유한요소해석을 통한 횡자계 방식의 진공인터럽터 전극의 로렌츠 힘 분석 (Analysis of Lorentz force of radial magnetic field type vacuum interrupter using finite element method)

  • There have been few papers using finite element method(FEM) to analyze arc driving force for spiral type vacuum interrupter electrode up to date while there have been many papers dealing with AMF type electrode by means of FEM. AMF analysis is very important in AMF type electrode because it has proportional relation with effective area which means the area of magnetic flux density above critical magnetic flux density to diffuse arc. In the same manner, arc driving force is an important factor to drive arc by Lorentz force. In this paper two models were calculated and compared by using commercial FEM software Maxwell 3D.

  • In this paper, we studies EMTP analysis and characteristics of critical voltage of pulse corona and load impedance on variable electrode length. To obtain a stable Pulse voltage, we designed a compact pulse generator switched MOSFET and tested their characteristics by adjusting electrode length and pulse repetition. As a result, critical voltage of pulse corona and load impedance on increasing electrode length were decreased. These results indicate we can control critical voltage of pulse corona and suppress arc discharging between two electrodes.

  • This paper describes electromagnetic repulsion force of multipolar axial magnetic field type electrodes for vacuum interrupter used in vacuum circuit breaker. It was distinguished that repulsion force of multipolar axial magnetic field type electrode in consideration of eddy current effect between upper electrode and lower electrode by finite element method. And it was found out that suitable contact weight of multipolar axial magnetic field type electrode for vacuum circuit breaker from repulsion force analysis results by finite element method.

  • 탄소나노튜브는 고종횡비, 10nm이하의 매우 작은 직경, 높은 전기전도도 및 열전도도, 금속 및 반도체 특성 둥의 우수한 특성 때문에 많이 사용되고 있다. 최근에는 전기적 소자나 화학적, 기계적 센서 그리고 측정용 프로브로 사용될 목적으로 탄소 나노 튜브를 전극들 사이나 끝 단이 날카로운 탐침의 끝에 위치시키는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 탄소나노튜브를 끝 단이 날카로운 탐침의 끝에 위치시켜 CNT tip을 만드는 경우, 지금까지는 수동 조작(manipulation)에 의한 방법과, 화학기상증착법(Chemical Vapor Depsosition: CVD)에 의한 성장방법이 많이 사용되고 있다.(중략)

인지적 긍정/부정 선택과제 수행 시 뇌파를 이용한 반응시간의 감지 (A Study on EEG-based RT Detection During a Yes/No Cognitive Decision Task)

  • 본 논문에서는 인지적 긍정/부정 선택 과제의 수행 시 뇌파를 이용하여 피험자의 반응시간 RT를 감지하는 방법에 관하여 기술한다. 실험 Task에서 피험자는 시각적 자극에 대한 반응, 문제의 해석, 손 움직임의 조절, 손동작 등과 같은 작업을 수행한다. 이와 같은 상황에서의 피험자의 정신상태의 변화를 모델링하고, 선택시간 ST를 감지하여 피험자의 반응시간 RT를 예측한다. ST를 감지하기 위하여 측정한 뇌파로부터 $\alpha$, $\beta$, ${\gamma}$파를 분리하고, 4쌍의 전극들로부터 3가지의 특징들을 추출한다. 추출한 특징들을 분석하여 각 피험자별로 나타나는 상세 규칙과 공통적인 특성인 일반 규칙들을 설정하고 이들을 적용한다. 4명의 피험자를 대상으로 평균 81%의 ST 감지 성공률을 보이고, ST 감지 이후 약 0.73초에서 RT가 나타나는 것을 보인다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법을 기존의 인지적인 정신상태 판별을 위한 방법들이나 왼손/오른손 동작구분 방법들과 결합하여 사용할 경우 BCI를 위한 기반 기술로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

  • A dual-gate SOI SA-LIGBT (shorted-anode lateral insulated gate bipolar transistor) which eliminates the snapback effectively is proposed and verified by numerical simulation. The elimination of the snapback in I-V characteristics is obtained by initiating the hole injection at low anode voltage by employing a dual gate and a floating electrode in the proposed device. For the proposed device, the snapback phenomenon is completely eliminate, while snapback of conventional SA-LIGBT occurs at anode voltage of 11 V. Also, the drive signals of two gates have same polarity by employing the floating electrode, thereby requiring no additional power supply.

  • In this paper, a new method for calculating capacitance in multi-electrode system with arbitrarily shape is presented. This new approach based on divergence theorem and Gauss's law is achieved by Surface-Contacted Element(SCE) for Gaussian surface. To evaluate capacitance in multi-electrode system, two dimensional finite element method using only the elements which is contacted one nod (PE: Point-Element) or two nod (FE: Face-Element) with surface is employed. The proposed SCE method has short computing time to calculate capacitance which is because it uses only SCE elements and needs one calculation loop while exiting FEM method in servral loops. This method is verified by application in calculating capacitance using potential detection device model which is composed with anode, cathode, and floating electrode.

  • Estimating equivalent soil model which represents an actual soil structure and its electrical characteristics, is extremely improtant for good substation grounding system design and analysis. Since the equivalent soil model is deduced based on the measured apparent soil resistivity - generally obtained from Wenner's 4-point method, reasonable and accurate measuring technique and procedure guarantee good grounding system design and analysis. The paper aims to show the importance of reasonable enough probe spacing by presenting the influence of soil modelling to estimation and measurement of grounding resistance of substation grounding grid.

  • A impedance model simulating the electrical characteristics of the Electrodeless fluorescent lamp operated at high frequency is proposed. The model is constructed from a two parameter equation which is derived based on a set of two measurements. This is a readily constructed and computer simulator oriented model which is suitable for a preliminary design of electronic ballasts. Simulated and experimental results arc used to verify the analytical discussions, and, moreover, an electronic ballast design example using the proposed model is presented to further demonstrate its applications.

  • Object of this paper is to find the best shape of cylinder, flowing velocity of gas and state of pole with the cylinder wire magnet type. Also it is to analysis phenomena arising in the cylinder. So that general program FLUX2D has used for magnetic and electric field analysis at the cylinder wire magnet type. General program PHOENICS has used for cold or hot gases flowing analysis at the cylinder wire type with magnet.
