Objective: This study intended to examine whether working mothers' job satisfaction has a moderating effect on the relationship between their parenting stress and second childbearing intention. Methods: The subjects were 202 working mothers in Seoul and Gyeonggi province, all of who had a single child under 36 months old. Working mothers' parenting stress, job satisfaction and second childbearing intention were assessed with questionnaires completed by the mothers. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan test, Pearson's correlation, and moderator regression analysis. Results: First, a significant difference was revealed in the mothers' second childbearing intention depending on the type of their child's main caregiver. The second childbearing intention of the mothers who relied on babysitters to care for their children was lower than that of the mothers whose mothers, mother-in-laws or child care teachers cared for their children. Secondly, working mothers' parenting stress and job satisfaction significantly affected their second childbearing intention. Thirdly, the mothers' job satisfaction moderated the relationship between their parenting stress and second childbearing intention. Conclusion/Implications: It is necessary to provide working mothers with social support for enhancing their job satisfaction and alleviating their job stress, in order to increase their second childbearing intention.

국내 낙농경영이 복합경영에서 규모화된 전업농 또는 기업농 형태의 단일경영으로 빠르게 변하고 있다는 것은 모두가 알고 있는 사실이다. 이에 따라 착유시설 또한 많은 변화가 있었으며, 사육규모 및 두당 유생산랑과 정(正)의 상관관계를 갖고 있다. 국내 낙농산업의 초창기 또는 본격적인 도입기였던 1970년대와 1980년대 초반은 가구당 착유우 두수가 10두 미만이었으며 주로 손으로 착유를 하였다. 1980년대 중반 이후, 콤프레셔와 버킷설비가 목장에 도입되었으며, 냉각기 보조금 지급 및 보냉 집유차량이 목장별로 운행하기 시작하였다. 1990년대에는 버킷식 착유기가 파이프라인식 착유기로 전환되면서 착유시스템이 일부 자동화됨에 따라 노동력을 낮추고 원유의 위생안전성을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 2000년대에는 많은 목장에서 탠덤 또는 헤링본식 착유시스템을 도입하였으며, 이후 일부 착유두수가 60두 이상인 대규모 농가에서는 자동착유시스템을 도입하여 현재에 이르고 있다. 사실 전업농, 기업농으로 전환된 단일경영에서 지동착유시스템의 도입에 많은 관심을 보이고 있으나, 고가의 자동칙유시스템에 대한 한정된 정보에서 기인하는 리스크(위험요소) 등으로 인하여 섣불리 결정을 내리지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 자동착유시스템의 구성 국내 외 도입 현황 및 장 단점 사례조사 결과와 함께 현재 농가의 자동착유시스템 도입 결정에 도움을 주기 위해 진행하고 있는 연구 과제를 소개하고자 한다.

A reduced chemical kinetic mechanism is developed in order to predict the flame phenomena in premixed $CO/H_2/Air$ flames at atmospheric pressure, aimed at studying the coal gas combustion for the IGCC applications. The reduced mechanism is systematically derived from a full chemical kinetic mechanism involving 11 reacting species and 66 elementary reactions. This mechanism consists of four global steps, and is capable of explicitly calculating the concentration of 7 non-steady species and implicitly predicting the concentration of 3 steady state species. The fuel blend contains two fuels with distinct thermochemical properties, whose contribution to the radical pool in the flame is different. The flame speeds predicted by the reduced mechanism are in good agreement with those by the full mechanism and experimental results. In addition, the concentration profiles of species and temperature are also in good agreement with those by the full mechanism.

We studied the relations between variables related to fan's preference in a area of pro-baseball which is the most popular one among pro-sports. The dependent variables are pro-baseball team fan's preference to both the team and the products of the company which has a pro-baseball team, while the independent variables are sex, age, and hometown of fans. Eight hypotheses are constructed with those variables. For testing them a questionnaire was used, whose reliability was checked using Kronbach Alpha. Subjects were 314 college students in a local city. For statistical analysis nonparametric tests like Mann Whitney test, Kruskal-Wallis test, etc were used. Useful and significant results among variables were obtained. Since these results have important implications about management of pro-sports teams and fans and fans Preference to products in a view of sports marketing management, more researches should be done continuously in the future in this area.

Today, it can not be denied that customer's satisfaction is one of the most important key factors for business success. This paper studies relationships between customer's satisfaction and intention in multiplex, where customer satisfaction means several kinds of the satisfaction of both facility and personnels inside and outside multiplex while the intention means that customer has the intention that he/she will revisit, inform by word of mouth, and stay at multiplex in the future. The number of subjects In this study is 346 persons stayed at four multiplexes, among which we obtained valid responses from 326 persons through questionnaire investigation. We held hypotheses for the relationships, and for the testing, used methods are Spearman's correlation, Mann-Whitney test, etc, and for statistical analysis, SPSS 10.1 software was used. Thus, we found statistically significant results. The relation between customer's satisfaction and his/her favorable intention is positive. With the information given in this paper we can notice which kind of satisfaction is highly related to each intention of customer, so that multiplex can be operated more effectively toward high revenue.

이 총설은 출하 전 절식에 관한 문헌을 요약 정리한 것이다. 도축 시 도체 오염 방지는 효과적인 절식 프로그램을 실시할 때만이 가능하다. 특별히 법으로 외견 또는 미생물적 오염을 규제하는 나라의 경우 절식은 매우 중요하다. 육계에 대한 절식은 도축 시 장 내용물로부터 도체 오염을 줄일 수 있어 이를 권장하고 있다. 대부분의 연구가 적정한 절식 시간, 도축, 가공의 효율성 유지 및 닭고기 안전성을 확보하기 위한 수단으로서의 절식 효과에 대해 초점을 두고 진행되었다. 실제적인 절식 프로그램은 생축생산 능력과 사육방식, 도축방법, 도축검사 및 도축관련 규정이 달라 나라마다 다르다는 점을 지적한다.

Koreans has regarded a fair skin as the supreme beauty emphasizing the white beauty so long, and mugwort and garlic were used as whitening materials. Also, it was recorded that the people of Eub-Rue (挹婁) applied some lard to protect their skin from cold and prevent frostbite, and this must be a great way of beauty care in the light of modern sense. The basic beauty care materials currently used as skin care materials, include natural minerals like loess or mud, and the ones composed of a highly polymerized compound. However, by reason that they are produced without consideration of an individual skin condition, and rather bring about a number of problems leading to skin diseases. To complement this issue, using natural resources would have priority to make up for the weak points. For this, we decided to select and study "Dongeuibogam".

This study is to focus on Ye Tian-Shi's Treatise on Externally Contracted Heat Disease Pattern Identification of warm disease as viewed through the concept of the various warm diseases characterized by rapid onset and shifts, pronounced heat signs, and a tendency to form dryness and damage eum. Finally, when it reaches blood and causes depletion and frenetic movement, treatment involves cooling and dissipating the blood." These lines represent the general outline of the four-aspect pattern identification and treatment system of the doctrine of warm diseases.

도시화, 사회 경제적 발달로 인하여 많은 사람들이 달리기 운동을 즐기고 있다. 달리기는 단순한 운동이지만 반복적인 동작을 하기 때문에 관절에 특이적인 손상이 발생될 수가 있다. 달리기 운동 손상의 원인은 급성기의 손상보다는 만성적인 과사용 증후군으로 인한 것이 대부분이다. 또한 달리기를 할 때 흔히 동반되는 손상은 전방 슬관절 통증, 장경 인대 증후군, 피로 골절, 족저 근막염, 아킬레스 건염, 후방 경골 인대 증후군 등이 있다. 달리기 운동 손상의 가장 흔한 부위는 무릎 관절이다. 이에 저자들은 문헌 고찰을 하여, 달리기 운동 손상 중에서 무릎에서 발생하는 손상의 종류, 원인, 예방, 재활적인 치료 등을 중심으로 알아보고자 한다.

일반적으로 음성활동 구간 검출기 (Voice Activity Detector)의 가장 큰 문제점은 어떠한 배경 잡음에 대해서도 음성 신호를 검출할 수 있어야 한다는 것이다. 이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서 G.723.1에서는 스펙트럼 특성과 입력 신호의 주기성을 이용하고 있지만 신호대 잡음비가 낮은 신호에 대해 정확한 판정을 한다는 것은 상당히 어렵다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 에너지, LSP (Line Spectrum Pair) 분산을 이용하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘에 대한 처리시간 및 음질 평가를 측정한 결과 묵음구간이 정확하게 판정되므로 G.723.1에 비해 감소하였으며 주관적인 음질평가의 경우 기존의 G.723.1에 비해 차이가 거의 없었다. 마지막으로 전송률 측정을 위해 신호대 잡음비 5 dB에서 10 dB 사이의 음성 신호의 경우 최적의 전송률 감소 효과를 얻을 수 있었으며 처리시간의 비교 결과 평균 8% 정도의 처리시간 감소 효과를 얻을 수 있었다.
