The purpose of this study is to develop systematical components and implementation of rehabilitation physical activity by analyzing the relative importance among each factor. To achieve the purpose of this study, 20 participants were selected, and they consisted of instructors and adapted physical activity teachers and professional who have experiences in institutes and hospital where have operate program related to rehabilitation physical activity and adapted physical activity program. Delphi technique was conducted for three times by the participants. For the decision of priorities about improvement factors, AHP was performed. The results were as follows. As the result of this study, the factors of the rehabilitation physical activity consisted of six type of exercise; fitness, psychological exercise, aquatic exercise, sense & perception exercise, ambulatory exercise, and motor skills. Also, 21 sub-factors were also extracted. The result from analyzing the priorities of factors was fitness 33.2%, aquatic exercise 20.6%, psychological exercise 16.3%, sense & perception exercise 11.7%, ambulatory exercise 10.8% and motor skills 8.6%. Also, among results from the weighted state of priority factors, muscular strength and endurance were the most importance factor which had 23.4% weighting, and meditation was the least importance factor which had 0.5% weighting.

The aim of this study was to evaluation the effect of Interactive Metronome(IM) training on executive function for stroke patients. Twenty patients with stroke were randomly assigned to experimental group(n=10) or control group(n=10). The patients in the experimental group received IM training with basic rehabilitation and those in the control group received traditional rehabilitation with basic rehabilitation. The patients were assessed before and after intervention using Kims frontal-executive function neuropsychology test II to evaluate executive function. The result of the present study was experimental group demonstrated more increased than control group in stroop interference, word fluency, delayed recall, executive function quotient(EFQ). Therefore, IM training was effective in improving the executive function. It is deemed that IM training can be usefully applied to improve executive function.
While depression is certainly a prevalent disorder, it is often severe and debilitating and does not always have the good prognosis we have been led to expect. Social approaches to affective disorders have not been subjected to the same level of scrutiny as the interventions used in the management of schizophrenia. Psychosocial Rehabilitation is now at a critical stage. Psychoeducation, social skill training, cognitive remediation, family education, vocational rehabilitation and case management programs are essential for the rehabilitation of chronic depression.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the correlation between psychosocial factors and therapeutic flow in stroke patients and identify the factors influencing therapeutic flow. Total 168 stroke patients from 15 hospitals were measure for depression, stress, self-efficacy, rehabilitation motivation and therapeutic flow. Factors that affect the therapeutic flow correlation as s result of negatively correlated with depression(r=-.349, p<.001), stress(r=-.290, p<.001), self-efficacy(r=.528, p<.001), rehabilitation motivation(r=.186, p<.05) was found in the positively correlated. Finally the effect on therapeutic flow in stroke patients variables affecting self-efficacy(${\beta}=.443$, p<.001) and depression(${\beta}=-.155$, p<.05) were the order of analysis. These result demonstrate that the therapeutic flow of storke patients was a significant correlation on psychosocial factors, future study will continue to be needed.
This study investigated the effects of song discussion on depression and rehabilitation motivation in stroke patients. Older adults with chronic stroke participated in this study: nine for the experimental group and eight for the control group. The experimental group was divided into three subgroups and participated in 12 sessions over 6 weeks. Target lyrics were selected by the investigator among popular songs from the participants' young adulthood. The song-based discussion was facilitated to address issues targeted at supportive, insight-focused, or reconstructive stage. The control group was provided with delayed intervention. At pre and posttest, the short form of Geriatric Depression Scale and the Rehabilitation Motivation Scale were measured. The experimental group showed significantly decreased depression and significantly increased rehabilitation motivation (p < .01), while the control group showed no significant changes. Positive changes were also observed in all subcategories of rehabilitation motivation in the experimental group, particularly in significantly increased task-oriented motivation and decreased amotivation. This study suggests that song discussion will be effectively applied in rehabilitative settings to address psychological issues of older adults with stroke.
Alcohol abuse negatively affects the individual alcoholics and their families, including children. This paper investigates interventions that help children of alcoholics psychosocially and psychopathologically. We investigated domestic and international literature by searching the related databases and reviewing articles. Inclusion criteria were studies on psychological interventions for children of alcoholics (CoAs) or both CoAs and parents. Results suggest that the interventions help CoAs reduce their emotional and behavioral problems. After the review, the research results were discussed, and suggested further effective interventions. The study is valuable because it reviewed the studies that improved CoAs' psychological problems and suggested future directions
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome(CRPS) is a chronic neruopathic pain syndrome, most frequently encountered after trauma, nerve injury, fracture, cerebral vascular accident(CVA), spinal injury, and surgery to a limb, and affected by diverse factors such as disease process, intervention method, and other biopsychosocial components. Occupational therapy as a multidisciplinary treatment approach may be potentially useful when simultaneously targeting such biological, psychological, and social components. Biological treatment can focus on increasing functional use of extremity for promoting independence. Psychological intervention can include relaxation/biofeedback training and cognitive-behavioral treatments, and social approach can focus on recreational therapy and vocational rehabilitation. Occupational therapy will encourage functional restoration, pain management, and regaining of psychological components with collaboration between different disciplines.
The purpose of this research was to examine the factors affecting motivation for change of injured workers. Data from 305 injured workers were anlayzed using hierarchical regression Factors associated with injured workers' motivation for change were: multiple psychological security, acceptability of injury, and independence at personal level, family support at family level, and perceptive severity of injury, job, and return to job.
