The Third Communication Channel in the Diffusion Process (확산과정에서의 세 번째 의사전달경로)

  • The Bass model assumes two communication channels: mass-media and word-of-mouth. In this paper, we call the mass-media Type I channel of communications. The word-of-mouth channel means interaction between non-adopters and adopters. Let us call it Type II channel of communications. In the real world, however, the non-adopters who are not aware of the innovation can be affected by communications with other non-adopters who are aware of it. Let us call it Type III channel of communications to differentiate with Type II channel. This paper analyzes the impact of Type III channel on diffusion process. The result shows that exponential growth patterns (for example, the adoption patterns of the blockbuster movies) can be observed when non-adopters are influenced by other non-adopters who aware of the innovation.

Analysis of the Cause of Hindrance for Ride Quality with OPAX and OTPA (변수모델을 이용한 전달경로분석법(OPAX)과 전달률 함수를 사용한 전달경로분석법(OTPA)을 사용한 승차감 저해요인분석)

  • The ride quality investigation is on-going topic in the car industry since its global standard has not evaluated and it is difficult to point out one part that hinders the ride quality. Since the traditional transfer path analysis that is widely used in car industry to investigate the ride quality requires a lot of test time to process the full data so that there are problems to conduct in industry. Based on these disadvantages, new approaches have developed such as OPAX(operational path analysis with eXogeneous inputs) and OTPA(operational transfer path analysis) for last decades. The OTPA only requires the operational data for evaluate the contribution of vibration sources and the OPAX has advantage of using parametric model to estimate the operating load and needs a minimum set of extra tests with excitation. In this paper, for evaluating the hindrance of ride quality two methods are used and the result is compared with another result of a car having higher ride quality.

  • The ride quality has become a key component of not only design but car selling as the technology developed and the requirement of passengers grew up. Thus car industry invests lots of time and cost for the higher ride quality. The evaluation of the ride quality mainly is expressed by subjective element that drivers felt. In this paper, instead of the original transfer path analysis method, relatively new methods such as OPAX(Operational path analysis with eXogeneous inputs) and OTPA(operational transfer path analysis) are used for analyzing the main hindrance element of ride quality. With those new method, contribution rate of all paths that the vibration propagate along analyzed after driving test on the roads having different characteristic. The comprehensive hindrance elements of ride quality are deduced from the contribution rate and the improve experiment by changing one of hindrance elements for higher ride quality.

Designing a Path Management Method in Large-scale Multiple Sensor Networks (대규모 다중 센서 네트워크에서 효과적인 경로 관리 기법)

  • In the environment with multiple heterogeneous wireless sensor networks with a single point of sensed data collection or a gateway (GW), relay points (RPs) may be required for the energy efficient delivery of sensed data from static or mobile sinks to the GW. The optimal placement of RPs becomes an even more difficult problem if static sinks are dynamically added or the trajectory of mobile sinks can not be known in advance. In order to resolve this problem, we propose a mechanism to deploy RPs in a grid pattern and to use the tree-based relaying network for reducing the cost of the RP and for reducing the control overhead incurred by the route setup from sinks to the GW. For the performance evaluation of our proposed mechanism, we have carried out a numerical analysis on a single route setup from a sink to the GW and, for more general performance evaluations, ns-2 based simulations have been carried out. According to the performance evaluation results, our tree-based relaying network mechanism outperforms that based on AODV in terms of the data delivery time, the network service time and the control overhead.

  • Intracellular signal transduction is achieved by protein-protein interaction. In this paper, we suggest performance algorithm based on Yeast protein-protein interaction and protein location information. We compare if pathways predicted with high valued weights indicate similar tendency with pathways provided in KEGG.

  • IETF Path Computation Element(PCE) 그룹에서는 데이터 전송을 위한 전달 경로를 찾는 엔진 기능을 중심으로 표준화를 진행하고 있다. 망의 상태, 위상, 자원 가용성, 정책을 기반으로 최적의 자원을 할당하는 경로 계산 기능과 구조, 프로토콜 등을 정의하는데 MPLS/GMPLS 망의 제어 평면 프로토콜 기반 전송을 위주로 출발하여 광, 회선 망에서의 적용과 서비스 표준이 실제 사례를 뒷받침하여 발전되었고 현재는 데이터 센터 네트워크, SDN, IoT 분야에서의 활용이 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 본고에서는 경로 계산 기능의 분산을 주요 목적으로 하여 이제는 범용의 전달망 관리 분야로 확대 적용되는 추세의 active stateful PCE와 Traffic Engineering Database (TED), Label Switched Path DB(LSP-DB), PCE Protocol(PCEP) 등을 포함한 관련 표준 현황을 살펴보고 향후 통합 전달망 제어 관리 진화 방향을 소개하고자 한다.

The Characteristics of Airborne Noise Transfer Path Analysis Methods according to Path Models (경로 모델에 따른 공기기인 소음 전달 경로 분석법 특성 분석)

  • In this paper, a comparison about two representative Transfer Path Analysis(TPA) methods for air-borne noise based on, matrix inversion method and pressure transmissibility, are presented on the view point of crosstalk effect between sources. In order to assess accuracy of two methods according to path models between virtual airborne noise sources, experiments are made for two cases, weak and strong crosstalk effect condition, by using acrylic vehicle model. Based on this assessment, the paper presents a reasonable application criteria for TPA method according to the circumstances of air-borne noise sources.

  • 아이들 상태에서 차실 내에 불쾌감을 주는 매우 높은 크기의 소음이 발생하였다. 본 논문에서는 아이들 시 문제소음의 원인을 분석하고 저감하는데 필요한 관련이론의 적용과 이에 수반되는 데이터측정, 데이터처리 및 데이터 해석과정을 자세하게 기술하였다. 소음진동 측정 및 분석 결과 문제의 소음은 엔진의 회전 2.5차 성분을 가지고 구조기인소음이었다. 아이들 시 문제의 실내소음에 영향을 미치는 구조전달경로들의 기여도를 분석하기 위해 소음경로해석시험 및 모드시험을 실시하였다. 시험분석 결과에 따라 기여도가 놓은 배 기계 및 트랜스미션계의 진동 전달특성을 개선하므로써 만족할 수준의 소음 저감효과를 얻었다.

  • 이동 IP 망에서 이동 IP의 삼각 라우팅 문제를 해결한 최적경로 IP 라우팅 기법은이동 IPv6망에서의 이동성을 지원하는 기본 동작으로 되어있다. 본 논문에서는 이동 IP망의최적 경로 기법을 NBMA망에서의 NHRP를 이용한 단거리 터널설정 기법을 적용하여 그 성능을 평가하였다. 패킷 전달지연 시간 측면에서 기존 IP 라우팅 기법과 최적 경로에서의단거리 터널링 기법을 상호 비교하기 위하여 수학적 분석 및 모의실험을 수행하였다. 최적경로의 단거리 터널링 기법은 기존 IP 라우팅 방식보다 초기 데이터의 경우 종단간 전달 지연시간이 클 수 있으나 이후 패킷부터는 종단간 데이터 전달 지연시간이 대폭 개선됨을 확인하였다.

A Mobile IP Handover Scheme Based on Routing Costs (라우팅 비용을 고려한 Mobile IP 핸드오버 방안)

  • This paper proposes a new handover scheme to minimize handover delay and signaling costs, using the fact that a new packet forwarding path could be same or similar to the old one in Mobile IPv4. In the proposed scheme a foreign agent estimates the correlation between the new and old routing paths by using routing costs after receiving a registration request message from a mobile node. If the new packet forwarding path could be same or similar to the old one, the mobile node can receive packets from its old foreign agent without registering its new location with its home agent or correspondent node. The performance analysis shows that the proposed scheme can efficiently reduce handover delay and signaling costs.
