This study examines the concepts and characteristics of Interculturalism and extracts artistic expressions of intercultural characteristics shown in Nouvelle Danse and Non-Danse, which were the birthplace of the contemporary dance flow in Europe. The discussion and composition of these dances will be analyzed from an intercultural perspective by selecting three works by each choreographer representing Nouvelle Danse and Non- Danse. In doing so, we would like to examine what creative acceptance was achieved based on the values and understanding in the clash and encounter between different cultures in art. Dance and interculturalism emphasize exchanges and encounters between one's own culture and other cultures. In addition, it has the potential to contribute to dance studies through the humanistic perspective of dance, as it also contains issues about diversity and identity due to exchange between cultures at the center of globalization. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to read the artistic expressions of choreographers in Nouvelle d'Anse and Non-d'Anse through intercultural understanding with an in-depth understanding and to interpret them by adding multi-layered time to the study.

This study proposes policy recommendations for the Korea New Exchange ("KONEX"), which is a financial platform for SMEs and startups that relied on indirect and policy financing in the past. SMEs and venture firms with limited human and physical listing resources can grow through market incubation, and venture capitalists expect an early exit or return on investment. However, the lack of liquidity and sluggish trading volume have weakened the function of the market. Despite prior policy efforts, the number of newly listed companies has decreased while listing demand for KOSDAQ and K-OTC has increased. This study aims to suggest short- and long-term improvements in regulations and throughout the KONEX firms' listing life cycle. First, the minimum deposit requirement on individual investors should be abolished to increase the number of investors. Second, information disclosure should be conducted by firms so that the nominated advisor can focus on discovering and supporting new listed companies. Third, in order to increase trading volume, the 5% dispersion rule should be changed to 25% dispersion incentive principle. Fourth, a new track without profit condition in expedited transfer listing should be introduced because the KOSDAQ relaxes the profit realization requirements for listing. Lastly, transfer listing without additional review for firms that fulfill ownership dispersion, information disclosure, and investor protection will strengthen the incubating role of the KONEX.

This study was conducted to develop items for evaluating the level of the digitization of libraries. For this purpose, it analyzed the literature related to the digital library, underwent a convergence process of 10 experts, and finally derived an axis of 13 different dimensions comparing the digitization of libraries. The axis is composed of acquisitions, collections (physical and online collections), classification and cataloging, circulation service, reference, user service, SNS service, the library's organization and staff, device providing service, next-generation service, and status of our library. This study conducted a survey of librarians to secure the validation of the primarily derived evaluation items regarding libraries' digitization. As a result, the average rating of the traditional evaluation items was 3.82, and the average rating of the digital evaluation items was 4.08. Therefore, it can be said that the results of this research to evaluate the digitized level of libraries have a certain degree of validity.

This study aimed at developing and validating two standardized measures, 'power controllability', and 'power desirability', which can be utilized to categorize power relationships among the school youth. In order to identify initial items for the measures researchers conducted individual as well as focus group interviews with middle and high school students. School teachers and other school related professionals involved in ensuring both the face validity and the content validity of the initial items. For the finally selected items both exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses have been executed with the sample of 1,822 students attending elementary, middle, and high schools in the metropolitan area of Seoul, Korea. To test the validity of the confirmed factor structure of the measures the new sample of 348 middle school students were employed from the metropolitan area. Both construct validity and reliability were calculated from the validity test sample. Based on the two developed measures 4 types of power relationship were identified among the students. The four types of power relationship turned out to predict well the roles that students take in the field of school violence.

안양공공예술프로젝트(APAP)는 한국에서 가장 성공적인 공공예술사업으로 손꼽힌다. 낙후된 유원지와 중소 도시 도심에 예술조형물로 활력을 불어넣고, 우수한 국내외 작가들이 자발적으로 참여해 도시의 격을 높여 시민의 자산으로 정착됐다는 평가를 받는다. 서울시의 도시 게릴라 프로젝트나 광주 비엔날레의 도심 조형물 설치 작업인 '폴리 프로젝트'가 벤츠마킹한 대상이 되기도 했다. APAP는 2005년 만안구 안양유원지를 정비해 예술공원으로 조성하는 것으로 시작돼 2007년에는 이를 도시공원화 작업으로 확대하며 평촌 일대에 공공조형물이 조성됐다. 2010년에는 골목 안으로 들어가 주민들과 함께 공동체 복원을 위한 프로젝트로 진행됐다. 특히 안양예술공원 안에 있는 안양 파빌리온(구 알바로 시자 홀)은 포르투갈 출신의 세계적인 건축사 알바로 시자(1992년 프리츠커상 수상)가 설계한 작품이다.(그는 이 작품에 이어 파주출판단지에 '미메시스 아트 뮤지엄'을 만든다.) 당연히 안양시 차원에서 추진된 공공예술사업에는 건축사 등 많은 전문가들이 참여했다. 최승원 건축사는 "지방건축발전에 기회가 오면 건축사가 적극 자문하여야 지방다운 건축이 살아나고 꽃피울 수 있다"고 강조한다. APAP 초창기부터 참여해 역할을 해온 최승원 건축사에게 안양예술공원으로 보는 지역건축에 대해 들어봤다.

본 연구에서는 지방의회 재출범 15년을 평가해 보고 충청지역(대전,충남,충북) 전문가그룹의 인식을 토대로 지방의회의 발전방안을 정책기능강화 측면과 주민참여활성화 측면으로 나누어 모색하였다. 정책기능의 강화를 위해서 본 연구에서는 전문 위원실 역할강화, 정책관련부서의 신설, 지방의원의 외유내실화, 상임위원회의 기준완화 등을 제안하였다. 그리고 지방의정에의 시민참여 활성화방안으로는 인터넷이나 케이블TV를 통한 의회활동중개, 의사일정의 고정과 적극적인 홍보, 주요의사 결정과정에 자문위원회 및 심의위원회의 대폭확대, 유급시민모니터링제도의 도입, 상임위원회에 민간위원의 참여(결정권 없이) 필요성 정도, 휴일의회 및 야간의회 개최 등의 방안을 제안하였다.

충북지역의 C대학은 국립대 최초로 경영정보학과를 개설하여 20년 동안 관련 분야의 인재를 양성해 왔다. 하지만, 최근 학부제로 통합되어 운영되고, 기술기피 현상에 따른 전공 지원인력이 감소하고, 정보기술의 보편화로 경영정보의 정체성이 모호해지며, 국내외 경영교육 인증 실시로 인해 교과과정 재검토의 필요성이 제기되고, 지역 관련 업체에 진출하는 졸업생 수가 감소하게 되어 중장기적인 관점에서 학부과정 교과과정의 재검토를 실시하게 되었다. 관련 분야 실무종사자들을 대상으로 경영정보 분야의 지식수요를 파악하고, 재학생/졸업생 대상으로 교육서비스의 만족도를 분석하고, 국내외 전문가를 대상으로 자문을 받고, 경영교육 인증 관련 규정을 검토하는 등의 업무를 수행하여 교과과정 개편 기본방향을 설정하고, 교과과정과 교과운영방향을 제작하는 것을 목표로 작업을 수행하고 있다.

지난 및 년간 정부에서는 소각시설에서 배출되는 다이옥신 등 대기오염물질을 저감하기 위하여 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 먼저, '97년 7월 17일, 폐기물관리법 시행규칙을 개정하여 생활폐기물 소각시설에 대한 다이옥신 규제기준$^{1)}$ 을 '99년 7월 1일부터 기존 소각시설에 대해서는 0.5ng-TEQ/N㎥을 신설 소각시설에 대해서는 0.1ng-TEQ/N㎥으로 제정했으며, 또한 소각시설의 광역화, 신규 소각시설의 설치비용 및 기존 소각설비의 개ㆍ보수비용의 일부에 대한 국고지원, 소각처리 기술지원단에 의한 기술평가 및 자문활동, 다이옥신 공인측정ㆍ분석기관의 지정ㆍ고시, 생활폐기물 소각시설 설치ㆍ운영지침의 제정 등 짧은 기간임에도 불구하고 소각시설에서 배출되는 다이옥신을 저감하기 위하여 각종 정책이나 제도를 시행 또는 개선해왔다. 20여년 동안 지속해 온 레이저 개발 및 레이저분공기술 분야에 대한 연구를 지속적으로 추진하고 있는 이종민 한국광학회 회장. 이 회장은 최근 주된 관심사는 고출력 DPSSL (Diode-laser Pumped Sclid-state Laser)레이저, 원적외선 자유전자레이저, 그리고 레이저의 원자력 응용에 관한 연구들이라 말한다. 특히 이 분야들은 이미 5년 전부터 착수된 연구들로서 특히 레이저의 고출력화 및 전고체화 (all-solid-state)에 집중적인 노력을 아끼지 않는다고 또한 그는 인터넷 홈페이지를 통해서 산업 현장의 어려운 목소리를 듣고 직접 해당 전문가의 자문을 받을 수 있는 창구를 개설할 계획이다. 이를 통해 광기술관련 자료의 데이터베이스를 정립하고 지식정보 교환의 장을 구축하여 기초 학문의 실용화를 앞당기며, 기술인력의 정보교환도 자연스럽게 이루워지도록 할 것이며 이러한 사업이 성공적으로 이루어지면 학회와 산업계 모두에게 보람있는 일이 될 것이라고 밝혔다.
