보이드에 의한 MPPF의 셀프힐링 특성 연구 (A Stud on the Self Healing Characteristics of MPPF by Voids)

  • 본 논문은 교류전압 인가시 보이드 형상에 따른 금속증착 폴리프로필렌 필름(Metalized Polypropylene Film : MPPF)의 셀프힐링 특성에 대해 연구하였다. 보이드 결함으로 인해 발생하는 프리 셀프힐링의 횟수가 증가함에 따라 PDIV는 증가하였으며, 프리 셀프힐링은 FPF의 절연파괴전압보다 낮은 전압에서 발생하였다. 셀프힐링은 주로 핀형, 주름형, X/Y형 보이드의 에지, 주름선상 및 교차점에서 발생하였으며, 주셀프힐링 전압은 PFP의 두께에 따라 증가하였다. 또한, 셀프힐링시 증착금속의 비산면적은 인가전압에 따라 증가하였으며, 셀프힐링시의 피크전류는 MPPF에 인가된 전압에 따라 증가하였다.

  • 본 논문은 배전선으로 널리 사용되고 있는 비닐캡타이어 타원형코드(Polyvinyl chloride insulated cabtyre oval cord, VCTFK)의 끝단에서 발생되는 트래킹의 진전특성에 대하여 언급하고 있다. 트래킹은 VCTFK의 끝단에 전해액을 적하함으로써 발생시켰다. VCTFK 끝단에서 발생되는 트래킹 진전과정 및 그 특징은 다음과 같다. 방전으로 인해 VCTFK 끝단에서 탄화가 시작되었고 침식도 일어났다. 도체에서 가까운 절연층이 먼저 침식되었으며, 피복층은 그 이후에 침식되었다. 침식이 진행된 이후, VCTFK 끝단의 표면에서 탄화물의 적층이 시작되었다. 적층 단계에서 아크를 동반했으며, 트래킹 파괴로 이어졌다.

파괴시간을 이용한 에폭시 복합체의 절연수명 (An Insulation Life Time of the Epoxy Composites according to Breakdown Time)

  • In the procedure of the estimation, the short time breakdown characteristics for the epoxy composite specimens, which were made with the variation of hardener and/or filler, were tested firstly. Then the long time voltage-to-time test was implemented. Finally, the long time breakdown voltage of each specimen was estimated with the parameters obtained from the statistical treatment with Weibull distribution. Base on the results, it has been found that the optimal weight ratio of epoxy resin/hardener/filler that has the excellent long time breakdown characteristic was 100/100/65. It was due to the silane treatment which relieves the electric field at the interface between filler and epoxy.

170[kV] GIB 내에서 건조공기(Dry Air)의 절연파괴 특성 (Breakdown Characteristics of Dry Air under 170[kV] GIB)

  • In this paper, we changed $SF_6$ insulation gases used already in the GIB(Gas Insulated Bus, gas insulated busbar) of switching appliances of power grid 170[kV] GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear, Gas Insulated Switchgear) with green insulation dry air gases and studied dielectric breakdown voltage characteristics by the AC voltage withstand test. Withstand test AC voltage applied to the standard KEPCO's 170[kV] GIB with dry air insulation and and the equivalent of dry air and $SF_6$ gas were examined. Breakdown voltage of dry air, using an expression of the experiments were calculated and AC Withstand criterion of dry air insulation for the AC voltage test was derived. Using the criterion, dry air gases can be used instead of the $SF_6$ gas was confirmed in the factory acceptance test at 170[kV] GIB.

  • It is very desirable that a mixture gas possessing excellent insulation performance is suggested for insulation on increasing high voltage. This paper proposes a $SF_6$ mixture gas based on the factors including dielectric strength, environmental impact and economic feasibility of manufacture for the insulation in eco-friendly power equipment. A suitable-$SF_6$ content was determined to improve the dielectric strength in $N_2$ and Dry Air. The examination results of the factors revealed that a $SF_6$/Dry Air mixture gas possessing the $SF_6$ content was more appropriate than a $SF_6/N_2$ mixture gas to the eco-friendly power equipment. In addition to the selection of the suitable $SF_6$ mixture gas, insulation characteristics as a function of $SF_6$ content were described from electron-detachment mechanism.

  • In this paper, we investigated the effects of gap length and tip radius influenced in breakdown of mineral based insulation oil Electrode system was needle-plane geometry It is to model conductive extrusions in oil filled electrical power apparatus. The tip radius of needle electrode was 5, 10, 20 and 25${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, respectively. We measured breakdown voltage for each of tip radius with increasing electrode gap, 2mm to 12mm. It was calculated electrical breakdown strength at tip using Mason\`s equation from breakdown voltage As gap lenght increased. breakdown strength increased linearly. But, as tip radius of needle increased, breakdown strength decreased exponentially. It can be explained by tole phenomenon that electron is easily injected, as tip radius increases, and effective work function decreases. When appling DC voltage. breakdown 7tr7ilgtll was higher wheal polarity of needle was negative than positive. It is because of the space charge effect ill accordance with the influence of liquid motion.

  • The characteristics of Electrical breakdown liquid nitrogen($LN_2$) were studied under simulated Quenching conditions for application of HTS apparatus. The experimental results for various quench condition revealed that the breakdown voltage of $LN_2$ with bubble flow velocity and gap spacing, Also, it did a electric field and potential distribution interpreting at the liquid nitrogen when the bubble existed, The plots of equipotential lines for three cases are also shown.

  • In this paper the experiments of insulation characteristics by temperature change of $SF_6$ gas and liquid $SF_6$ in model GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear) were described. From this results, the breakdown voltage was increased with a drop of temperature and an increase of the inner pressure in model GIS. The ability of insulation in liquid $SF_6$ was higher than that of the highly pressurized $SF_6$ gas. A liquid $SF_6$ discharge characteristics was caused by bubble formed evaporation of liquid $SF_6$ and bubble caused by high electric emission. It is considered that these result are fundamental data for electric insulation design of superconductor and cryogenic application machinery which will be studied and developed in the future.

  • 피접지체의 접지는 전력설비의 절연파괴,낙뢰 등으로 전압이 침입할 경우 접지전극의 접지저항이 높으면 접지전극으로 유입되는 전류와 접지저항의 곱에 해당하는 접지전극의 전위가 상승하게 되므로 설비의 파손 인축의 피해 등이 발생 할 수 있다. 따라서 접지저항은 낮은 값으로 유지하는것이 필요하고 정기적으로 측정하여 관리하도록 규정하고 있다. 대표적인 접지저항측정방법으로는 3전극법(Fall of potential method)과 Hook-on 측정법이 있다. 그러나 3전극법은 측정하고자 하는 접지전극으로부터 일정한 거리에 전류를 흘려주고 이때 대지 전위를 측정 할 수 있는 2개의 보조전극 설치가 필수적이나 접지극과 접지선의 단자와는 설치 위치가 다르므로 접지전극의 설치점을 확인하기 곤란하고 건물내부, 지하철, 터널 등에는 보조전극의 설치가 거의 불가능하므로 처음 설치한 접지극의 접지저항측정관리에 어려움이 크다. 또한 Hook-on 측정법은 다중 접지 계통에 사용하는 방법으로 접지극이 수십 또는 수백개를 병렬로 연결한 경우 측정하고저 하는 접지그의 접지저항값에 비해 나머지 접지전극 전체의 합성저항이 무시할 수 있을 만큼 적은 경우에만 측정할 수 있으므로 건물이나 변전실 등 수개의 접지극이 설치된 경우는 사용할 수 없다. 본 연구는 보조전극을 설치하지 않고 측정하고자하는 접지전극 상호간의 전류분배 비율을 저항의 역수 비율로 하여 각각의 접지 전극의 접지저항값을 운전 중인 상태에서 간단하고 정확하게 측정할 수 있는 새로운 접지저항 측정 방법에 관한 연구이다.

  • This study was conducted to discover a substitute of $SF_6$ gas. $SF_6$ gas is widely used across the industries. Thanks to superior electrical properties, in particular, it has been commonly used in electrical industry. However, there have been a lot of studies on its serious effect on global warming. As a substitute of this synthetic gas, a mixture of dry air and $N_2/O_2$ was chosen in this study. In case of $N_2/O_2$, dielectric strength differs depending on the mixing ratio. This study examined dielectric breakdown and flashover after adjusting oxygen percentage in the dry air. This test was conducted in a quasi-uniform electric field depending on pressure, oxygen concentration and gas mixtures. The test results found that dielectric voltage and flashover voltage were the highest at a certain oxygen concentration. It is the results of this photoionization and electron attachment of oxygen.
