The purpose of this study was to evaluate the level and intensity of emotional labor of physical therapists and occupational therapists, and to identify the factors affecting them. Cross-sectional study was conducted on physical therapists and occupational therapists across the country using self-populated questionnaire. A total of 2,000 questionnaires were distributed to retrieve 1,500 questionnaires(75%), of which 1,374 questionnaires(68.7%) were finally analyzed, excluding 126 that answered duplicates or were missing answers. Multi-linear regression was performed to identify factors on the strength of emotional labor. According to the analysis results, high-risk groups in the areas under 'Emotional demand and regulation' and 'Overload and conflict in customer service' and 'Emotional disharmony and hurt' were 29.4%, 19.0% and 22.0% respectively, especially in 'Emotional demand and regulation', 'Overload and conflict in customer service', 'Emotional disharmony and hurt' for women working days, and 49% of daily work hours. Accordingly, we will be able to regularly screen physical therapists and occupational therapists for dangerous groups, and manage the intensity of emotional labor through the creation of a therapist's working environment, such as limiting overtime hours and assigning appropriate number of patients. Through this study, the grounds and methods for mitigating the negative effects of emotional labor and mediating emotional labor should be provided.

This descriptive study was conducted to identify the factors affecting the psychological well-being of nursing students. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 298 nursing college students attending two universities in G city from April 10 to May 9, 2018. The research tools were used 27 items of Professor Trust Scale, 25 items of emotional regulation, 25 items of Connor-Davison Resilience Scale, and 18 items of psychological well-being scale. psychological well-being was significant different according to gender(p=.019), grade(p=.011), motivation of choosing a nursing(p=.003), major satisfaction(p<.001), stress of clinical practice(p=.002), and current health status(p<.001). There were significant positive correlations between psychological well-being and professor trust, active emotion regulation, support-seeking emotion regulation, and ego-resilience and negative correlation between psychological well-being and avoidant-distractive emotion regulation. The results of multiple regression analysis are as follows. Factors influencing the psychological well-being of nursing students were ego-resilience, support-seeking emotion regulation, avoidant-distractive emotion regulation, major satisfaction and these variables explained the psychological well-being by 55.0%(F=30.92, p<.001). It is necessary to develop a curriculum/comparative programs and student coaching plans for improving ego-resilience which is the most influential variable. Also internal or environmental and social support should be strengthened so that negative emotions caused by various causes can be efficiently managed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the prevalence of social anxiety among late School-aged Children and identify factors influencing the tendency to social anxiety. A self-report survey was conducted with primary school children who were in the 6th grades. Two hundred and seventy eight children were included in the study. The instruments utilized in this study were SASCA-K (Korean Social Anxiety Scale for children and adolescents), SES(Self-esteem Scale), CAPS(Child and Adolescent Perfectionism Scale), DSRS-C(Depression Self-Rating Scale for Children), and IPPA-R(Inventory of Parent and Peer Attachment-Revised version). Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, One-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation and multiple regression with SPSS WIN 23.0 program. Social anxiety for the schoolchildren was positively correlated with perfectionism and depression, whereas self-esteem and attachment security was negatively correlated with social anxiety. Stepwise multiple regression analysis showed that 38.0% of the variance for social anxiety was significantly accounted for by self-esteem, self-oriented perfectionism, depression, attachment security (Father-communication). The most significant factor influencing social anxiety was self-esteem. Findings suggest that expanding health education, counseling and school-based health education programs is necessary to prevent and intervention mental problems of late School-aged Children through integrated intervention by schools, families and communities.

The purpose of this study is to present the scale of the overall influence by way of investigating how much any sub - elements of middle school teachers' distributed leadership influences any sub - elements of teacher efficacy and teaching commitment. First, there was no statistically significant difference in perceived level on distributed leadership according to the background variables of middle school teachers, but on average, it was shown to be high in female teachers, common teachers, over 21-year-career teachers and private school teachers. Second, there was a statistically positive correlation between distributed leadership and teacher efficacy or teaching commitment. Teacher efficacy showed a higher positive correlation than teaching commitment. Third, the study statistically showed that distributed leadership overall has influence on teacher efficacy and teaching commitment(41%). In conclusion, the study revealed a meaningful positive correlation between sub - elements of distributed leadership and sub - elements of teacher efficacy or teaching commitment, specially self-regulating efficacy, confidence of sub-elements of teacher efficacy, and school love of sub - elements of teaching commitment were positively explained according to the sub - elements of middle school teachers' distributed leadership. The explanatory power of the sub-elements of the distributed leadership on the teacher efficacy and the teaching commitment was 27% in the school situation, 28% in the leadership of the school principal, 28% in the leadership of the teacher, and 28% in the teacher interaction.
This paper investigated convergent factors to turnover intention among some Administrative Staff in Medical Institutions(ASMI). The survey used self-administered questionnaires for 320 administrative staffs of 27 medical institutions in the J region, selected arbitrarily from July 2, 2018 to July 27, 2018. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The turnover intention of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which organizational commitment is lower, a group in which organizational loyalty is higher, a group in which exhaustion, cynicism, reduced professional efficacy, sub-areas of job burnout are higher. The results show explanatory power of 50.9%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase organizational commitment and organizational loyalty, and to decrease exhaustion, cynicism, reduced professional efficacy, sub-areas of job burnout, are required to improve the turnover intention among ASMI. These results could be used in hospital organization personnel management and industrial health education to lower the level of turnover intention in ASMI, vocational aptitude education of health care college students. In following studies, it is necessary to present and analyze the structural model affecting the turnover intention of ASMI.
This study investigates convergent factors related with communication competency of some health majors students in studying for TOEIC. The questionnaire was used using an unregistered self-administered questionnaire for 280 health majors students in TOEIC class from college located in J area from November 1, 2018 to November 30, 2018. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis shows the following results. The communication competency of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which ego-resilience is higher, a group in which inkling is higher, and a group in which self-leadership is higher. The results show explanatory power of 57.0%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to increase ego-resilience, inkling and self-leadership are required to improve the communication competency among health majors students in studying for TOEIC. These results can be used to develop and operate educational resources and support programs that improve communication competency of health majors students in studying for TOEIC. Future research requires presentation and analysis of structural models considering factors affecting communication competency and correlation with TOEIC scores of health majors students in studying for TOEIC.
This study examined the convergent relationship of stress factors related to the depression level(CES-D) of a college student. The questionnaire was used using an unregistered self-administered questionnaire for 304 students from a college located in J area from Nov. 12, 2018 to Dec. 14, 2018. The hierarchical multiple regression analysis results are as follows: The depression level of respondents turned out to be significantly higher in following groups: a group in which job seeking stress(CMI) is higher, a group in which academic burnout(MBI-SS) is higher, a group in which anxiety(BAI) are higher. The results show explanatory power of 60.7%. The results of the study indicate that the efforts, to decrease job seeking stress, to decrease academic burnout and, to decrease anxiety, are required to decrease the depression level among college students. These results can be utilized in various interventional efforts for academic counseling and guidance, job counseling, and psychological and emotional stability that lowers the depression level in college students. Following studies requires the presentation and analysis of structural models for the structural model that effects the depression levels of college students.
This study examines the effects of job stress on fire-fighters' job performance on negative job factors, job burnout, and positive job factors, job satisfaction, respectively, and by examining whether resilience has a modulating effect in these influence relationships. This was done to provide useful information for planning management strategies. The analysis was done by regression analysis of data collected through a structured survey of 239 fire-fighters, and the moderating effect was confirmed by calculating and applying the interaction term. For the analysis, a structured questionnaire survey was conducted on 239 fire-fighters. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that job stress and job burnout of fire-fighters were low, job satisfaction was normal, and resilience was above average. Also, there was no significant difference in resilience according to demographic characteristics, and it was found that job stress had a positive(+) influence on job burnout at a statistically meaningful level, and a negative(-) influence on job satisfaction. In addition, it was found that impulse control power and cause analysis power had a moderating effect in the influence relationship between job stress and job burnout, and impulse control power had a moderating effect in the influence relationship between job stress and job satisfaction. Based on these results, it was proposed to preemptively apply various resilience programs suitable for the situation of fire-fighters, enhance emotional competence, and introduce coaching personnel to help self-reflection.

This study examined the relationship between job stress and fatigue symptom of fire-fighting officials. The study subjects were 330 fire-fighting officials working at five fire stations in the D metropolitan city. The study survey was a structured self-administered questionnaire from September 1 to October 31, 2019. The level of fatigue symptoms and job stress were significantly higher (p<.0.001). By the sub-region, the level of fatigue symptoms and job demand were significantly higher (p=0.046), but the decision latitude, the supervisor support, and co-worker support were lower (p=0.006, p<0.001, and p<0.001, respectively). The level of fatigue symptom showed a significant positive correlation with the total score of job stress (r=0.348, p<0.05) and the job demand (r=0.301, p<0.05). In contrast, it showed a significant negative correlation with the decision latitude (r=-0.306, p<0.05), supervisor support (r=-0.340, p<0.05), and co-worker support (r=-0.355, p<0.05). Multivariate logistic regression showed that the odds ratio of the high-risk fatigue group was significantly higher in the high-risk group of job stress than in the low group of job stress (ORs=3.03, 95% CI=1.13~8.12). These findings suggest that the level of fatigue symptoms of fire-fighting officials is related significantly to job stress.
This study aims to explore the effect of beauty lifestyle behaviors on the pursuit of beauty values and cosmetics purchasing behaviors in female college students, identify consumption market of female college students in beauty industry and contribute to the advancement of beauty industry. Data were collected by conducting a survey in 328 students. The survey was performed using self-administered questionnaires answered by the respondents themselves. The survey items were rated on a 5-point Likert scale and multiple choice question type was used. Statistical analyses were done using SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0. The study results are as follows. First, the regression analysis on the effect of beauty lifestyle behaviors on the pursuit of beauty values were found to be impacted on the sub-variables of beauty lifestyle behaviors including manicure, make-up, diet, body-shaping, and shopping behaviors (p<0.01). Second, the results of a difference in the pursuit of beauty values by cosmetics purchasing behavior showed that purchase frequency of cosmetic products for buying cosmetics were found to be statistically significant Third, as the results of a difference in cosmetics purchasing behaviors by beauty lifestyle behavior, reasons for the purchase frequency of cosmetic products, cost of purchasing cosmetics were statistically significant.
