Analysis of detected anomalies in VOC reduction facilities using deep learning

  • In this paper, the actual data of VOC reduction facilities was analyzed through a model that detects and predicts data anomalies. Using the USAD model, which shows stable performance in the field of anomaly detection, anomalies in real-time data are detected and sensors that cause anomalies are searched. In addition, we propose a method of predicting and warning, when abnormalities that time will occur by predicting future outliers with an auto-regressive model. The experiment was conducted with the actual data of the VOC reduction facility, and the anomaly detection test results showed high detection rates with precision, recall, and F1-score of 98.54%, 89.08%, and 93.57%, respectively. As a result, averaging of the precision, recall, and F1-score for 8 sensors of detection rates were 99.64%, 99.37%, and 99.63%. In addition, the Hamming loss obtained to confirm the validity of the detection experiment for each sensor was 0.0058, showing stable performance. And the abnormal prediction test result showed stable performance with an average absolute error of 0.0902.

Centering Effect of the Transactional Leadership between the Social Worker Empowerment and Social Work Self-Efficacy in Social Work Practice (사회복지실천에서 리더의 변혁적 리더십이 사회복지사의 역량강화와 자기효능감에 미치는 조절효과에 관한 연구)

  • This study attempts to explain how the social-worker empowerment in the field of social work relates to social-work self-efficacy and whether or not the transactional leadership of the leader moderates the relationship between these two variables. Data from 390 social workers working with public and private sector agencies in Seoul were collected. For the questionnaire and analysis, this research uses the Social Worker Empowerment, Social Work Self-Efficacy, and Transactional Leadership scales. This research utilizes a wide range of statistical analyses, such as descriptive analysis, Pearson's correlation, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression, and general linear modeling. The calculations employed the use of SPSS/PC+ 12.0. This research indicates, among other things, that social workers with a high level of social worker empowerment and transactional leadership of the leader show a tendency toward higher social work self-efficacy and that the leader's transactional leadership level plays a moderating function in the relationship between social-worker empowerment and transactional leadership of the leader. In conclusion, a social worker with a low level of leader's transactional leadership shows a relatively greater tendency toward social work self-efficacy when compared to a social worker having a high level of leader's transactional leadership. Social workers and social-work organizations seeking professional practice can benefit from these findings on the relationship between professional behavior and social work self-efficacy with perceived transactional leadership about a team leader as a moderator.

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the effects of entrepreneurship on entrepreneurial efficacy and entrepreneurial intention, and to provide implications for analyzing mediating effects of career decision self-efficacy in bilateral relations. The data were collected from entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship students, and, and 220 students were surveyed. For the empirical analysis, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability verification, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed using SPSSWIN 21.0. The specific analysis results are as follows. First, in the relationship between entrepreneurship and career decision-making self-efficacy, entrepreneurship has a significant effect on career decision-making self-efficacy. Second, in the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship efficacy, and intention of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship has significant influence on entrepreneurship efficacy and entrepreneurship intention. Third, the mediating effect analysis of career decision self-efficacy in the relationship between entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial efficacy, and entrepreneurship intention showed that all mediated effects were significant. The results of this study should be achieved through a convergence curriculum in which entrepreneurship education and career education can be considered at the entrepreneurial education stage in order to enhance entrepreneurship and intention to influence entrepreneurship and career choice. Practical implications were suggested for more effective education.

A Structural Equation Model of Career Decision Self-Efficacy, Department Satisfaction, and Job Preparing Stress of College Students (대학생의 진로결정 자기효능감, 학과만족도와 취업스트레스 간의 구조모형)

  • This study was attempted to establish a model to investigate the relationship between career decision self-efficacy, department satisfaction, and job preparing stress of college students and to investigate the relationship between these factors. The subjects of this study were 355 college students aged 18 years or older in G-do, and the collected data were analyzed using the SPSS/WIN 24.0/AMOS 24.0 program. The fit index of the structural regression model met the acceptance criteria (χ2/df=2.89, SRMR=.04, RMSEA=.07, CFI=.96, TLI=.95). As a result of the study, first, it was found that career decision self-efficacy and department satisfaction directly affect job stress. Second, career decision self-efficacy was found to directly affect department satisfaction. Third, career decision self-efficacy was found to have an indirect effect on job stress through department satisfaction. Of the two variables influencing job stress, department satisfaction was found to have a greater relative influence on job preparing stress. Based on these research results, it is necessary to develop a strategy to increase career decision self-efficacy and department satisfaction, which has been found to affect job stress in order to reduce job preparing stress of college students.

Optimization of a Crystallization Process by Response Surface Methodology (반응표면분석법을 이용한 결정화 공정의 최적화)

  • Cyclotrimethylene trinitramine (RDX) is a high explosive commonly used for military applications. Submicronization of RDX particles has been a critical issue in order to alleviate the unintended and accidental stimuli toward safer and more powerful performances. The purpose of this study is to optimize experimental variables for drowning-out crystallization applied to produce submicron RDX particles. Effects of RDX concentration, anti-solvent temperature and anti-solvent mass were analyzed by the central composite rotatable design. The adjusted determination coefficient of regression model was calculated to be 0.9984 having the p-value less than 0.01. Response surface plots based on the central composite rotatable design determined the optimum conditions such as RDX concentration of 3 wt%, anti-solvent temperature of $0.2^{\circ}C$ and anti-solvent mass of 266 g. The optimum and experimental diameters of RDX particles were measured to be $0.53{\mu}m$ and $0.53{\mu}m$, respectively. The regression model satisfactorily predicts the average diameter of RDX particles prepared by drowning-out crystallization. Structure of RDX crystals was found to be ${\alpha}$-form by X-ray diffraction analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy.

Relationship Between the Psychosocial Factors and Job Stress Among Clerical Public Officers (일부 공무원들의 사회심리적 요인과 직무스트레스와의 관련성)

  • This study was conducted to determine the levels of job stress, as well as its association with psychosocial factors (type A behavior pattern, locus of control, and self-esteem). Self-administered questionnaires were given to 634 clerical public officers in the C Provincial Office between February 18 and Mar. 10, 2013. As a result, the job stress levels of the subjects was significantly different according to age, sex, educational level, marital status, job position, job career, satisfaction in job life, smoking, alcohol drinking, sleeping time, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, and self-esteem. Regarding the correlation of job stress and psychosocial factors, the level of job demand was negatively correlated with the internal locus of control. The decision latitude was negatively correlated with the type A behavior pattern, internal locus of control and self-esteem. Supervisor support was negatively correlated with the external locus of control. In hierarchial multiple regression analysis, the affecting factors to the job stress selected variables, such as age, subjective health status, job position, overtime work, experience of sick absence, satisfaction in work, sleeping time, leisure time, visiting out-patient department, type A behavior pattern, locus of control, and self-esteem, and the explanatory powers of these factors was 32.1%. In particular, the factors related to the psychosocial factors (type A behavior pattern, locus of control, self-esteem) were strongly related to the job stress, increasing the explanation of factors up to 15.0%.

Development of Internet Vulnerability Index for Youth through Internet Overdependency Analysis (인터넷 과의존 요인분석을 통한 청소년의 인터넷 취약성 지수 개발)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop the Internet vulnerability index of adolescents. To do this, we used the original data of long - term follow - up survey for the internet overdependency cause analysis conducted by NIA in 2018, and analyzed the correlation between alternatives of internet vulnerability index and personal psychology by using linear regression analysis. Factor analysis showed that the relationship with the surroundings was indexed by adding 9 items to positive factors such as family acceptance, peer attachment, and teacher favorability. The relationship between the surroundings and self - stigmatization is confirmed, and the relationship between the surroundings and the Internet fragility is predicted to be negatively related, and the digital capacity is also assumed to be negatively correlated with the Internet vulnerability. In order to develop the specific form of the Internet vulnerability index, personal psychology and linear regression analysis were conducted. As a result, positive factors and R value of personal psychology were increased when considering the relationship with the environment and the digital capacity rather than the Internet overdependency model. Based on these implications, we discussed the implications and limitations of this study.

Commercial Models' Turnover Intention: With a Focus on the Moderating Effects of Self-belief, Attractiveness, and Ethical Environment (광고모델의 이직의도 -신뢰성과 매력성, 그리고 윤리적 환경의 조절효과를 중심으로-)

  • Despite the seeming glamour and popularity of commercial modeling, the industry has a darker side. Many models fail to adapt to the profession, and there are frequent cases of models quitting after a relatively short period of time. For commercial modeling agencies, this high turnover rate causes considerable disruption to their business, negatively impacting credibility and leading to decreased sales. As such, this study aimed to investigate the turnover intention of commercial models in relation to professional identity, emotional labor, and role conflict, and to propose remedies for their high turnover intention. Towards this, the relationship between commercial models' turnover intention and the factors of professional identity, emotional labor, and role conflict, and further analyzed the moderating effect of self-belief, attractiveness, and ethical environment. The analysis found that the factors having the greatest effect on commercial models' turnover intention were, in order, role conflict, emotional labor, and professional identity. When hierarchical multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the moderating effect of self-belief, attractiveness, and ethical environment on the relationship between these independent variables and their effect on turnover intention, it was found that the negative impact of emotional labor on turnover intention is moderated by self-belief, and the negative impact of low professional identity on turnover intention is moderated by ethical environment. These findings underscore the importance of self-belief in commercial models, as emotional laborers, and suggest that commercial models are not born but are rather made, namely in a desirable work environment that is professional and well-organized.

A Study of the Effects of Job-seeking Efficacy on Use Intention and Outcome of the Work-net (구직효능감(job-seeking efficacy)으로 인 한 Work-net의 이용의도 및 성과에 관한 연구)

  • The present study examines the the role of subjectively perceived factors of the attitude toward job-seeking activities in forming an intention to use a web. An integrative research model is presented and tested empirically. It includes the following two aspects of belief in Davis' TAM: perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use. Specially, internet job-seeking efficacy, or the belief in one's capabilities to organize and execute courses of Internet actions required to achieve given goals, is a potentially important factor in efforts to gain more favorable attitude toward Internet uses. Survey data were collected to develop a reliable operational measure of Internet job-seeking efficacy and to examine its construct validity. An four-item Internet job-seeking efficacy scale developed for the present study was found to be reliable and internally consistent. Also, many previous studies have established that perceived usefulness is an important factor influencing user acceptance and usage behavior of information technologies. However, very little research has been conducted to understand how that perception forms and changes over time. The current work presents and tests the determinants of perceived usefulness. The present study found that higher internet job-seeking efficacy is an important concept which is significantly related to job-seeking activities by positively influencing intention and performance as well as usefulness on the Internet.

Estimation of Concrete Strength Based on Artificial Intelligence Techniques (인공지능 기법에 의한 콘크리트 강도 추정)

  • This paper presents concrete pattern recognition method to identify the strength of concrete by evidence accumulation with multiple parameters based on artificial intelligence techniques. At first, variance(VAR), zero-crossing(ZCR), mean frequency(MEANF), and autoregressive model coefficient(ARC) and linear cepstrum coefficient(LCC) are extracted as feature parameters from ultrasonic signal of concrete. Pattern recognition is carried out through the evidence accumulation procedure using distance measured with reference parameters. A fuzzy mapping function is designed to transform the distances for the application of the evidence accumulation method. Results(92% successful pattern recognition rate) are presented to support the feasibility of the suggested approach for concrete pattern recognition.
