The primary purpose of this paper is to investigate the relationships of single party bargaining system on the cooperative and participative labour-management relations using the samples from several teachers' organizations. This study seeks to identify a reasonable single party bargaining scheme though empirical research as well. Results of empirical study are summarized. Finally suggestions, implications and limitations of the present study are also discussed.

This study examines the multi-functionality of the cultural facilities and explores the architectural characteristics of cultural facilities in city environment. For this purpose, 1 examine the major cultural facilities in USA and Singapore. Recently, the inter-cultural communication methods have been diversified and the cultural facilities need to be designed to effectively accommodate the public's interests in these activities. It is also necessary to reexamine cultural facilities' functions in terms of how the multi-functionality facilities reflect the surrounding environment. This study also sheds a new light on the meaning of the relationships between cultural activity, and the cultural facility design. For this, I primarily look at the various design categories of cultural buildings and their main functions. Finally, I demonstrate how both cultural activity and cultural facility design elements are embodied in the city environment.

Organizations are facing a new, diverse security threat as ICT based industrial environment arises. As a way of effective countermeasure for security threat, organizations are making an effort to establish internalization of security culture, targeting a organizational members. However, members' awareness toward security receptiveness is low as inconvenience exists in business process and existing security culture focuses on controlling and regulating. Accordingly, this research desires to develop a participatory security culture which can higher the efficiency of security work process and induce members' voluntary participation. A comparative analysis on security culture related prior researches is conducted and based on a drawn components, statistical verification is accomplished. It is expected to contribute on future research on measuring a security culture level.

The organic law on the Construction Industry, initially, this law was enacted with a view to preserving and fostering the specialty of each type of industry. By dividing each construction business boundary, it gradually settles the system of construction specialized on the basis of productive stages. Controversy over the abolishing regulations on business boundary still continues to swirl. Since the intensity of exclusion as well as rigidities become increased. This results from the fact that informations are not shared among business boundary and businesses under the protection of the business boundary regulations choose 'rent-sicking activity'. According to dissidents against this law, structure should be established not by artificially enforced institution but by voluntary efforts of participants in construction industry. This paper aims at improving the competitive of the construction industry by showing the efficient system of construction and proving the legitimacy of abolishing business boundary

Spontanous hematoma of the esophagus is a rare condition affecting middle aged or elderly women. We experienced one case of esophageal hematoma which attracted our attention due to its confusing presentation clinically. The pathogenesis has been in dispute so far. The diagnosis has traditionally been made by barium esophagogram. We proved the diagnosis of spontaneous hematoma of the esophagus by utilizing CT scan and MRI. This condition led to conservative treatment and full recovery ultimately, but we performed the surgical correction because the filling defect persisted and the dysphagia got worse on the 20th day of hospital stay. Hematoma was located between the inner layer of circular muscle and the outer layer of longitudinal muscle which we considered as intermuscular hematoma of the esophagus.

The purpose of this thesis was to analyze communicational means of mathematical communication in perspective of languages and behaviors. Research questions were as follows; First, how are the characteristics of mathematical languages in communicating process of mathematical small group learning? Second, how are the characteristics of behaviors in communicating process of mathematical small group learning? The analyses of students' mathematical language were as follows; First, the ordinary language that students used was the demonstrative pronoun in general, mainly substituted for mathematical language. Second, students depended on verbal language rather than mathematical representation in case of mathematical communication. Third, quasi-mathematical language was mainly transformed in upper grade level than lower grade, and it was shown prominently in shape and measurement domain. Fourth, In mathematical communication, high level students used mathematical language more widely and initiatively than mid/low level students. Fifth, mathematical language use was very helpful and interactive regardless of the student's level. In addition, the analyses of students' behavior facts were as follows; First, students' behaviors for problem-solving were shown in the order of reading, understanding, planning, implementing, analyzing and verifying. While trials and errors, verifying is almost omitted. Second, in mathematical communication, while the flow of high/middle level students' behaviors was systematic and process-directed, that of low level students' behaviors was unconnected and product-directed.

Odontoma is a mixed tumor formed by the overgrowth of ectodermal epithelial cells and mesodermal cells. It arises during normal tooth development and only grows to a certain level. It is not a true neoplasm and therefore it is considered as hamartomas. Odontomas are classified into compound and complex types based on morphology. Compound odontoma is commonly found in the anterior region of the maxilla, and has a radiopaque lesion that resembles small teeth. Usually, odontoma is treated by conservative surgical removal and there is little probability of recurrence. This paper describes three cases of compound odontoma diagnosed in children with 1 year of follow-up. These case reports present patients having eruption disturbance of primary and permanent teeth due to the presence of compound odontoma. In order to induce spontaneous eruption, conservative surgical removal was performed showing favorable results.

Giving behavior promotes social solidarity and lessens social deprivations by voluntary practices to make better communities. Despite the increasing trend of giving in terms of participation and amount in Korean society, the giving culture has deeply rooted in charitable emotion based on compassion, still far from social solidarity. This paper attempts to identify giving behavior by investigating its characteristics and changes in its motives from the compassion-based social welfare to social responsibility and community solidarity, centering around 'Yellow envelope campaign' started in 2014 to support the living expenses and cost of litigation for the fired workers of Ssangyong Motors. By employing questionnaire survey and in-depth interview, it analyzes the horizontal relationships, reciprocal responsibility, social capital, and pursuit for conflict solution. Even though the campaign didn't change our society as a whole, but it cast the social questions on the birth of social empathy and solidarity.

While dCollections of Korea have been initiated by a government for metadata harvesting, institutional repositories of Japan have been managed as instituion's independent tool for not only collectiong, archiving and distributing their intellecture assets, but also realizing open access. This study analyzes IRDB of Japanese statistically for understanding features of institutional repositories and by clustering the repository on the basis of types of contents, the differences have been brightened. According to analysis result, Japanese repository contains diverse types of contents, such as journal articles;scholarly papers, text books and technical reports. etc. and clustered by five distinguished group with different contents type.

In order to develop an efficient micropropagation technique effect of plant growth regulators (PGRs) affecting on shoot proliferation from shoot apex in Pyrus ussuriensis was tested. Generally, there was no conspicuous effect on shoot induction by the treatment of PGRs and one or two shoots/explant were induced when cultured on MS medium supplemented with BA and/or BA plus NAA. Both apical shoot necrosis and hyperhydric shoots were observed frequently in multiplied shoots, and callus was formed at the basal part of shoots. About 20% spontaneous rooting was achieved in growing shoots, however the proliferated shoots exhibited poor rooting rate in gelrite supported media. When we tried to ex vitro rooting of the shoot cutting, the shoot cuttings rooted up to 50% with 100 mg/L IBA application. The rooted plantlets grew normally after acclimatization in the greenhouse.
