Recently, as most companies recognize the importance of the customer relationship management, they strongly believe that they must know who their customers are. The job of a customer is very important information for us to understand the customer. However, since most customers are reluctant to reveal them-selves, they do not let us know their jobs, and even provide false information about their jobs. The target domain of our research is mobile telecommunication. In this research, we developed a system that identifies the customer's job by utilizing the Call Detail Record. Using artificial neural networks, we developed a two-step Job Identification System. In the first step, it identifies the four job classes, then in the second step, it subdivides these four job classes into seven jobs. The accuracy of identifying the seven jobs was $71.9\%$.
This study focused on user evaluation for personalized recommender systems with the integrated view of performance of the system and user attitude of recommender systems. Since users' evaluations of recommender systems can be affected by recommendation outcomes and presentation methods, both system performances based on outcomes and user attitudes formed by the presentation methods should be considered when explaining users' evaluations. However, an integrated view of system performance and user attitudes has not been applied to explain users' evaluation of recommender systems. Thus, the goal of this study is to explain users' evaluations of recommender systems under the integrated view of predictive features and explanation features at the same time. Our findings suggest that social presence, both accuracy and noveltyhave impacts onuser satisfaction for recommender systems. Especially, predictive features including accuracy and novelty affected user satisfaction. Novelty as well as accuracy is one of the significant factors for user satisfaction while recommender systems provided usual items users have experienced when systems provide serendipitous items. Likewise, explanation features with social presence and self-reference were important for user evaluation of personalized recommender systems. For explanation features, while social presence appears as one of important factors to user satisfaction of evaluating personalized recommendations, self-reference has no significant effect on user's satisfaction for recommender systems when compared to the result of social presence. Self-referencing messages did not affect user satisfaction but the levels of self-referencing are different between low and high groups in the experiment.

The integrity of the industrial equipment in use under high temperature and high pressure must be assessed by regularly measuring the degraded mechanical properties during service time. In order to nondestructively monitor the degraded mechanical properties of industrial equipment, a measuring method of the reversible permeability(RP) using surface type probe is presented. The method for measuring the RP is based on that RP is the differential value of hysteresis loop. The RP is exactly the foundation hatmonics induced in a detecting coil measured by lock-in amplifier tuned to a frequency of the alternating perturbing magnetic field. The peak of RP is measured around the coercive force. Steel material used in this work was 12Cr ferritic heat resisting steel. The eleven kinds of samples aged during different times under same temperature ($700^{\circ}C$) were prepared. Peak interval of reversible permeability(PIRP), Vickers hardness, and tensile strength measured for the aged samples decreased abruptly for short aging time (below 500 h), but the change became small at a long aging time. Vickers hardness and tensile strength linearly decreased as RIRP decreased, so the degraded mechanical properties of 12Cr ferritic heat resisting steel could be nondestructively evaluated by measuring RIRP.

Jeong Sun-Ah built up her performance career for twenty years with bold and energetic acting and solidified her status as a leading actress of Korean musical since her debut. To benefit from the value of her experience this study performed an in-depth interview with her, applying the Theory of "Projection" and "Back-projection", which are the psychological principles of acting, and derived "acting(entering the roles)" and "de-acting(leaving the roles)" techniques. As result, Her acting mechanism involved emptying her ego, embodying a persona by projecting the role created by intensive exploration of materials like previous performance, film of the same title, original novel, and script, and then getting the ego back by back-projecting through dynamic activities such as overseas travel and dance. She pre-studied the roles by physically visiting sites that are important to the characters. She was unique in that she pursued a difference by changing vocal trainers for each musical production and undertook more intense physical training than vocal practice to achieve powerful singing performance. In most of her works (75%), she suffered from aftereffects such as depression, narcissism, hysteria, and insomnia due to disorder caused by breaking away from the roles. However, she relied on self-help and alternatives are needed in the future such as reinforcement of expert counselling. Jeong Sun-Ah appeared on an average of 1.6 productions per year, practiced for an average of 1.7 months, and performed for an average of 3.9 months with an average of 100 days of break between productions. Her performance record from this research demonstrates her constant preparation and passion, as well as the know-how of reserving and distributing energy. So, it has a valuable implications for acting education and self-management of actors and actress.

The special means of transportation introduced to improve the mobility of the transportation vulnerable met the number of legal standards in 2016, but lack of development in terms of quality, such as the existence of long waiting times. In order to streamline the operation of special means of transportation, long-term standby traffic, which is the top 25% of the wait time, was extracted from the Daegu Metropolitan Government's special transportation history data, and spatial autocorrelation analysis and social network analysis were conducted. As a result of the analysis, the correlation between the average waiting time of special transportation users and the space was high. As a result of the analysis of internal degree centrality, the peak time zone is mainly visited by general hospitals, while the off-peak time zone shows high long-term waiting demand for visits by lawmakers. The analysis of external degree centrality showed that residential-based traffic demand was high in both peak and off-peak hours. The results of this study are considered to contribute to the improvement of the quality of the operation of special transportation means, and the academic implications and limitations of the study are also presented.

The main purpose of this study is to find the hotspots of crimes that occur frequently in the space and to derive the appropriate CCTV installation location. One of the characteristics of crime is clustered around past occurrence area, and these crimes are strongly correlated. It is also possible to find the cause of the clusters and the variables that affect the crime through the history of the crime. In addition to the traditional OLS model, spatial differential model including spatial autocorrelation and spatial error model were used to select the variables influencing the five major crime rate, the theft rate and the foreign resident rate. The variables affecting the Five major crimes were positive (+) sign for the welfare and the rate of the bar cluster rate, and negative (-) for the street density. The CCTV area occupies 46% of the hotspots based on the overlapping of the areas where the elderly people are crowded, the bar cluster, many multicultural families, and the areas with low density of street lamps. It turned out. Taking into account the current CCTV operation, the total number of new cases to cover the risk point was 89.
[ $Zn_{1-x}Co_{x}O$ (x=0-0.3) films were grown on Corning 7059 glasses by asymmetrical bipolar pulsed dc magnetron sputtering. The c-axis orientation along (002) plane was enhanced with increasing Co concentration. The $Zn_{1-x}Co_{x}O$ films are grown with fibrous grains of tight dome shape. The transmittance spectra measured from UV-visible showed that sp-d exchange interactions and typical d-d transitions become activated with increasing Co concentration. The electrical resistivity of $Zn_{1-x}Co_{x}O$ films increased with increasing Co concentration, especially it increased greatly at $30at\% Co. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and alternating gradient magnetometer analyses indicated that no Co metal cluster is formed and the ferromagnetic properties are exhibited. The low electrical resistivity and room temperature ferromagnetism of $Zn_{1-x}Co_{x}O$ thin films suggested the possibility of the application to Diluted Magnetic Semiconductors (DMSs).
Portfolio has recently come to gain more attention from school as an alternative evaluation tool and a self-reflective learning tool for learning. After literature reviews about the case studies on the use of portfolio in higher education including both universities in Korea and abroad, this study attempted, first, to analyze the current e-portfolio system running in Kyung Hee University for the undergraduate students starting from the spring semester, 2010, and then, suggested the ways the system can be more actively utilized among the students, and simultaneously, acquiring more interest and participation from both the faculty members and the school administrators. The data collected from the survey and reflective journals of the students suggested 1) more user-friendly, easy-to-edit version of the system, 2) more diverse modes and functions of the system which, therefore, are able to adjust well to the specific and unique features of subjects or majors of the students, and 3) collaborative learning environments among the students and between the students and the faculty members from which students can share, participate, interact with each other, getting useful feedback from those co-learners and faculty members. Eventually the study aimed to enhance the recognition of the participants about the importance of portfolio as a learning tool for self-reflective learning and authentic evaluation of the students.

The information of university entrance examination is important information to examinees as well as each universities. And this information can be used various fields. By using this information, examinees can choose the university which is most suitable regions through oneself's grade, and universities can decide the entrance policy and public relations of university. Furthermore, this information can be used important data to promote student's welfare. Therefore the introduction of College Matriculation System which can share between examinees and universities is keenly required. This study has developed the College Matriculation System which is Web2.0- based by using Naver Map API. By using this system, the information about candidates, and successful candidates and registrants for admission can be analysed, also the ratio of successful candidates in comparison with candidates and the change ratio of candidates during these three years can be analyzed. Besides, it can be supported the entrance public relations policy of universities by managing the public relations history, and it can be provided the information of university by grade to examinees on matriculation information based. Therefore, it was possible that manage and practical use of various data through connected with map based on web 2.0 which is opened. And it is considered possible to express more various information based on map constructing GIS system of user center that is not GIS system of existent offerer center.
The purpose of this study is to use K-MOOC, which has limitations in utilization because it is centered on theory delivery, to derive tasks to activate the teaching methods of instructors, and to implement the derived tasks using the metaverse platform. to develop a prototype. According to the purpose of the study, the study was conducted as follows. First, from October 4 to November 15, 2022, a Delphi survey was conducted on 21 experts with experience of consulting, research, class development, and operation related to the K-MOOC project. Second, in order to realize the tasks in the teaching method field derived from the Delphi survey, matching with the teaching method class model elements to result of Delphi survey was applied was carried out. Finally, based on the results of expert Delphi and the elements of the class model applicable to the metaverse platform, a teaching method was developed. Through the process of the study, a total of 16 detailed items were derived for the teaching method-related tasks for the activation of K-MOOC: support strategic tasks, teaching method competency, aspect of class design, evaluation and sharing of learning outcomes. By applying the metaverse, the teaching model elements for K-MOOC revitalization were derived from four categories: self-directed repetition, individualized problem solving, practice opportunity expansion, and immediate feedback, and matched with the first 16 detailed items. A four-step teaching model was completed: course attendance (step 1), mission analysis by individual level (step 2), sharing of mission solutions (step 3), and mission evaluation and feedback (step 4). Through the results of this study, the possibility of using the metaverse as a teaching practice platform was confirmed even in terms of the introduction and development of specialized techniques.
