Most of the movies currently being created are used by CG. As for movie of today, the location of visual effect from film business rose highly with CG introductions to do not ask a style. The CG gets attention recently, and expand a market at rapid pace, the biggest reason are development of software and computer hardware. Advancement of computer technology and technique discharge numerous VFX artists therefore visual effect are possible to deliver with low-budget feature and commercial films more common. As for CG fields Hollywood in United States has most advancement of the computer techniques that create a lot of visual effect artists. However CG techniques of Korea also developed absurdly, because movie market of Korea is getting bigger. Korean CG technology get catching up at the CG techniques of Hollywood every year, however goal of this research in order to study is current address and future possibility of development of Korean CG. The CG example which from the movie was already screened that in the depth. Through movie of existing and knows a different partial authorization, tries to observe the possibility of development of future Korean CG fields.

The purpose of this study is to establish a methodology for evaluating quantitative effects of transportation GHG (greenhouse gas) reduction-related policies that were implemented based on the reduction goals of transportation GHG and effective implementation plans. This study uses a modal utility function and demand estimation models as well as a GHG emission basic unit estimation model by each transportation mode based on actual traffic and emission data. The results showed that the effects of GHG reduction policies such as electric vary from region to region, and from vehicle to vehicle. It is also confirmed that an eco-drive promotion policy, one of the lowest budget policies, is expected to contribute to high reduction in GHG. In addition, not only automobile emission improvement policies but also the promotion policies of public transportation are expected to highly reduce GHG as confirmed quantitatively in this study. The results of this study are expected to be useful for national and local governments' evaluation of GHG reduction policies to cope with the post 2020.

With the development of high-cost vehicle detectors, low-cost detectors have also been studied due to the advantage that more detectors are provided within limited budgets. This study proposed a method to estimate vehicle speeds using vehicles' track data from auto manufacturers and time stamps obtained when vehicles' tires pass an inclined sensor (here, a tape switch sensor). In speed estimation, small vehicles and large vehicles is distinguished according to the ratio of time stamps for a wheelbase and a rear track obtained from a tape switch sensor. In particular, speed estimation can be adjusted through a parameter to determine vehicles' size so as to take into account location properties such as vehicles' classification ratio. The low-cost vehicle detector with an inclined sensor proposed in this study is expected to be widely utilized to monitor traffic conditions thanks to low cost.

This study explores four Korean films: Silenced (2011), Unbowed (2012), The Attorney (2014), and New Trial (2017). Based on these films, this study explores the features of courtroom films and their social significance on society. The ability of Korean courtroom films to have such a profound impact on Korean society is something that is not usually witnessed in other countries. Also, the fact that they are low-budget works, not action/thrillers within the 'guaranteed star' system, and the fact that they present opportunities for netizens to call for change is a defining feature of Korean courtroom films. All four films have sparked controversy over the level of realism in Korean courtroom films, but what is more important is the way in which they portray contemporary social change. In summary, these four Korean courtroom films highlight the characteristics of social action and the means of mobilization required to effect it.

This study is a metaverse platform design study to support indie musicians' performances in a virtual environment. Interest in indie music has increased, but the number of accessible platforms has decreased after COVID-19. As a result of a survey of low-budget indie musicians, many people found it difficult to perform on stage due to lack of money and time. As the metaverse, which enables new social and economic activities, emerges, this study sought to contribute to resolving these difficulties by developing a prototype of a platform that allows performances in a metaverse environment beyond the existing stage environment. We conducted a prototype test of the platform developed for indie musicians and discovered the potential of a metaverse virtual space for indie musicians.

PURPOSES : This paper presents a description of the current issues facing road managers regarding the surface-type conversion of low-volume roads for cost savings. METHODS: The paper reviews previous works conducted toward this end, acknowledges gaps in the current research, and lays out what information is needed for further studies. RESULTS : If the cost to maintain an unsurfaced road is less than the cost of maintaining a surfaced road, then there is potential for cost savings for the management agency. However, the problem is bigger than simply maintaining the roads that already exist. If unsurfaced roads prove to be more economical than surfaced roads, then the cost to convert from a surfaced to an unsurfaced roadway, and vice versa, when necessary, must also be examined. CONCLUSIONS : No other studies have addressed the un-surfacing of a road for cost savings, and it is therefore unknown whether substantial savings can be realistically obtained by converting from a surfaced to an unsurfaced road. To determine whether a conversion policy would be a viable option, additional data and research are needed.

현재의 지능형 안전 및 유지관리 방법은 자연재해 및 시설물 사용성능 향상 등의 환경변화 대응에 아직 미흡하고, 기술역량도 부족하다. 국내의 시설물의 점검 및 관리 시스템은 대부분 수작업으로 이루어진다. 이러한 수동적인 관리는 시설물의 상태 변화에 실시간으로 대응하지 못함으로서 여러 사고를 초래하기도 한다. 하지만 사람이 일일이 검사하는 수동적인 시설물 관리에서는 이러한 문제점을 완벽히 해결할 수 없으며, 시설물 관리를 위해 많은 유지보수 인력이 필요하지만 예산상의 문제로 인해 관리가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 4G 무선네트워크 기반의 영상카메라 및 감지센서 융합형 시각정보화 M2M 게이트웨이를 활용하여 간단한 시설물 관리 시스템 구성으로 인한 기존 원격 영상 감시 시스템과 차별화된 저전력, 저비용, 고효율, 고성능의 무인 시설물 관리 시스템을 설계하였다.

Libraries are encountering hostile conditions around journal licensing such as limited budget, the high price of packages, and vendor-led negotiation. They need to collect and analyze usage data of electronic journals to develop electronic journal collection appropriate for their own circumstances. The purpose of this study is to suggest an practical guideline for librarians' analysis of electronic journal usage statistics. For this, the study reviewed related previous studies and examined current state on usage statistics provided from COUNTER release 3 compliant vendors. Finally this study proposed five core statistics including full-text article request per journal, journal using rate, price per full-text article request, most use group, and low use group, and further discussed how to use them effectively for the electronic journal management.

기후변화로 인한 홍수재해는 우리나라를 포함한 모든 전세계의 이슈로 우리 앞에 다가와 있다. 수자원 인프라가 잘 구축된 우리나라와 달리 저개발국가로써 관련 인프라가 미흡한 국가의 경우대규모 예산 투입이 필요한 댐, 제방 등의 수자원 인프라 시설보다는 비구조적대책인 홍수예경보시스템 구축을 통해 재해취약지역내 우선적으로 도입하는 유역단위 비구조적인 홍수관리계획이 필요하다(김광기, 2022). 본 연구에서는 2012년 금강권역을 대상으로 구축된 홍수예측모형에 대한 개선을 위해 최신 하도자료와 시설물 현황 자료를 반영하여 수리학적 모형을 신규 구축하였다. 이를 위한 수리학적 홍수추적 모형은 FLDWAV 모형을 사용하였으며, 모형의 대상구간은 금강 상류에 위치한 용담댐에서부터 대청댐 구간까지 189.32 km 구간을 선정하였다. 대상구간은 총 773개의 하도단면으로 구성하여 대상하천에 대한 지형변화를 최대한 반영하고자 하였으며, 홍수사상은 유량이 많은 홍수사상뿐만 아니라 저유량에서도 모형의 정확도를 확보하기 위해 다양한 사상을 선정하여 보정과 검증을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 구축된 금강의 용담댐에서 대청댐 구간에 대한 수리학적 해석모형은 다양한 홍수사상을 대상으로 모형에 대한 보정과 검증을 실시함으로써 보다 정확도 높은 홍수예경보시스템을 구축하여 하천 재해 발생을 예방하는데 활용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
