Policemen judge the situations rationally and use their equipment such as handcuffs and rope within the purview, finding them needed to arrest criminals in the act who commit crimes which conforms to death penalty, life imprisonment or long imprisonment for over 3 years in accordance with Clause 10-2, Article 1 of the Police Mandate Law and prevent fleeing from them, defend their and others' lives and bodies, or if there are probable causes to be recognized that using equipment is necessary to restrain the interference with government officials in the execution of their duties. However, as the cases which the criminals run away in handcuffs or with both hands tied occur, it results in the waste of police force, distrust and enormous trouble in the pursuit of their duties. Therefore, if the way to perceive fleeing of criminals who have already worn the police equipment by some simple assistive devices without developing other new equipment, it will be very effective for police duties. This study is about the combination apparatus for fugitive prevention attached to the existing handcuffs and rope whose alert sounds let the staffs working inside the office perceive the fleeing of wanted criminals and examined suspects who wear the handcuffs or are tied up with rope, providing that they go through the exit where a transmitter and a receiver were set. The combination apparatus for fugitive prevention which the study introduces contains the connecting parts which connect a flexible tube(cognition tags inside of the tube) of connector equipped with the police equipment with the ends of the tube and the part where these two meet and which connect them inside of the tube. The connecting parts are easy to be attached to the police equipment such as handcuffs and rope, but hard to be dismantled by the people tied up with the equipment. It enables watchers to perceive the fleeing of wanted criminals and examined suspects who wear the handcuffs or are tied up with rope, providing that they go through the exit where a transmitter and a receiver were set. Plus, if it is combined together with the portable receiver, it can be installed on the patrol cars and easily adopted to supervise illegally accessing of evidences. It is also avaliable to be adjunctively utilized for the handcuffs provided and the cost is so reasonable. Owing to its snap-on way to the cuffs, it can clear up any invasion of privacy and it can not be used as a self-injury tool because of the soft tube. Using AM Tag minimizes the lack of malfunction.

Safety management is the most important factor in the construction industry. If the construction company don't control the risk, it causes the accident which give the company fatal loss. According to the Korea industrial safety analysis reports, the 25.72% of the disasters are from the construction industry, and the 13.6% construction disasters are caused by not properly using the safety gears. Therefore, this study is to investigate the Wearing Safety Gear by Occupational Classification and the Satisfaction in the Construction Field. The results are ; Carpenters are dissatisfied with the safety shoes and belt, re-bar workers are dissatisfied with the safety helmet and shoes, Concrete workers are dissatisfied with the safety helmet and goggles.

언제 어디서나 네트워크에 접근하여 경제적이고 편리하게 정보를 교환할 수 있는 유비쿼터스 환경이 제대로 갖추어지기 위해서는 보안 기술이 필수적인 요소이다. 기존 디바이스보다 작고, 경량이며, 값싸고, 이동 가능한 디바이스를 필요로 하는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 및 네트워크 환경에서는 기존의 보안 기술을그대로 적용하기는 어렵다. 그러므로 정보보호 기술의 핵심인 암호 기술도 유비쿼터스 환경에 적합한형태로 변화 및 발전되어야 한다. 본 고에서는 유비쿼터스 환경에 적용하기 위해 개발되고 있는 최신암호 기술에 대해 살펴본다. 특히 유비쿼터스 환경을 위한 구체적인 첫걸음인 RFID와 USN 시스템에적용하기 위해 개발되고 있는 암호 기술과 앞으로의 환경 변화에서 더욱 중요성이 부각되고 있는 개인의 프라이버시 보호를 위한 암호 기술을 중심으로 분석한다.

As the usability and value of personal information increase, the importance of privacy protection has increased. In Korea, the scope of the use of pseudonymized personal information has increased because of revisions to the law. In the past, security technologies were used to safely store and manage personal information, but now, security technologies focused on usability are needed to safely use personal information. In this paper, we look at issues related to the de-identification and re-identification of personal information. Moreover, we examine the standards and techniques related to the de-identification of personal information.

Data deduplication is a common used technology in backup systems and cloud storage to reduce storage costs and network traffic. To preserve data privacy from servers or malicious attackers, there has been a growing demand in recent years for individuals and companies to encrypt data and store encrypted data on a server. In this study, we introduce two cryptographic primitives, Convergent Encryption and Message-Locked Encryption, which enable deduplication of encrypted data between clients and a storage server. We analyze the security of these schemes in terms of dictionary and poison attacks. In addition, we introduce deduplication systems that can be implemented in real cloud storage, which is a practical application environment, and describes the proof of ownership on client-side deduplication.

The pollen morphology of nine species and one variety of Korean Salix was investigated by means of light and scanning electron microscopy. Pollen grains are tricolpate or tricolporate varying from subprolate or prolate. Based on aperture and sculpture patterns, the pollen morphology of the investigated Korean Salix appeared to exhibit three different types.

한국의 전통국악기 가운데 대중들에게 가장 친근한 악기 가운데 사물놀이 악기이다. 징, 장구, 꽹과리, 북, 이 사물 악기 가운데도 특히 징악기는 소리가 웅장하고 부드러우며 감싸주는 멋이 있다. 징의 구조는 직경 $39\~40cm$인 둥근 원판과 림(Rim:전두리)으로 되어 있다. 재질은 동과 주석을 78:22의 비율로 합금한 유기(놋쇠) 제품으로 만들 때는 방짜유기로 만든다. 본 논문에서는 우선 파동방정식에 의해서 수리적으로 징의 기본 주파수를 구하고, 만곡 면으로 된 원판을 지지하고 있는 징의 Rim 두께와 깊이에 따라 징악기 소리의 세기를 나타내는 진폭과 소리 여운의 지속 시간을 변동 시키는 관계를 본 연구 논문에서 밝히고자 한다.

대부분의 사람들은 한국마사회를 '경마시행기관' 정도로 알고 있다. 하지만 이는 사실 매우 그릇된 인식이다. 60년 역사를 자랑하는 마사회는 공공기관으로서 마필개량 및 증식, 생활승마 보급 등 공익적 측면에서 많은 일을 하고 있다. 또한 승마사업, 장구제조, 식육가공, 향장품 생산 등 말 산업의 육성에도 적극 나섬으로써 국가 경제 발전과 고용 창출에도 기여하고 있다. 즉 경마는 마사회가 운영하고 있는 큰 들의 말 산업에서 하나의 사업분야에 불과한 셈이다. 이처럼 여러 선도적인 공익사업으로 빛나는 마사회지만 실은 마사회를 더욱 값지게 하는 것이 하나 더 있다. 그것은 바로 안전이다. 이곳은 그간 '건강하고 행복한 근로자, 안전한 일터 KRA'라는 슬로건 아래 적극적인 안전보건활동을 펼쳐 세간의 많은 주목을 받아왔다. 공공기관답게 깨끗하고 청렴한 안전관리관리를 선보이겠다는 마사회를 찾아가 봤다.

A multi d.o.f robotic manipulator is considered for multi-axis vibration control of a slender structure, using the concept of the flow source based vibration control. In order not to cause the motion saturation of the manipulator system, a hybrid dynamics associated with the flexible and desired manipulator error dynamics is also modeled as the control object. It is numerically shown that the flexible vibrations and the base motions of a test structure can be effectively controlled with the proposed hybrid dynamics.

In this paper we derive a closed-form approximate expression for the bit error probability of the MPSK modulation with diversity reception in the Suzuki fading channel which is a mixture of short term and long term fading. We showed that the proposed approximate expression was capable of efficient computation compared to the existing integral-form expression, and gives an quantitative insight how much the channel parameters degrade the system performance. Further more it is shown that an appropriate transmission power control is beneficial to the system through consideration of the approximate expression.
