The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship of the changes between leisure and social activities, life satisfaction, and happiness of the disabled according to the time before and after COVID-19, and to examine the moderating effect of living alone. For the analysis, the data of 3,773 persons from the employment panel for the disabled were used for the analysis, and as a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the decrease in leisure and social activities further reinforced the decrease in life satisfaction, and consequently the decrease in happiness also increased. In addition, it was found that the effect of leisure social activities on life satisfaction increases according to living alone. In other words, the decrease in leisure and social activities of the disabled led to a decrease in life satisfaction and decreased happiness. Through these results, although social distancing is important, support such as online gatherings, participation in cultural and artistic activities, and education is necessary as an intervention in reducing leisure and social activities, which can be an important protective factor in the lives of the disabled. Furthermore, it was suggested that screening for mental health and intervention for persons with disabilities living alone are necessary in case management of persons with disabilities.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine the pre-service teachers' perception of the happiness of people with disabilities through metaphor analysis and to provide basic data for the happy life of people with disabilities. Method: A sample of students at P college in Pusan, Korea, was sampled for convenience, and metaphorical expression and its meaning were calculated. Results: The 103 metaphors were reclassified into similar terms to reduce to 55 representative metaphors, and the representative metaphor was categorized by semantics. It was categorized as 'Coexistence without prejudice', 'Equal joy', 'Indispensable rights', 'Future to be fulfilled', 'Independent subject', and as a result of examination, there were differences in metaphor according to demographic variables. There was no meaningful result. Results & Conclusion: In this study, the pre-service teachers' subjective perception about the happiness of the handicapped was examined, and as a basic data for the more successful integrated education, the suggestion was provided to seek support for strengthening the pre-service teacher capacity.

해가 갈수록 여러 요인들로 인하여 장애인 인구는 증가하고 있다. 하지만 이러한 장애인들을 위한 주변기기의 발전은 미흡한 상황이며 더욱이 장애인들의 여가를 위한 놀이문화, 기술들은 더욱 발전이 더딘 상태이다. 여가 활동은 장애인의 행복에도 직관적인 영향을 끼치는 중요한 부분이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 장애인들 중 손과 같은 신체를 움직이기 어려운 중증 지체장애인을 위한 오목 플랫폼을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 구현한 오목 플랫폼은 음성인식을 기반으로 사용자가 오목알을 착수하고 싶은 좌표를 음성으로 입력시키면 Dobot 즉 로봇암을 통하여 착수점에 오목알을 착수한다. 실험에선 Google Vocie To Text API를 Python 환경에서 사용하여 사용자의 음성입력을 받았으며 Dobot Studio의 Script에서 입력된 음성 값을 오목판에 1대1로 맵핑시켜 정확한 위치에 착수할 수 있도록 구현하였다. 본 논문의 연구 결과를 응용하면 오목에만 국한되는게 아닌 다양한 보드게임을 구현할 수 있다.

In recent years it seems to be accepted as absolutely right by almost all the people in the world that person without disabilities and person with disabilities are equal and should be treated so regardless of their race, national origin, sex, religion, disability, etc. This article deals with (1) "Anti-Discrimination against and Remedies for Persons With Disabilities Act" and (2) Human Rights of Persons With Disabilities. The purpose of "Anti-Discrimination against and Remedies for Persons With Disabilities Act" is to realize the human dignity and worth of persons with disabilities by prohibiting disability-based discrimination in all areas of society, and effectively safeguarding the rights of individuals discriminated based on disability, thus enabling them to fully participate in society and to secure equal rights.

This study attempted to reveal the essential meaning of happy life for non-disabled children with disabled parents through a phenomenological research method for non-disabled children with disabled parents using welfare centers. As a result, 76 meaningful statements related to a happy life, eight categories of 20 topics have been drawn up, and the essential meaning of a happy life for a child is 'a happy life for parents', 'a life where parents are recognized' and 'a life where parents are no different from other families,' and 'a life where a child is living happily' as an 'economically stable life' and 'a life with disabilities' As such, I believe that since this period is important for children, there is a pressing need for ways to intervene and improve awareness of the disabled and the role of life.

우리 헌법은 인간의 존엄과 가치 그리고 행복을 추구할 권리를 보장하고 있으며, 편의증진법과 교통약자법을 통해 장애인등이 교통수단, 여객시설 및 도로 등을 비장애인들과 차별 없이 이용하여 이동하고, 도로와 대중교통수단, 공공 건축물과 주거 등 생활 필수시설에 자유롭게 접근하기 위한 접근권을 보장하고 있다. 우리나라는 이동권의 보장을 편의시설 제도라는 독자적인 체계를 통해 이루어지고 있으며, 이를 실질적으로 보장하기 위하여 장애물 없는 환경 인증 제도(BF 인증제도)를 도입하였다. 시행 15년을 맞은 BF 인증제도는 양적으로는 많은 발전을 가져왔지만, 질적으로 특정 건축물 등 일부에 대한 인증 편중 현상이 있으며 안전취약계층에 대한 재해 안전확보에 대한 고려가 포함되지 않아 부진정한 이동성과 접근성의 보장이라는 한계를 가지고 있다. 이동권 보장이 얼마나 잘 이루어지느냐는 그 나라의 사회 안전망이 얼마나 잘 갖추어져 있는지 판단하는 척도라 할 것이며, 따라서 이러한 이동권 보장은 위험상태에서의 안전한 피난을 함축하고 있으며 중첩적으로 국가의 기본권 보호 의무의 이행과 관련된다. 이에 따라 이동권과 접근권의 증진을 위한 BF 인증 규정을 안전 규범으로 보완하여 장애인과 비장애인이 사회의 일원으로서 평등한 인격적 주체로 공동체에 기여하는 안전한 사회적 환경의 조성이 긴절히 요청된다고 할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to examine music-color association response(MCAR) of people with visual impairment through music-emotion scale and music-color scale. The study was conducted on 60 participants(30 congenital/ 30 adventitious) who are using services of two welfare centers at S and B cities. For this, four basic emotions (happiness, sadness, anger, and fear) mediated by music were selected, and MCAR to emotion-inducing music were analyzed through self-report method. As a result, first, there were found contrasts in MCAR between happiness and sadness according to type of emotion, however, similar in anger and fear. Second, in MCAR among three variables of the music-emotion scale(valence, arousal and intensity), valence was congruent with MCAR according to type of emotion, arousal marked high scores in negative emotions, and scores of intensity in happiness and sadness were higher than those in anger and fear. Third, there were no significant differences between two groups of people with congenital and adventitious visual impairments. It is meaningful that this study showed the MCAR can be mediated by music through investigating those of people with visual impairment.
