서울시인쇄정보조합(이사장 고수곤)은 업계 공동발전 및 수출촉진, 서울인쇄센터 발전을 위한 자료 수집을 위해 12월 4일부터 7일까지 일본에 시장조사단을 파견했다. 이번 조사단은 분과위원회별로 자료 수집을 위해 집행부에서 고수곤이사장 노주현감사 이소현상무를 비롯 3분과위원회 조정석 조재환 한용근사장, 원가계산위원회 홍우동 김영길 이창래사장, 기능인력양성위원회 이순석 이달수사장, 서울인쇄센터 정용식 이광재 리우식사장 박준규센터장, 수출시장개척 최유수 최기환 김영선 소근용사장, 회관운영 남상진 김건국사장 등 총 21명으로 구성되었다. 조사단은 방문 첫날인 4일 일본인쇄기술협회를 방문, 일본 인쇄계의 현황을 청취하고 양단체간 협력 방안을 모색했다. 이어 5일에는 동경인쇄조합과 돗판인쇄박물관을 방문한 후 동경 소재의 인쇄업체들을 둘러 보았다. 6일에는 돗판인쇄주식회사를 방문하여 생산 현황과 신기술 등에 대해 자료를 수집했다. 조사단은 귀국후 분과위원회별로 방문 결과를 정리하여 인쇄조합 및 업계 공동발전 방안, 수출진흥방안, 서울인쇄센터 운영방안, 인쇄단체 조직개편 등을 마련할 방침이다. 다음은 시찰단으로 참가한 한용근 금영문화사사장의 시찰기이다.

지난 날에는 생산공장 기기들의 정비에 진동분석 이용은 거의 전무한 상태이었으며 과학이 발달된 이 즈음에도 고장이 날 때까지 기기를 혹사하고 고장이 난 후에야 많은 시간과 경비를 들여 기기를 재가동 함은 물론 공장가동 중단으로 인한 생산성 상실이 산업계에 주는 영향은 크다. 경우에 따라서는 기기전체를 교체하는 큰 대형사고로 이어질 수 있기 때문에 공장 전면 조업에 큰 차질을 빚게된다. 시태크(Time tech)와 Re-Engineering과 같은 최첨단 경영방침에 부응하기 위해서는 구태의연한 가동파괴정비나 정기점검 정비방법을 탈피하여 최신 진동분석 기술을 이용한 예방정비(predictive maintenance)를 채택하는 것이 바람직하다. 과학기술 발전에 힘입어 정확한 진동자료를 수집할 수 잇는 주파수분석기(FFT analyzer)나 자료수집기 (data collector)와 진동자료를 심층분석하여 정확한 진동해결방안을 제시할 수 있는 software가 개발되어 사용화 되어 있는바 관계기술 요원들의 진동에 대한 이해와 기술습득으로 한차원 높은 기기정비를 통해 효율적인 생산성증가, 정비비용감소, 안전사고 미연방지등 많은 것을 함께 얻을 수 있다.

한국전기통신공사는 현재의 전화망이 데이터통신을 활성화하는데 제약요소가 많다고 보고 향후 데이터통신의 경쟁체제에 대처키 위한 기반을 조성하고 데이터통신을 제2의 전기 통신사업으로 발전 육성시킬 목적으로 데이터통신 시범망을 구축키로 했다. 공사의 시범망 구축계획은 체신부의 PC 1,000만대 보급을 통한 정보이용의 활성화계획 추진과 데이터통신이 경쟁체제및 국제화, 미국의 데이터통신 시장개방 압력의 가중, 법적 규제 완화 추세로 가고 있는 배경에 기인한다. 통신공사는 시범기간동안 데이터통신 이용에 알맞는 통신망 개발자료 수집과 요금체제 개발을 추진하고 요금체제 정립전 및 정보처리용 통신 노드구축전까지 기존 시설을 활용하여 데이터통신 활성화를 도모할 방침이다.

본 논문에서는 내부마케팅의 실행요인 및 개인의 행동과 업무 수행수준에 영향을 미치는 심리적 변인인 자기효능감을 살펴보고, 내부마케팅과 자기효능감이 기업의 조직 구성원들의 행동을 유도하여 조직몰입과 직무만족에 영향을 미치는지를 확인하고자 하였다. 실증적으로 확인하기 위한 구체적인 평가의 방법으로는 수집된 자료를 SPSS21.0 및 AMOS21.0을 이용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 기업의 내부마케팅 활동과 자기효능감은 심리적 영향에 따라 조직 구성원들의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 이는 내부 직원들의 업무 지향적 태도 형성을 위해 조직의 방침과 목적달성을 공유하기 위한 기업의 역량강화 활동과 조직 구성원들의 심리적 관리가 필요한 것으로 판단된다.

과거의 기업은 단순 생산과 관리만으로 기업을 유지시켜 왔다. 그러나 오늘날 제품 소비자들은 다양하고 복잡한 요구를 하고 있고 기업은 소비자들의 욕구를 충족시키지 못하면 존속할 수가 없다. 따라서 기업은 다양한 소비자의 요구에 대한 사회적, 경제적 환경변화에 대응 할 수 있는 최적의 기본 방침을 수립하고 그것을 실천하는 경영전략 수립이 필요하다. 경영전략 수립은 기업경영성과에 영향을 주는 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있는데, 경영전략 수립과 기업경영성과라는 두 요인 사이에는 또 다른 복잡한 관리체계가 작용한다. 즉 생산시스템과 전사적 품질경영활동, 구성원들에 대한 보상, 그리고 조직구성원간의 관계 등이 영향을 미치는 것이다. 본 연구는 기업의 경영전략과 관리체계인 생산시스템, TQM 활동과 종업원에 대한 보상이 경영성과에 어떠한 영향이 있는지를 파악하고 이것을 기반으로 실증적 자료를 수집하여 분석 검증함으로써 기업발전의 토대로 삼고자 한다. 자료 분석을 위하여 SPSS 통계 패키지를 이용하였고, 각 연구 가설과 연구 모형은 구조방정식을 이용하여 검증하였다.

All public libraries are collection-based knowledge and cultural service institutions. To this end, a collection development policy is an essential and a strategic menu that every library should establish first. Regional central libraries should establish and apply optimal collection development policies to conduct the legal duties as knowledge and information centers and cooperative preservation facilities of the cities and provinces. Thus, this study analyzed and compared in detail the collection development guidelines (draft) and regulations of regional central libraries in Korea and the collection development policies of metropolitan public libraries abroad. Results showed that the policies of domestic regional central libraries were simply practical guidelines while those in most developed countries were substantial in format and content. All regional central library systems should establish and document collection development policies based on the importance of collection development, future-oriented thinking, and strategic decision. The study also suggested the basic principles and the format for this purpose.

This study was conducted to examine the depression, study stress, adolescents' problem behavior in middle school students. A cross-sectional survey was conducted. 116 participants were selected from middle school in Y city, J area. A structured questionnaires were used as a study instrument which included general characteristics, children's depression inventory(CDI), study stress and adolescents' problem behavior. Descriptive statistics, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used for analysis. the result was that grade level, relation with parents and Friends were major predictors of problem behaviors of male students in the second grade of middle school. As a result of this study, it is to suggest the necessity of guidance, education policy, and program development for the experience and formation of healthy human relationships among adolescents.

Purpose: This study was conducted to confirm the nature of the pandemic experience of an infectious disease among non-confirmed COVID-19 nursing students. Methods: From April 14 to April 23, 2020, data were collected through individual in-depth interviews with eight nursing students, and the data were analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological analysis methodology. Results: Seven categories emerged through experiences of pandemic infectious diseases among nursing students. The specific categories are 'the continuation of daily life containing worries', 'struggle in daily life lost by COVID-19', 'conflict in fear and expectation', 'the fight against loneliness', 'confusion and adaptation to the changed class management policy', 'improving the ability to cope with a new phase', 'a springboard for growth'. Conclusion: Nursing students suffered psychosocial difficulties in a pandemic situation, but they adapted and led them to a positive direction. they lived as an opportunity to have time to check their career identity and tried to supplement their lives. We propose a study on the experiences of nursing students who have experienced self-isolation and the nature of nursing students' experiences in prolonged COVID-19 situations.

This paper seeks to know a out the 'University and College Archives', which are to be established under the provision of 'the Law on the Management of the Institutions', and briefly mention the relation with the library, looking into the concept and backgrounds of archives. The enactment of the law became the ground to establish but there is no practical guidelines on the structure, formation, management, and contents of archives, even worse, people do not know well what the archives is. Therefore, I think so know about academic archives should start understanding basic concept, meaning, and necessities of the archives. In Europe, university archives have been established from 1830s, after the other archives had been established. In America, universities, which had been grown owe to the rapid economic development and the increasing of high educated people, began to establish their archives as a way to invest to improve their being and promote continuing growth. This is to prove their being and value in the society by collecting and preserving records and documents produced in the development of universities. Therefore, university archives can be said that it is the receiving agency for the producers of the university records, researching functional purpose, contents of university records, and relation with other institutions or records. This is the very difference from university libraries as collecting agencies. Nevertheless, university libraries and archives can help each other to activate their functions and improve their positions in universities through cooperating for the policy of digital records preserving and approaching them because the tendency of informationization forces universities to stand on various information resources to serve for routine university works. Each institutions of universities needs archival records due to various reasons. It is especially necessary to preserve and manage archival records to prove the confidence of records.

The purpose of this study is to identify the effect of job satisfaction on job performance and to examine the moderating effects of employment type of the employees in franchised Korean restaurants. The questionnaire was distributed to the employees in Korean restaurants having abroad branches of the 300 distributed questionnaire, and 271 copies were used in the analysis by exploring factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression and hierarchical moderated regression analysis through SPSS ver. 18.0. The results of the study were as followed; First, job satisfaction, the work and superior factor have positive influence on job performance, but wages and promotion factor have negative influence. Second, the employment type has the partially moderating effects between job satisfaction and job performance with interactive term(superior$^*$ employment type). On the basis of these results, it is suggested that the company has fair criteria for evaluating systems and reward program to the employees regardless of employment type. This study has the limitations of simple variable and employment type.
