through technology supporting systems and are maximizing research and education in connection with other universities. This study is expected to contribute as preliminary data in developing further teaching and learning models and strategies for nurturing engineering students.

In this paper, we propose the future strategy of convergence IT workforce program through the question analysis of convergence IT promising area. We analyzed the future strategy of convergence IT workforce program from different angles in the aspects of convergence IT promising area, workforce model operation, and infrastructure & system support. Based on this analysis, we suggest the key strategy of each area. As a result, we concluded that the outcome of the proposed strategy is visible when the upper three aspects are efficiently coordinated and the strategy is effectively proceeded. Also, we concluded that selection of promising areas through overall analysis, the necessity of efficient correlation plan establishment among state-industry-university, and the necessity of state-run systematic support and state policy establishment are very important.

Modeling and simulation for Green Energy depends largely on the type of system under investigation. The topics are very wide ranging from semiconductor physics (solar), electrical motor/generator (wind turbines), power electronics (grid connections) to typical control strategies. To correctly model these technologies requires a broad set of models and various simulation techniques. To further refine or detail the simulation the modeling has to be performed on a specific level, being system, circuit or component level. Combinations of several levels allows gradually improving the validity of the overall model against available parameters and model equations.

This study focuses on the culture-based revitalization strategy in creative rural areas. To this end, we first summarized the concept of creative village, which has been discussed in Japan and the West. Also, based on the relationship between them, we proposed a revitalization model of creative villages through the culture and arts. In this process, the concept and relationships were examined in detail through the example of Miryang Theater Village in Miryang. In addition, this study analyzed the problems of Miryang Theater Village and applied it to the concept of creative village and suggested an alternative. Through this process, we reconsidered the meaning and possibility of cultural arts in the creative village. And, it was confirmed that the cultural arts could be realized through the balance and organic linkage between the elements of creative villages in order to localize them in combination with the regional specificity of rural areas.
