유비쿼터스는 정보화 사회의 키워드가 되면서 새로운 정보통신 환경구축이 요구되고 있다. 국내 아파트에 있어 홈네트워크 설치가 증가하고 있으며 편리하고 다양한 기능들이 부가되고 있다. 세대내에서 조명, 난방, 가전제어와 보안 서비스의 제공은 물론 외부로부터 인터넷, 핸드폰으로 세대에 설치된 기기를 원격제어 감시하는 지능화로 발전되고 있다. 조명설비에 있어 첨단기술과 통합한 다양한 솔루션으로 세대의 일괄소등, 조광패턴제어, 무선리모콘, 유무선 원격제어가 활용되고 있으며 다양한 디자인의 조명기구와 제어시스템의 개발로 시간과 분위기에 적합한 조명을 연출하고 있다. 조명제어기술의 발전은 에너지 절감효과, 사전감지 기능으로 안전성 확보, 사용자의 편리성이 향상되어 미래 주거에 있어 쾌적하고 경제적인 조명환경 구현에 이바지하게 될 것이다.

To develop a safety-critical network in nuclear power plants that puts more stringent requirements than the competitive commercial ones do, we establish four design criteria - deterministic communication, explicit separation/isolation structure, reliability, verification & validation. According to those design criteria, the fundamental design elements are chosen as follows - a star topology, point-to-point physical link, connection-oriented link control and fixed allocation access control. After analyzing the design elements, we also build a communication architecture with TDM (Time Division Multiplexing) bus switching scheme. Finally, We develop a DDCNet (Deterministic Data Communication Network) based on the established architecture. The DDCNet is composed of 64 nodes and guarantees the transmission bandwidth of 10Mbps and the delay of 10 msec for each node. It turns out that the DDCNet satisfies the aforementioned design criteria and can be adequately utilized for our purpose.

In this paper, a home network message specification and systems based on the Power Line Communication(PLC) are proposed. As a case study, the home network message specification and systems for the white goods are proposed. It is designed for the various home appliances from the lightning to the white goods using power line communication based on Internet protocol. The proposed home network system is composed of the home network message specification with browsing S/W and embedded H/W design based on the power line communication.

기존의 전력산업은 전력에너지 단일 품목에 의한 공급자 중심의 서비스체제를 유지해왔으나, 전력산업의 환경변화에 따라 소비자의 역할과 요구가 증대되고 있다. 또한 인터넷에 기반한 정보기술의 발전은 서비스 수용자로서의 전력소비자의 역할을 가격 결정권과 서비스 공급자 선택권을 갖는 시장 참여자로서의 역할로 변모시키고 있을 뿐 아니라 전력서비스 이외의 다양한 부가서비스의 제공을 요구하는 멀티서비스 구매자로까지 확대시키고 있다. 하지만 이러한 소비자의 역할이 현실화되기 위해서는 전력시스템과 소비자 전력기기간 양방향 통신을 기반으로한 멀티서비스 플랫폼의 구현이 필수적이다. 본 논문은 전력소비자의 멀티서비스를 위한 두 가지 모델을 제시하고 비교 분석하였다.

기존의 기술이 Off Line 상태에서 대지 정전 용량을 포함 하는 영상 전류 방식의 절연 저항을 측정 하는 반면, 본 기술은 기본적으로는 부하 Line에 흐르는 누설 전류를 샘플링 하여 얻어진 계측 값을 기초로 절연 저항에 흐르는 대지 절연 저항 전류 Igr을 구한다. 이와 같이 본 시스템은 웹 기반에서 원격 감시/제어를 가능케 한 것으로 Line을 Off시키지 않고 절연 저항을 구한다. 이때 얻어진 절연 저항, 선전류, 각 상별 전압을 Local 계기에서 Display하고 통신 출력을 통해 원격지에서 측정 시 제어를 수행한다. 이러한 기술적 기반은 Igr방식을 채용, 기존의 Io방식의 결점인 누설 전류의 크기인 스칼라량 검출로 인한 정전 용량, 잡음, 그리고 손실 오차와 부동작 요인에 관한 한계를 Igr방식의 채용으로 극복할 수 있어 절연 저항 측정에 대한 신뢰성과 안전성을 도모할 수 있다.

This system exchange half-duplex serial data at 1200 baud by FSK modulating a carrier frequency at 200KHz over the 110V A.C. power line. Transmitter output voltage to A.C. line is 4V p-p and line sensitivity is selected 2.54mV because CISPR Noise limitation is $66dB{\mu}V$ at 150 ${\sim}$ 500KHz. The designed and realized system has abtained system margin of 58 dB and probability of error, Pe = $1.78{\times}10^{-7}$ was obtained

다양하고 방대한 양의 정보를 효과적으로 처리, 분배하는 멀티미디어 정보통신 시스템이 광신호에 의한 처리를 통해 구현되어갈 전망이다. 이를 위해 빛을 발생시키는 발광소자, 빛을 검출하는 소광소자, 광신호를 처리하는 광신호 처리소자 그리고 광신호를 전달해주는 광섬유 및 화상정보의 표시를 위한 표시소자 등이 중요한 요소기술이다. 이같은 소자의 제작에 있어 기존 물질로는 요구에 대한 대응이 어려워 보다 우수한 성능의 소재개발이 요구된다. 이에 대한 대체물질로 최근 유기물 또는 고분자가 각광을 받고 있으며, 이를 사용한 소자개발이 활발히 진행되고 있다. 이제까지 무기물로 달성하기 힘들었던 많은 기술들이 유기물로 쉽게 구현이 가능하게 되면 고성능의 소재 및 소자기술은 다가오느 정보화 시대를 더축 풍요롭게 하는데 크게 기여할 것이다.

When we are trying to retrofit turbine control system from analog system to digital one, a new communication network is required to be contstructed. In this paper, we are going to introduce one example of economic communication network, which is reliable in operation from control room and field instruments to office and computer room. It will be installed in a power plant in the case of retrofiting control system of medium size steam turbine.

This paper is a study on the application of the most suitable wireless communication system in nuclear plant. Chapter. 1 is the point at issue because of using of only wire communications and present states of wireless communications in nuclear plant of the world. Chapter. 2 is guides of wireless communications in nuclear plant, a case of EMI/RFI, EMC measuring and review of the best wireless communication in nuclear plant in Korea. Chapter. 3 is advantages and good reasons on the using of wireless LAN in nuclear plant.

We simulated 3rd order intermodulation distortion (IMD3) induced Carrier-to-Intermodulation Ratio (CIR) of laser diodes over a wide range of optical modulation index, and compared the results with commercial IMD3 induced CIR specification such as Composite Triple Beat (CTB) of DFB laser transmitter for CATV networks. It shows that the simulation results are in good agreement with the CATV CTB specification within 3dB margin. The results can be used to predict IMD3 induced CIR performance for various analog optical transmission systems with given optical modulation index and the number of transmission channels.
