Many mechanical systems including ships and/or offshore structures have poor dynamic response characteristics such as undesirable natural frequencies and undesirable mode shapes. It is mandatory to redesign the structure. In this paper a procedure for the dynamic redesign of an undamped structural system is presented. The method which uses a penalty function with a penalty term containing error in equilibrium for a given vibration mode may have a shortcoming. This method includes unconstrained eigenvector degrees of freedom as unknowns. In the work developed here, only constrained mode shape changes are used in the solution procedure, resulting in a reduction of the unnecessary calculations. Among the set of equations which characterizes the redesign of the structural systems, the under constrained problem is discussed here and formulated as an optimization problem, with an optimal criterion such as minimum change or minimum structural weight of the system. Four simple numerical applications illustrate the efficiency of the method. The method can be applied to the vibration problems of ships and/or offshore structures with an implementation of the commercial FE codes.

The Korean medicinal plant name written in Chinese script, Jingyo, is somewhat confusingly used in the Korean modern literature. This name was assigned to at least three species, with examples being Gentiana macrophylla, Aconitum pseudolaeve, and Justicia procumbens. To clarify the taxonomic identity of Jingyo, these names were examined based on the Chinese classics and Korean classics and compared them with the modern flora of both China and Korea. In China, Jingyo was considered as Justicia gendarussa or Gentiana macrophylla. In Korea, Jingyo was considered as A. pseudolaeve or J. procumbens. However, it was concluded that Jingyo is not distributed on the Korean Peninsula. In addition, although the Hangeul name Jinbeom was the result of the misreading of the Chinese script Jinbong, another Chinese term for Jingyo, this name is used in many modern studies related plant taxonomy. Hence, we also propose Jinbeom as the conserved Hangeul name of A. pseudolaeve.

The private security has achieved a rapid growth by playing an important role in supporting the public security. However, there are some negative results of this rapid growth. Violence committed by the private security is the biggest problem among them. This study discuss the necessity of eradicating violence committed by the private security, present some violence cases, and find solutions to the problem resulting from the cases. If violence committed by the private security is not eradicated, advancement in the private security service industry can not be expected. This study suggests the three possible solutions: reinforcing regulations restricting violence committed by the private security; strenthening the responsibility of the private security company (employer) for supervision and management on the private security guard (employee); establishing the philosophical identity of security service.

The exponential increase of malicious and criminal activities in cyber space is posing serious threat which could destabilize the foundation of modern information society. In particular, unexpected network paralysis or break-down created by the spread of malicious traffic could cause confusion and disorder in a nationwide scale, and unless effective countermeasures against such unexpected attacks are formulated in time, this could develop into a catastrophic condition. In order to solve a same problem, this paper researched early detection techniques for only early warning of cyber threats with separate way the detection due to and existing security equipment from the large network. It researched the cyber example alert system which applies the module of based honeynet from the actual large network and this technique against the malignant traffic how many probably it will be able to dispose effectively from large network.

If project time extension were required in the construction projects, either liquidated damages or extension costs should be applied according to causation of the schedule delays. However, in actual cases it is not applied so far according to the contract conditions. The reason why this situation happened Is that function of the present planning and scheduling is not working feasibly. The CPM schedule could not provide a proper solution for apportioning responsibility for the schedule delays. This situation could be considered as breach of contract and will cause potential disputes for schedule delay. Therefore, in this research process based contract administration model for construction delay claim is proposed to prevent schedule delay and solve the claims. The model is based on pro-active management for causation of delay to provide apportionment of responsibility and written evidences.

에너지 해외의존도 97%, 무역의존도 70%인대한민국. 우리는하루220만배럴, 연간8억배럴이상을소비한다. 부존자원이 극도로 빈약한 우리나라가 나아가야 할 길은자명하다. 에너지 자원을 거의수입해 의존하다보니 이를고부가화 해 내수에 돌리면서 최우선으로 수출을 통해 온나라가 먹고 살고 있다해도 과언이아니다. 해외 에너지자원을 안정적으로 확보하는 것이 바로 국가경쟁력의 근원이 되는것은 어제오늘의 일이 아니다. 고유가 파고를 헤쳐나가야 한다는 절박한현실에서안정적인 에너지자원확보를 위한 정부의 해외자원분야 정책 및 민관전략이 올들어 의욕적으로 전개되고 있다. 우선정부는 자원개발 업무를 강화하기 위해 현재1과1팀의 자원개발조직을 보강하 고유전개발팀을 신설하는 등 모두3개팀으로 늘린다. 나아가 해외 자원확보에주력 산업 동반진출도 착착진행하고 있다. 국내 자원 개발 기업과 에너지관련기업, 해외진출기관등 14곳으로 구성된 ‘에너지산업해외진출협의회’도 최근 출범시켰다. 유전을탐사하거나 개발하는데 개인들도간접투자할수있는 ‘유전개발펀드’도 7월에 첫 선을 보인다. 약2000억원규모의이 시범펀드 도입 등을 통해 자원개발을 가속화,2013년까지원유-가스자주개발률을18%(원유15%, 가스30%)까지 끌어 올릴 계획이며 여기에16조원 신규투자가 소요 될 것으로보고있다. 이같은 일련의 공격적인 움직임은 단순히 돈을 주고 자원을 사오는 기존방식을 앞으로는과감히탈피,자원부국이 원하는 산업인프라등을 수주해제 공한뒤 그 대가로자원을 확보하는 총체적 자원확보전략에 무게를두겠다는 의지를 담고 있어 고무적이다. 여기에 다원유 등 수입원자재 가격이 급등세를 보이고있는 가운데 우리나라의 해외 자원개발사업이 활기를 띠고있다.석유공사는 민간기업들과 함께 지난해에만 예멘2곳 등 전세계 5개국9곳의 석유 및 천연가스 광구계약을체결, 올들어 최근참여사들과 함께 주주간계약 서명식을 갖고본격적인 사업을 추진 중이다. 광업진흥공사역시 SK네트웍스와제휴, 최근 전체 매장량이650만t으로 추정되는 중국 후난성의 아연광 탐사권을 획득, 합작 사설립계약을 체결한 것으로 알려지고 있다. 민간기업들도 해외자원분야진출이 활발하다. 기업들의 해외 자원개발을 위한 투자규모도 늘어 올해38개 해외 자원개발기업이 32개국 211개 사업에 모두31억달러를 투자할 계획인것으로 나타났다. 이에본지는 올해 들어서도 고유가의 지속으로 속증하고 있는에너지수입동향과 해외 자원 개발의 현실과 문제점, 개선방향, 나아가 최근 안전적인 자원확보를 위한 동향을 진단해본다.

In the geophysical monitoring to understand the change of subsurface material properties with time, the time-invariant static subsurface model is commonly adopted to reconstruct a time-lapse image. This assumption of static model, however, can be invalid particularly when fluid migrates very quickly in highly permeable medium in the brine injection experiment. In such case, the resultant subsurface images may be severely distorted. In order to alleviate this problem, we develop a new least-squares inversion algorithm under the assumption that the subsurface model will change continuously in time. Instead of sampling a time-space model into numerous space models with a regular time interval, a few reference models in space domain at different times pre-selected are used to describe the subsurface structure continuously changing in time; the material property at a certain space coordinate are assumed to change linearly in time. Consequently, finding a space-time model can be simplified into obtaining several reference space models. In order to stabilize iterative inversion and to calculate meaningful subsurface images varying with time, the regularization along time axis is introduced assuming that the subsurface model will not change significantly during the data acquisition. The performance of the proposed algorithm is demonstrated by the numerical experiments using the synthetic data of crosshole dc resistivity tomography.

This research analyzes the current status of personal name authority control and its impact on the end user searching against OPACs in public libraries in Korea. Further it also suggests the ways to improve the recall ratio in author search with a minimal modification, system-wise and authority-wise. on the KOLISNET as a stepping stone for other public libraries. Finally, a long-term plan for establishing proper authority work in public libraries including the National Library of Korea is briefly proposed. In order to find out whether authority works are conducted and examine how variant written forms of the same foreign name and variant names of the same person are treated, OPACS of the National Library of Korea, KOLISNET, and ten randomly selected public libraries were searched. Findings indicate that while the National Library of Korea was performing authority control, even incomplete, the rest did not appear to conduct any form or authority control. As a spinoff of the research, it is observed that in many public libraries their bibliographic records and retrieval methods are inaccurate, lacking consistency, and incomplete. In sum. it is strongly recommended that (1) as a start for authority work among public libraries personal name authority control should be conducted to enhance the identifying and collocating functions in OPACs, (2) a shared authority database, for which the National Library of Korea's authority database might be used. should be built for Public libraries.

This study was surveyed the visitors who visited the festival for 4 days from August 01, 2019 to August 04, 2019 .For the questionnaire, 367 copies of valid questionnaires were used as the final analysis data in four beaches: Hakdong Black Pearl Beach, Gujora Beach, Wahyeon Beach, and Jicell Port. The results of this study are as follows. First, all three sub-factors of regional festival service quality, such as confidence, empathy, and credibility, had a positive effect on participation behavior. Second, the result of the moderating effect of the influence of involvement on the quality of service and visitor participation behavior of local festivals is based on the individual moderating effects of service quality and visitor participation behavior. There was a moderating effect. Visitors should be aware of the program, which is faithful to the festival's original purpose, and provide visitors with information about the festival quickly and accurately to feel the efficacy of participating in the festival. And The more satisfied the tourists who visited the local festivals, the more likely it will be to be a successful and successful festival. By speeding up, unexpected positive customer behavior will come from places that are not important.

Slip coefficient, whose value is dependent on the condition of contact surface at the friction joint of high tension bolt, is determined by slip load. Because contact area affects slip load, contact area that varies with bolt hole size is also related to the slip coefficient. In this study, we manufactured 32 specimens and performed bending and tension tests in order to examine changes in slip coefficient and load with material type, bolt diameter, and size of bolt hole. Slip load of specimens with oversize bolt hole had strength that was more than 80% higher than the slip load of specimens with standard bolt hole, and it also exceeded the design slip strength. In addition, we observed significant correlation between net-section ratio and slip ratio of specimens with oversize and standard bolt hole. However, some differences between the specimens are thought to have been caused by reduction in initial axial force of high tension bolt, which is an important parameter of slip coefficient. It is self-evident that increased bolt hole size would lead to decrease in design strength as it reduces both slip coefficient and bolt axial force. Nevertheless, we suggest that some flexibility in regulation of bolt hole, as long as it does not threaten the structural stability, may be a positive factor in terms of workability and efficiency.
