그린 어메너티의 공간디자인 적용에 관한 연구 -2016년~2018년 메종 & 오브제(Masion & Objet) 세계 박람회를 중심으로- (A study on the Application of the Space Design of Green Amenity)

  • 본 논문에서는 공간을 이루는 모든 것을 보여주는 '메종 & 오브제' 전시회의 최근 경향을 알아보고 이러한 '그린어메너티'가 적용된 사례를 찾아보았다. 형태적 측면에서 미니멀한 공간을 곡선의 형태로 채웠고 점차 자연을 재현하는 디자인이 제작되었다. 점차 새롭게 맥시멀리즘이 대두되어 디자인에 장식적인 요소가 가미되어 공예적인 제품이 많이 나타났다. 재료적 측면에서는 자연주의 감성이 대세로 자연적인 목재소재가 주로 사용되었다. 이러한 재료는 다양한 이질재료와 결합하여 새로운 디자인을 완성하며 자연적 요소를 공간 안에 형상화하였다. 색채적 측면에서는 2016년은 테마가 '와일드 (Wild)'로 야생자연을 체험할 수 있는 공간을 볼 수 있었다. 나무의 갈색과 초록색을 중심으로 자연의 다채로운 색채를 보여주었다. 2017년의 '사일런스 (Silence)'는 핑크 컬러의 특징이 돋보인다. 또한 따뜻한 느낌의 적갈색 계열의 가구가 제작되었다. 예전엔 황동이나 로즈 골드가 유행이었다면 2017년은 골드나 실버 색상의 제품이 더 대세를 보였다. 2018년은 '쇼룸(Show-Room)'이 테마로 대표 색채는 초록색으로 노랑, 분홍과 함께 새롭게 디자인에 영향 주었다.

  • 문화·관광 융합 배경 하에 민간 예술과 문화 창작 제품의 효과적인 결합은 지역 문화 산업의 발전에 대단히 중요한 영향을 미친다. 쉬저우(徐州) 지엔즈(剪紙)는 중국 수베이(蘇北) 지역의 유일한 세계적인 '무형문화재' 프로젝트로 비교적 높은 인문학적·예술적 가치를 갖추고 있어 현대 디자인에 널리 사용된다. 현재 쉬저우 지엔즈 문화 창작 제품의 개발은 주로 2차원 평면 위주의 장식·관상적 작품으로 하는데, 형식이 단일하고 실용성이 강하지 않아, 현대인의 생활 미적 요구를 충족시킬 수 없었다. 본 연구에서는 쉬저우 왕구이잉(王桂英)의 지엔즈를 연구하여, 지엔즈 문화 창작 제품 개발 및 디자인 원칙을 제안했으며, 디자인 활용을 위해 왕구이잉의 전형적인 '거위' 패턴을 선택하여 문화 창작 제품 디자인에서 쉬저우 지엔즈 응용 가치에 대해 탐색하고 전문가의 인터뷰를 통해 디자인 원칙의 타당성을 입증했다. 본 연구가 지엔즈 문화의 현대적 계승과 혁신적인 발전을 위한 일정한 참고 자료로 제공되기를 바란다.

수편용 장식사의 주관적 감각과 감성평가 및 선호도 (Subject Sense, Sensibility and Preference Evaluation of Fancy Yarns for Hand Knitting)

  • The yarn company needs to conform to the consumers' sensibility, which has become diverse, in developing its yarn, which fixes the matter property and the sensibility in knit product. In particular, the development of fancy yarn, which is expected to have great influence upon the sensibility of material due to being a diverse form of knit yarn, may increase activation of the knit industry. Eight different fancy yarns were chosen: loop, Ratine, tam tam, fur 1, fur 2, chenille, ladder and tape yarn. The manufacturing methods of these yarns are all different. The sensibility was evaluated through a questionnaire targeting 60 women in their 20s of the expert group. Factor analysis, reliability, correlation analysis, ANOVA, Duncan, and regression analysis were carried out by using SPSS 12.0. First, according to the results of analyzing the sense factor, three factors were extracted: 'inflexibleness/rugged', 'lightweight' and 'smooth'. 'Activity', 'grace' and 'purity' were extracted in regard to the sensibility factor. H3(tam tam) sample showed high value in all of preference, purchase intention and word-of-mouth intention. To increase consumers' preference, purchase intention, and word-of-mouth intention, its effect is thought to be likely to be possibly seen only when increasing the factor of pure and simple grace and when reducing the hard and stiff inflexibleness/ruggedness sense. It is expected to be likely to possibly secure marketability as knit product, which has product competitiveness, given the product planning in a company of producing knit.

사천왕사 초석의 장식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Decoration of Stone Base at Sachuwang-sa Temple)

  • In the 7th century, Sachunwang-sa temple had two extra building-sites behind the Main hall. These two building-sites were found to be in peculiar form different from any another existing stone bases. The stone bases of northern put of these building-sites were decorated to molding as the protruding comers of eaves, which was pierced into a circular hole, and was carved into a form of Gomeck-ii(the stone bases lot supporting the wall). The northern building of sachunwang-sa temple was found to be used as the altar following munduru(文豆婁) method, through the observations of the archives of Samkukyusa(三國遺事) and the Abhiseka stura(skt. 灌頂經). The molding as the protruding cornets of eaves of stone bases was shaped as the roof of a building and the carving of Gomeck-ii gives a proof of the existence of the wall between columns in the altar. The hole of the stone bases protected the wooden cylinder of munduru from the exterior world. The author concludes, through this research, that the altar of Schunwang-sa temple was used lot the religious service during the war for worthship and protecting from the enemies. Also he concludes that these buildings must have been in wooden pagodas constructed upon a square plan, that is with both front and side width equal, haying a quite small scaled and low floored building with its first floor closed on all sides, being different item the usual form.

현대건축 표면에서 나타난 앵프라맹스에 관한 연구 - 근/현대 장식성의 발현을 중심으로 - (Inframince in Contemporary Architectural Surfaces - On the Emergence of the Ornament in Modern and Contemporary Period -)

  • The main purpose of this paper is to introduce 'Inframince' in modern and contemporary architecture. The Inframince(English: infra-thin) is a concept coined by Marcel Duchamp. The conceptual definition of the term "Inframince" by Marcel Duchamp replied that the notion is impossible to define, "one can only give examples of it:". It describes fine indirect perceptions of physical phenomena. Inframince is conductor of two dimensions into three, the essential dynamic in the practice of making space. Inframince is the interval between an inhabitant and their environment that both connects and separates. This study deals with the difficult situation how Contemporary Architecture represents itself over the 20th century modernity and asks the question how it presents its ornamentality. In order to analyse contradictory situation between self-referentiality and ornamentality in Modern/Contemporary Architecture we need to survey the historical process of changing position of ornaments and its meaning in time. The article also analyze the selected works of contemporary architects like Herzog & de Meuron, Jean Nouvel, to show that the trend reversal continues now more than ever. The Architectural surface must be a different kind of media that can communicate in different way with compared to conventional ornament. If we understand Duchmp's Inframince to be the provocation of the unuseful things, and if we interpret Contemporary fact that all specific Architectural Surfaces have been dissolved in timelines, it shows us post-trend of the Surfaces via conspicuous consumption or desire.

기계편용 장식사 니트소재의 물성 및 감성 평가 (Physical and Hand Properties of the Knitted Fabrics From Machine Knitting Fancy Yarns)

  • For physical and hand property evaluation of fabrics, the knitted fabrics from 11 types of machines knitting fancy yarns, boucle (M1), knot (M2), snarl (M3), and slub (M4), tamtam (M5), tubular (M6), fur 1 (M7), bead (M8), fur 2 (M9), fur 3 (M10), and ladder (M11) yarns, were prepared with 7-10 G plain stitch. Washing test and pilling test had also been carried out. For hand properties by objective sensibility evaluation, 17 items of sir mechanical properties using KES-FB (Kawabata Evaluation System) had been measured. Then hand values of knitted fabrics were calculated with a calculation formula, namely KN-402-KT. Finally the total hand values were obtained through KN-301-WINTER. As a result of physical properties and objective evaluation for machines knitting fancy fabrics, most of them shrank in the direction of wale and course after the washing test, in which their shrinkage rate had a maximum of 3.5%. Therefore, the washing test indicated that the shrinkage ratio of knitted fabrics had a minor change. The results of the pilling test are mostly 4-5th grade, and all of the machines knitting fancy fabrics showed good results in the pilling resistance. In hand properties and objective sensibility evaluation, twisted fancy yarns, such as boucle (M1), knot (M2), snarl (M3), and slub (M4), were superior to bonding rigidity (B) and shear rigidity (G). The surface property between course and wale differs in all samples and course direction is tougher than wale direction. FUKURAMI (fullness and softness) of all samples have high values, besides NUMERI (smoothness) of tamtam (M5) and boucle (M1), which were rather good. Most samples except fur 1 (M7) had low KOSHI (stiffness) value. The total hand value (THV) of twisted yarns was low. This study proves that manufacturers, who plan knitting yarn products and knit fashion, can apply these data to develop machines knitting yarns and knits that fit the consumers' demands.

한·중 전통식 레스토랑에의 전통장식요소 적용현황 비교 (The Application Status of the Traditional Decorative Components in Restaurants of Korea and China)

  • In these days, restaurants are not simply used as a physical space but used as a cultural space in which people can enjoy and experience different cultures and traditional images. Moreover, from the restaurants design elements which help to form the atmosphere of the restaurants which serve food of specific country, we can see the history and traditions of that country. The additional value of the traditional decorative components which are the main factors forming the atmosphere of the restaurant will be different according to the various expressions used in the restaurant space. For this article, 12 restaurants, Norangjugory korean restaurant, Yongsusan korean restaurant, Best well-bing food restaurant, Awoolim, Mugunhwa, Ondal in Korea, and Songhelou, South Beauty, Xuxian restaurant & lounge, Beijing dadong roast duck restaurant, The horizon chinese restaurant, Dynasty jade garden in China, were selected for the field study. This study focused on a comparative analysis of the traditional decorative elements, especially, the application rate of the traditional decorative elements. The analyzed elements are nature, religious beliefs, history and culture for the intangible elements and facade, courtyard, trademark, ground, wall, ceiling, door, window, furniture and adornment for the tangible elements. After that, we analyzed the rates of the use of traditional decorative elements and modern decorative elements. Through the survey result and ratio analysis, we concluded as below. In Korean restaurant, traditionality is expressed in furnitures while, in Chinese restaurant, traditionality is expressed in decorative pattern. When it comes to the intangible elements among the traditional decorative components of the Korean and Chinese restaurants, Chinese and Korean restaurants have similarities in emphasizing the natural elements. Korean restaurants focus much on the environmentally friendly parts, while Chinese restaurants focus much on the fantastic natural atmospheres like those shown and expressed in the poems. As for religion characteristics, Chinese restaurants emphasize "geomancy" more than Korean restaurant. When it comes to the visible elements among the traditional decorative components of the Korean and Chinese restaurants, in Korean restaurants, the interior part has more traditionality than exterior part, while in Chinese restaurants, the exterior part has more traditionality than the interior part.

꽃장식의 전문화를 위한 꽃 이미지 분석 (Flower Image Analysis for Specialization of Floral Decoration)

  • 본 연구는 꽃장식의 전문성을 체계화하기 위해 수행되어졌으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 이미지 형용사가 질감성, 색감성, 시대성, 장식성의 4개의 요인으로 분석되어진다. 요인별 꽃에 대한 분석을 보면, 질감성에 있어서는 질감성이 가장 높은 꽃은 흰색 칼라꽃이 2.00으로 나타났으며, 로코스퍼럼은 -1.90로 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 색감성에 있어서는 색감성이 가장 높은 것은 노랑색 장미가 1.70로 나타났으며, 안개꽃은 -2.40으로 색감성이 가장 낮았다. 시대성에 있어서는 시대성이 가장 높은 꽃은 천일홍이 2.00이었으며, 로코스퍼럼은 -3.00으로 시대성이 가장 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 장식성에 있어서는 장식성이 가장 높은 종류는 아가판서스가 2.50로 나타났으며, 헬리코니아가 -2.00으로 가장 낮게 나타났다. 각 요인별 상관관계를 보면, 색감성과 시대성이 상관관계를 보이는 것으로 나타났는데 색감성과 시대성이 꽃장식을 할 경우 가장 중요하다고 해석되었다. 컨조인트 분석을 실시한 결과, 중요도는 색감성이 가장 높고 다음으로 질감성과 장식성, 시대성의 순서로 나타났다. 이것은 소비자들이 꽃장식을 할 때, 색감성과 질감성에 치우치다보면 시대성에 대한 중요도가 간과되기 쉬워진다고 생각되었다.

한국 전통 장식 기법인 잣물림을 응용한 한국적 여성상의 디자인 개발 (A Study of the Development of Women's upper Clothing based on a Traditional Korean Style using the Decorative Techniques of the Jatmulim)

  • This study suggests a new women's upper clothing based on traditional Korean costumes that utilize the Jatmulim. The Jatmulim is an example of the skill found in conditional Korean costumes and is of a small triangular shape. Jatmulim was developed in size, shape, and arrangement through the method of making and using children's Durumagi, the dancer's or shaman's Mongduri, and modern works. A total of five pieces of different women's clothing were suggested by applying the developed Jatmulim. In the first piece, the clothing is a woman's sleeveless blouse based on the construction of the Yoseon-Cheolik from the Joseon period and made with a larger sized Jatmulim in the back of the neckline and shoulders. In the second piece, the clothing is designed for a woman's jacket based on the Bansuui of the Joseon period with rectangular Jatmulim in the front neckline and at the end of the sleeves. In the third piece, the clothing is designed for a woman's sleeveless blouse based on the Danryeong with rectangular Jatmulim in the neckline. In the fourth piece, the construction of the Jeogori is applied to the clothing for making a woman's jacket that has a bigger sized Jatmulim in the front part as a decoration. In the fifth work, the clothing is designed for a sleeveless blouse based on the Dapho with a different sized arrangement of the Jatmulim in the neckline.

자수정(Amethyst) 보석을 응용한 장신구 조형과 Interior Jewel Modeling의 디자인 개발 (The ornaments modeling applied of amethyst gems and design development of interior jewel modeling)

  • 자수정(Amethyst) 보석은 원적외선을 방출하여 온열 효과를 나타내고, 체내에서 신진대사를 촉진시키는 친환경 인테리어 재료로서 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문은 세공 장식(Jeweling)의 가치를 높이는 보랏빛 자수정을 특징적 모티프로 응용하여, Design Model로 개발하고자 하였다. Rhino CAD의 Data에 생성된 유기적 입체 형상은 정밀하고 표면이 깨끗한 왁스(Wax) 적층 가공이 가능하였고, 'Golden Ratio'를 적용한 Brooch 및 Necklace 작품으로 제작, 완성하였다. 이러한 장신구를 비롯하는 장식품 가운데, 자수정 세공 장식의 Interior Jewel Modeling의 활용 사례를 제안하였으며, 본 논문의 연구 결과가 귀금속 제조업체의 생산성 향상에 일조할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
