  • 전력계통을 감시하고 운영하는 핵심설비인 EMS는 다양한 서버들과 통신장치, 보안장치 및 환경설비 등으로 구성되어 있다. 이들 설비는 네트워크 망에서 데이터를 상호교환하면서 고유의 역할을 수행하며, 특정 설비의 장애는 시스템 전체에 혼란상황을 가져올 수 있다. 따라서 EMS를 구성하는 각종 설비들을 종합하여 실시간으로 감시하는 시스템이 필요하며, 이는 운용자에게 장애발생을 신속히 통보함으로서 시스템의 빠른 복구를 가능하게 한다. 아울러 실시간으로 감시한 시스템 성능데이터를 데이터베이스화함으로서 과거 성능을 분석하고 미래의 사용 추이를 예측할 수 있다. 이처럼 EMS 고유 특징을 고려한 감시시스템을 구축하기 위해서는 다양한 통신 프로토콜을 수용할 수 있는 통합 어댑터 모듈을 개발, 감시시스템에 수용하여야 한다.

  • 개방화 시대를 맞이하여 국내 중소기업에서도 국제경쟁력 강화를 위해 CIM 추진은 필연적인 과제이다. 그러나 정보와 물류가 일치되는 통합시스템의 구 축은 기업내의 사람(Humanware:HM/W)과 업무(S/W) 그리고 설비(H/W)에 대한 단순화, 자동화, 통합화를 실현해야 하나, CIM에 대한 지식과 전문인력 이 부족한 중소기업 입장에서는 CIM추진시 발생되는 일반적인 장애요인과 HM/W, S/W, H/W측면에서의 기술적 문제점으로 인해, 성공적인 CIM구축 이 어렵게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 국내 중소기업을 방문하여 분석한 자 료와 경험을 기초로 CIM추진상의 장애요인과 기술적 문제점에 대한 분석을 통해, 한국적 특성과 기업풍토를 고려한 국내 중소기업에서의 한국적 CIM푸 진 대응전략을 수립하였다.

An Ethnographic Inquiry on Teachers' Experience and Perception of the Practice of Mainstreaming of Young Children with Disabilities in Kindergarten (유치원에서의 장애유아 통합교육 운영에 대한 교사의 경험과 인식에 관한 문화기술적 탐구)

  • This study investigated kindergarten teachers'experience and perception of the practice of mainstreaming for young children with disabilities. Ethnographic research methodology included participant observation and in-depth interviews. Participants were 8 teachers of classrooms mainstreaming young children with disabilities. Results were that: most mainstreaming classroom teachers perceived the necessity of the practice of mainstreaming for young children with disabilities in the kindergarten. They felt the necessity of whole mainstreaming in the kindergarten. Most mainstreaming classroom teachers recognized that mainstreaming classroom teachers need to have professional knowledge for the successful practice of mainstreaming young children with disabilities in kindergarten.

Qualitative Research on Changes in Conceptions of Disability by Non-Disabled Preschoolers in the Inclusive Classroom (통합학급 일반유아의 장애인식 변화에 대한 질적 연구)

  • In this study of the formation of concepts of inclusion by non-disabled preschoolers in inclusive classroom settings, the researcher conducted participant observation and in-depth interviews from March 2004 through June 2005 in a single day care center offering inclusive education in Kyung-gi Province. The non-disabled children exhibited changes in their conception of disability through interactions with disabled children. The non-disabled children could be grouped into three categories: those who were wary of or disregarded disabled peers; those who disregarded disabled peers while helping them out; and those who actively cared for their disabled peers. Not all children went through the same developmental stages. The speed and degree of change in conception varied depending on the individual.

  • 현재, 급격한 IT 기술 발전의 산물인 스마트 디바이스에서 발생되는 데이터의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 효율적으로 저장하기 위한 다양한 연구 및 기술 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이 중에 Desktop Storage Virtualization(DSV)은 비가용 데스크톱 스토리지 자원을 하나의 통합된 스토리지로 만들고 이를 스토리지 사용자 니즈에 따라 스토리지를 제공한다. DSV는 분산된 데스크탑의 비가용 자원을 통합함에 따라 신뢰성이 매우 중요시된다. 그러나 DSV 환경에서 산발적 서버다운 및 기타 장애시 대응체계가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 고려한 Server Selection Algorithm(SSA)를 제시한다. SSA는 서버 장애 발생시 대체 서버를 분산된 데스크탑이 적응적 인지 및 서버를 변경함으로써 고가용성을 제공한다.

An Analysis of the Perception of News coverage about Inclusive Education Using Big Data (빅데이터를 활용한 통합교육 언론보도에 대한 인식분석)

  • This study tried to analyze the social perception of news coverage on inclusive education by using big data analysis techniques. News articles were collected according to the 5-year policy period for the development of special education, and news big data was analyzed. As a result, the frequency of media reports during the five-year policy period of special education development from 1998 in the first year to 2022 in the fifth year was steadily increased. During this period, the top topic words in news coverage changed from words conceptualizing simple definitions to words expressing the active will of students with disabilities for the actual right to education. In addition, as a result of emotional analysis of the overall keywords in the inclusive education news coverage, it was found that the positive word ratio was high. Through this study, it can be seen that interest in news coverage on inclusive education is increasing quantitatively in accordance with changes in special education policies, and the demand for inclusive education is being concreted in the direction of guaranteeing the actual right to education of students with disabilities.

  • Leo Kanner (1943)의 자폐증에 관한 획기적 논문발표 50주년을 맞아, 자폐증의 개념변천, 분류, 의학, 원인설 및 자폐증의 본질을 문헌고찰을 통해 살펴 보았다. 초기에 자폐증을 정신병의 아형으로 보다가 1980년 (DMS-III)을 기점으로 전반적 발달장애로의 개념 변천이 일어났다 원인설도, 초기의 심리${\cdot}$환경설은 지지 받지 못하고 1960년대에는 신경${\cdot}$생물학적 이상이 자폐병리의 기저를 이룸이 분명해 졌고 1970년대에는 지각과 운동, 감각과 인지 통합의 결함, 심각한 언어, 인지의 장해가 일차적인 결함으로 생각 되었다 최근 1980년 후반기 부터 상징적${\cdot}$표상적 인지의 결함, 타인의 감정과 생각의 이해 결함, 사회적${\cdot}$정감적 표현의 결함등 사회${\cdot}$정서발달의 이상이 자폐의 근본적 결함이라는 비교 관찰 연구가 많이 보고되어, 자폐증의 근본적이고 일차적인 결함이 정감적 접촉의 선천적 장애라는 Kanner의 놀라운 임상적 통찰을 증명해 주고 있다. 저자는 이상의 광범위한 문헌 고찰을 통해 자폐장애를 일차성 애착장애로 개념화하고 앞으로 치료, 교육의 방향도 일차적으로 사회${\cdot}$정서발달에 촛점을 두어야 하며, 특히 어머니와의 애착증진 치료가 필요함을 제안하고 있다.

  • The OSI fault management is composed of specific management functions such as the Alarm Reporting Function, Event Report Management Function, and Log Control Function. The fault management is to notify and manage the events and the alarm data which are transfered as the information of the fault management may be managed effectively. And it is necessary to design the model of the fault management properly by using these functions for the study of network management activities. Therefore, in this paper, the integrated management model of the Event Report Management and Log Control Function based on Alarm Reporting Function is investigated. Also, the system component of alarm collector which is added in the manager system for the effective fault management is studied and proposed.

The Effectiveness of Sensory Integrative Intervention: A Systematic Review (감각통합중재 효과에 관한 체계적 고찰)

  • Objective : The purpose of this study was to provide evidence for the effectiveness of Sensory Integrative Intervention (SII) through a systematic review. Method : The systematic review was executed using MEDLINE/PubMed, PsycINFO, CINAHL, Cochrane Library, OTSeeker. The key words for search was "effects of sensory integration", "sensory integration therapy", and "sensory integration intervention". 11 studies were used for data analysis, and the level of evidence were level I, leve lII and level IV. The substances of review were subject (population), method (intervention type), effect of the intervention, outcome parameter, and outcome measurement. Results : 1. The subjects of SII were autism spectrum disorders (30.7%), pervasive developmental disorder (15.4%) and preterm infants (15.4%). 2. Most frequently used method was the traditional intervention of J. Ayres (36.5%). The outcome parameters of SII were behavioral outcome (40.63%), motor performance outcome (28.13%), sensory-based outcome (25.0%), and academic outcome (6.35%). 3. The effects of SII were improvement of motor performance (66.7%), sensory-based (62.5%), and behavior problems (61.5%). In most studies, however, academic skill such as writing skill was not a positive outcome parameter in terms of effectiveness of SII. Conclusions : The results implied that the sensory integrative intervention is effective on motor performance, sensory-based and behavioral change, but not on the academic skill. It is suggested that the future research need to be done to examine whether and how the effect of sensory integration intervention can be long-lasting and contribute any academic skill and activities of daily living performance.

The Effects of Occupational Performance Ability and Leisure Satisfaction of Parents of Children with Disability on Parenting Stress (장애아동 부모의 작업수행능력과 여가만족이 장애아동의 양육스트레스에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of occupational performance ability and leisure satisfaction on parenting stress in parents with disabled children. The data collection period was from January 10, 2017 to February 17, 2017, and 72 questionnaires were used for analysis. The research tool was a structured questionnaire which comprised the following components: general characteristics questionnaire, parenting stress measurement tool, occupational performance ability tool, and leisure satisfaction questionnaire. The results of this study were as follows. The general characteristics of children with high parenting stress were as follows: female, age 8-12, developmental and intellectual disability, disability grade 1 and 2, in the case of private treatment institutions. There was a significant correlation between parental occupational performance ability, parenting stress, and leisure satisfaction. Occupation, social integration, and economic independence, and leisure satisfaction were the factors influencing parenting stress. The results of this study can be used as basic data for the parenting stress intervention of parents with disabilities.
