Power allocation of soft frequency reuse(SFR) to increase cell edge user throughput by reducing inter-cell interference is proposed for coordinated cellular systems. SFR is the effective technique to increase cell edge user throughput, however, it costs the degradation of total system throughput. The cost increases when SFR operated in distributed resource controlled systems fails to be fast adaptive in the change of user distribution. The proposed scheme enables coordinated cells to control transmit power adaptively depending on user distribution so that it minimizes the loss of system throughput introduced from SFR while it guarantees enhancement of cell edge user throughput. Through system level simulation considering neighboring two cells, evaluation result for adaptive power allocation is shown compared with static power allocation.

It is necessary to develop the next generation FTS which is suitable for our environment and effectively operates many launch vehicles. Standard tone, Secure tone, MHA, EFTS and DSSS are studied for the next generation FTS. FTS requires a high quality of performance and reliability because of their specific mission. And few FTSs are needed but the price is very expensive. Therefore we must investigate a part of the FTS whether the part can be reused for a part of the next FTS. In this paper, we use CCDF of the transmitted signal from FTS as the method to study a possibility of reusing HPA used in the present system. The simulation results show that PEP of Standard tone is 0.21dB and Secure tone and MHA has the same PEP. CPFSK's PEP is 1.81dB and PEP of DSSS using BPSK modulation is 2.6dB.
In this paper the Dynamic Minislot Reservation Protocol(DMRP) in which the control channel is divided into contention-less and contention minislots in order to reduce re-transmission probability in multicasting is proposed. In the network, earth node has two pairs of transceivers. A transceiver consisting of a fixed transmitter and a fixed receiver is used to control packet registration and the other transceiver is used to transmit data. Two types f transceivers for data transmission are considered : one is FT-TR(Fixed Transmitter-Tunable Receiver) and the other is TT-TR(Tunable Transmitter-Tunable Receiver). In the analysis, FT-TR and TT-TR single-hop passive star networks are compared. As results, we conclude that the DMRP protocol with dynamically divided control channel has improved the system performance such as throughput and system delay regardless of traffic type or network structure.

RS-485, communication bases from small network system must prepare in collision. The collision is that mean the data transfer breaks. For a stabilized communication chooses 1:N polling methods. But polling is low speed in addition to maybe overload Master device. So, usual N:N Prefers a communication. In this case, must be preparing to avoid collision or some solutions. Generally, to after collision retransmits after short time. It's called delay time for short time. When making a delay time, uses address of each systems. (Address of each node) If the many nodes collided, the each node has different delay time. When making a delay time, uses a usual random number. Making a random number is hard job. So uses a usual pseudorandom number. It is more difficult from small size MCU. The Chaos random number provides stabled value. Finally, when uses the Chaos random number, the stability and reliability of system get better.

Frequency reuse in a cellular wireless communication environment gives rise to a phenomenon of cochannel interference. This paper introduces a power control strategy for OFDM based communication systems operating in such an environment. Among the existing power control schemes, IWF(iterative waterfilling) is known to exhibit relatively good performance. However, it requires feedback of power level and bit allocation information for each subcarrier from a receiver to its associated transmitter, which can lead to a considerable overhead, especially for the case of employing large number of subcarriers. Motivated by this, we present a simplified power control scheme with reduced overhead feedback, which allocates some nonzero identical power to the subcarriers of which channel conditions are above a certain threshold and zero power to the other ones. Computer simulations show that the proposed strategy produces a good approximation to the performance of the IWF in terms of the transmission power level while it requires less overhead feedback.
