  • 산업현장에서 사용되는 타워크레인의 전도 상황을 측정하기 위한 시스템은 현재 풍속계에 의존하고 있는데, 풍속계의 경우 타워크레인의 기울어짐을 정략적으로 측정할 수 없는 센서이기 때문에 정확한 상황 판단이 어렵고, 운전자나 관리자의 판단이 필요한 문제를 갖는다. 그래서 보다 정확한 정도를 측정하기 위해 타워크레인의 지브(jib) 휘어짐과 타워축의 휘어짐을 측정하여 정량적인 위험 상황을 경보 할 수 있는 전도 측정 장치가 필요하기 때문에 타워크레인의 좌/우 및 상/하 기울어짐에 대한 정량적인 측정이 가능한 기울기 센서를 이용한 센서 시스템을 구축하고, 타워크레인의 동작 위험성을 알리기 위한 경보 기법을 구축 했다.

  • For the pitch and yaw axis attitude control of launch vehicle, thrust vector control which changes the direction of thrust during the engine combustion is commonly used. Hydraulic actuation system has been used generally as a drive system for the thrust vector control of launch vehicles with the advantage of power-to-weight ratio. Nowadays, due to the developments of highly efficient electric motor and motor control techniques, it has done a lot of research to adopt electro-mechanical actuator for thrust vector control of small-sized launch vehicles. This paper describes system design and test results of the prototype of direct drive electro-mechanical actuation system which is being developed for the thrust vector control of $3^{rd}$ stage engine of KSVL-II.

Effect of Working Pressure on the Structural, Electrical, and Optical Properties of GTZO Thin Films (공정압력이 GTZO 박막의 구조적, 전기적 및 광학적 특성에 미치는 영향)

  • In this study, GTZO(Ga-Ti-Zn-O) thin films were deposited at various working pressures (1~7mTorr) by RF magnetron sputtering to examine the structural, electrical, and optical properties. All GTZO thin films exhibited c-axis preferential growth regardless of working pressure, the GTZO thin film deposited at 1mTorr showed the most excellent crystallinity having 0.38˚ of FWHM. The average transmittance in the visible light region (400~800nm) showed 80% or more regardless of the working pressure. We could observed the Burstein-Moss effect that carrier concentration decrease with the increase of working pressure and thus the energy band gap is narrowed. Figure of merits of GTZO thin film deposited at 1mTorr showed the highest value of 9.08 × 103 Ω-1·cm-1, in this case resistivity and average transmittance in the visible light region were 5.12 × 10-4 Ω·cm and 80.64%, respectively.

  • The resistivity monitoring is a practical method to resolve changes in resistivity of underground structures over time. With the advance of sophisticated automatic data acquisition system and rapid data communication technology, resistivity monitoring has been widely applied to understand spatio-temporal changes of subsurface. In this study, a new 4D inversion algorithm is developed, which can effectively emphasize significant changes of underground resistivity with time. To overcome the overly smoothing problem in 4D inversion, the Lagrangian multipliers in the space-domain and time-domain are determined automatically so that the proportion of the model constraints to the misfit roughness remains constant throughout entire inversion process. Furthermore, a focusing model constraint is added to emphasize significant spatio-temporal changes. The performance of the developed algorithm is demonstrated by the numerical experiments using the synthetic data set for a time-lapse model.

Electrical and Optical Properties of BZO Thin Films Deposited by RF Magnetron Sputtering with Various Annealing Temperatures (열처리 온도에 따른 BZO 박막의 전기적 및 광학적 특성)

  • The effects of annealing temperature on the optical and electrical properties of BZO thin films, grown on glass substrate, have been investigated. Analysis of the XRD shows that regardless of the annealing temperature, all BZO thin films indicate the c-axis orientation. The full width of half maximum (FWHM) decreases from 1.65 to 1.07° as the annealing temperature increases from 400 to 600℃. The average transmittance in the visible light region showed a high value of 85% without significantly affecting the annealing temperature. The results of Hall effect measurements indicate that the carrier concentration and mobility increased and the resistivity decreased as the annealing temperature increased. The resistivity and the carrier concentration of the BZO thin films annealed 600℃ were 9.75×10-2 Ω·cm and 4.21×1019 cm-3 respectively, showing the best value. The optimization of deposition and annealing conditions will certainly make the BZO thin films promising materials for the application to the next generation of optoelectronic devices.

  • Ultrathin film of polyamic acid having benzene and sulfonyloxyimide moieties was prepared using the Langmuir-Blodgett (LB) technique, and then photosensitive polyimide LB film was obtained by the thermal treatment of precursor polyamic acid multilayers at 200$\^{C}$ for 1 hr. The polyamic acid was synthesized by condensation polymerization under THF and pyridine cosolvent. All monomers and polymers were identified through elemental analysis, FT-IR and $^1$H-NMR spectroscopic measurements. The microarray patterning of photosensitive polyimide LB film on a gold substrate was generated with a deep UV lithography technique. The well-characterized monolayer of cytochrome c was immobilized on the microarray patterns using two different self-assembly processes. Physical and electrochemical properties of the self-assembled cytochrome c monolayer were investigated based on cyclic voltammetry and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Also, its application in bioelectronic device was examined.

On the growth and properties of GaP single crystals (GaP단결정의 성장과 특성에 관하여)

  • 합성용질확산법으로 GaP단결정을 성장시키고 몇가지 성질을 조사하였다. 정지상태에서 결정의 성장속도는 1.75[mm/day]이었고 결정성장용 석영관을 전기로내에서 하강시키므로써 양질의 GaP 단결정을 성장하였다. 에치피트밀도는 결정의 성장축 방향으로 3.8*$10^{4}$[$cm^{-2}$]부터 2.3*$10^{5}$[$cm^{-2}$] 까지 증가하였다. 성장된 GaP결정의 이동도와 캐리어농도는 실온에서 197.49[$cm^{2}$/V.sec]와 6.75*$10^{15}$[$cm^{-3}$]이었고 77K의 온도에서는 266.91[$cm^{2}$ /V.sec]와 3.13*$10^{14}$[$cm^{-3}$]이었다. 에너지갭의 온도의존성은 실험적으로 $E_{g}$(T)=2.3383-(6.082*$10^{-4}$) $T^{2}$/(373.096+T)[eV]로 구하여졌다. 저온에서 측정된 광루미네센스 스펙트럼은 구속된 여기자의 복사재결합과 재결합 과정에 포논의 참여로 인하여 에너지갭 부근의 복잡한 선 스펙트럼이 나타났고 얕은 준위의 Si도너와 Zn억셉터준위 사이에서의 복사재결합 및 이에 대한 1LO, 2LO의 포논복제가 나타났으며 S $i_{Ga}$ -S $i_{p}$의 쌍방출에 의하여 1.8932[eV]에서 넓은 반치전폭의 피크가 나타났다. GaP의 적외선 흡수는 TO, LO, LA, T $A_{1}$, T $A_{2}$ 포논들의 이중결합모드와 G $a_{2}$O의 진동모드 및 Si도너와 Zn억셉터들에 의하여 일어났다. Zn를 확산시키어 제작한 p-n GaP발광다이오드는 실온에서의 발광중심피크가 6250[.angs.]이었고 최대광출력은 0.0916[mW], 양자효율은 0.51%이었다.이었다.

Dependence of the Diode Characteristics of ZnO/b-ZnO/p-Si(111) on the Buffer Layer Thickness and Annealing Temperature (버퍼막 두께 및 버퍼막 열처리 온도에 따른 ZnO/b-ZnO/p-Si(111)의 전기적 특성 변화 및 이종접합 다이오드 특성 평가)

  • In this study, the effects of ZnO buffer layer thickness and annealing temperature on the heterojunction diode, ZnO/b-ZnO/p-Si(111), were reported. The effects of those on the structural and electrical properties of zinc oxide (ZnO) films on ZnO buffered p-Si (111) substrate were also studied. Structural properties of ZnO thin films were studied by X-ray diffraction and I-V characteristics were measured by a semiconductor parameter analyzer. ZnO thin films with 70 nm thick buffer layer and annealing temperature of $700^{\circ}C$ showed the best c-axis preferred orientation. The best electrical property was found at the condition of buffer layer annealing temperature of $700^{\circ}C$ and 50nm thick ZnO buffer layer (resistivity: $2.58{\times}10^{-4}[{\Omega}-cm]$, carrier concentration: $1.16{\times}1020[cm^{-3}]$). The I-V characteristics for ZnO/b-ZnO/p-Si(111) heterojunction diode were improved with increasing buffer layer thickness at buffer layer annealing temperature of $700^{\circ}C$.

Study on the Productivity of Hanwoo Steers with Self-product Organic Rice Straw (자가 생산 유기볏짚을 이용한 거세한우 생산성 연구)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the productivity of Hanwoo steers by feeding self-product organic rice straw and concentrates(conventional, T1 and organic T2). Sixteen Hanwoo steers(8 months on the average) were randomly assigned to two treatment groups. Feeding trail was carried out in 2 treatment(8 heads/ treatment) by Hanwoo steers for 600 days form 8 to 28 months in age. The range of average daily gains of T1 and T2 were 0.76 to 0.77kg in the growing stage, 0.93 to 0.90kg in the first fattening stage, 0.99 to 0.84kg in the middle fattening stage, and 0.59 to 0.64kg in the latter fattening, respectively, and the gains for overall period was higher in T1 than in T2. Concentrates and total digestive nutrients(TDN)(T1) intakes per unit of kg gains were higher than T2 without significant difference. In carcass characteristics, the carcass weight in T1 were higher about 5% than in T2. According to the above results, it may be concluded that dry matter(DM) intakes, crude protein(CP) and TDN contents of feedstuff between treatments was no significant difference. but marbling in T2 score was higher than in T1 about 20%. There were no significant differences rib-eye area, back fat thickness and fat color(p>0.05).

  • The transducer section of the forward-looking ultrasound imaging catheter (FLUIC) consists of a circular piezoelectric element as a vibrator and a conical acoustic mirror as a perfect reflector. A small diameter piezoelectric transducer element is mounted on the side of a catheter's rotating shaft. The unique design of FLUIC provides the capability to form a two-dimensional image of a cross-section of vessel in front of the catheter, which is lacking in the present generation of intravascular ultrasound (IVUS) transducers, as well as a conventional side view image. The mirror configuration for the transducer section of the FLUIC is designed using an approximated ray tracing techniques. The diffraction transfer function approach [1] developed for the field prediction from primary sources is generalized and extended to predict the secondary diffraction characterstics from an acoustic mirror. The extended model is verified by simulation and experiment through a simple plane reflector and employed to analyzed the field characteristics of a FLUIC.
