안전조치강화방안의 보조약정은 기존의 INFCIRC/153에 의한 보조약정과는 달리 선택사항으로 분류되어있다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국가의 입장에서는 보조약정의 체결을 요구할 필요가 있다. 이는 보조약정이 추가의정서의 불확실성을 줄임으로써 국가의 권익을 명확히 제시할 수 있는 수단으로 활용될 수 있기 때문이다. 보조약정의 형태로써 Site Attachment가 제시되었으며 Site Attachment에 포함되어야 할 사항 7 가지가 분석되었다.

The purpose of this research is to establish the classification system of Chojo Tripitaka Koreana, and analyze the contents of its print held by Horim Museum. Major discussions included are as follows: First, the characteristics and significance of Chojo Tripitaka Koreana are examined. Second, based on Taejang Mongnok, which is the Bibliography of Tripitaka Koreana, the classification system of Chojo Tripitaka Koreana is established. Third, by closely examining 10 titles and 21 volumes of Chojo Print from the collection of Horim Museum, it is proved that its contents and sequences in scriptures of Chojo Print are the same as those of Taejang Mongnok and therefore the classification system in this research is adequately established. Fourth, it is found that in the Avatamska Sutra held by Horim Museum, five volumes of the Avatamska Sutra which originally consists of fifty volumes, are included. And it is also found that in Chaejo Tripitaka Koreana, the Avatamska Sutra, which consists of sixty volumes, were inserted in their place.

This study investigates concept of escape room game and sorting story type based on 428 games at 141 escape room actually played. The classification were processed by Act 3 of Trottier, and as a result of the investigation, result shows three story types in offline room escape games. As for the types shown as, reason, condition and purpose of escape are guided before entering the room; a+b+c, purpose of escape is guided before entering the room but conditions for escape should be determined through play; a+b(c), and finally figure out the condition, purpose of the game during the play;(a+b+c).

제 7 차 교육과정에서 경제지리 과목이 심화 선택 과목으로 새롭게 설정되었다. 그러나 제 6차 교육과정 한국지리 과목의 경제지리 교육내용을 단순 확대.심화시켜 구성하였기 때문에, 그 동안의 비판과 문제점을 해결하지 못하고 있다. 지리교육에서 경제 지리교육내용의 선정 및 조직 바법은 산업별 분류방법, 주제 중심방법, 경제과정 중심방법으로 분류할 수 있는데, 기존은 교육과정은 산업별 분류방법을 근간으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는, 공급자의입장에서 나열적으로 교육내용을 선정.조직하고 있는 기존 방법의 문제점을 개선하고, 실생활에서 학습의 유용성을 확인시켜 학습자의 관심과 흥미를 갖게 하며, 다양한 형태의 교수-학습 활동이 가능하도록 하면서, 심화 선택 과목의 특성을 살릴 수 있는 경제 지리 과목의 교육내용 선정 및 조직 대안으로 지역문제 중심방법을 제안한다.

Currently, the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTaQ), which is responsible for the quality assurance of military supplies, divides munitions into four categories, in order to conduct its governmental quality assurance activities, including product examination, process review and system audit. However, these 4 categories may differ depending on the related organizations' (e.g. Defense Acquisition Program Administration, munitions manufacturing) military requirements. Therefore, in this study, appropriate classification criteria for munitions are suggested for the sake of the efficient procurement, production and quality assurance of military supplies. We investigated the item classification system of the Public Procurement Service, which is a similar organization to the DTaQ. We also compared the appropriate classification criteria with those of related organizations and identified the current status of munitions classification data according to the current standard. In addition, application samples are presented using the proposed quality assurance classification criteria. Finally, the classification criteria of military supplies proposed in this paper will contribute to improving the efficiency of government quality assurance activities.

진정한 의미의 다운사이징을 구현하기 위해서는 필요한 분산데이타베이스의 구현은 현재 여러가지 기술적인 문제점들을 안고 있다. 따라서 동시성 제어(concurrency control)와 갱신 (update propagation), 복구(recovery), 질의어 처리(query processing), 카달로그 관리(catalog management)등과 같은 분산 환경에서의 데이타베이스에 관련된 기술적인 문제점들을 해결하기 위해서는 어떠한 최적의 방법들을 개발해야만 한다. 이러한 방법들의 개발은 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리 분류체계를 통한 대안들의 선택과 운용에 의해 가능할 것이다. 분산 환경하에서 사용되어질 수 있는 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리 분류체계를 availability, expression, currency의 관점에서 Basic table과 view로 구분하여 정립해 보았다. Basic table은 current update가 필수적이므로 availability와 expression의 관점에서 분류하였고, view는 physical file의 존재성 유무와 시간적 실행의 차이를 기준으로 분류하였다. 그리고 이러한 분류기준에 따른 특성들을 분산데이타베이스 구축에 이용하는 방법들에 대해 이야기 하였다. 다시 말해 non-current materialized view 뿐만 아니라 current materialized view를 동시에 지원하는 하나의 distributed view update architecture를 개발하는 것에 대해 하나의 방법으로 제시하였다. 즉 immediate update와 deferred update는 current view를 이용하고 periodical update는 non-current view를 이용하여 100%의 distributed data resources를 관리 할 수 있는 효율적인 distributed system를 개발하는 것을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 데이타베이스론의 입장에서 아직 정립되어 있지 않은 분산 환경하에서의 관계형 데이타베이스의 데이타관리의 분류체계를 나름대로 정립하였다는데 그 의의가 있다. 또한 이것의 응용은 현재 분산데이타베이스 구축에 있어 나타나는 기술적인 문제점들을 어느정도 보완할 수 있다는 점에서 그 중요성이 있다.

It is a challenging work for service operators to accurately classify different services, which runs on various wireless networks based upon numerous platforms. This works focuses on design and implementation of a classifier, which accurately classifies applications, which are captured horn WiBro Network. Notion of session is introduced for the classifier, instead of commonly used Flow to develop a classifier. Based on session information of given traffic, two classification algorithms are presented, Classification and Regression Tree and Support Vector Machine. Both algorithms are capable of classifying accurately and effectively with misclassification rate of 0.85%, and 0.94%, respectively. This work shows that classifier using CART provides ease of interpreting the result and implementation.

지역정보화를 통한 효과적인 정보서비스를 위해서는 지역정보통신망의 구축에 앞 서 지역에서 제공되어야 할 정보서비스를 사용자의 입장에서 검토하고 사용자가 원하는 정 보를, 사용자가 쉽게 적응할 수 있는 형태로, 가장 효율적으로 제공할 수 있는 정보제공자 가 제공할 수 있도록 계획을 추진하여야 한다. 이를 위해서는 지역정보통신망에서 제공될 정보 서비스에 대한 기초적인 조사연구가 이루어져야 한다. 현재 우리 나라에서 지역정보화 의 사례나 정책, 제도적 측면의 연구, 또한 기술적 측면의 연구는 활발히 이루어지고 있는 편이나 지역정보화를 통해 제공되는 서비스 또는 지역정보통신망에서 제공될 정보서비스에 대한 연구는 별로 없다. 본 연구에서는 지역정보통신망에서 제공될 수 있는 최종사용자 중 심의 정보서비스에 대한 조사를 통해 정보서비스의 목록을 작성하고, 정보서비스의 분류기 준을 마련해 보고자 한다. 이러한 정보서비스의 분류들은 지역정보통신망에서 제공하고 있 거나 미래에 제공하여야 할 정보서비스들을 이해하고 이들 가운데 우선적으로 제공해야 할 서비스를 합리적으로 선정하는데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 뿐만 아니라 지역사회의 제한 된 정보관련 자원의 효율적 활용을 기할 수 있으며, 나아가 지역정보통신망의 성공적인 구 축을 돕고 지역민들의 정보생활수준의 균형있는 발전에 공헌할 것이다.

Right comprehension of the natural disaster could reduce the damage of human life and property by explaining the cause of the disaster and considering a counterplan to decrease or prevent it. To do this, it should precede to clarify the category of the natural disaster and classification. Also, when the disaster occurs, swift site survey and the establishment of the data by the professionals should be done for clarifying the reason. Our classification of the natural disaster is written on the Law of the Nature Disaster Relief. But, this classification is made for the management of the disaster, so it is required to review the establishment of the technical information by the professionals. Therefore, the Korean type classification is required considered by the professionals who collect and study the information of the natural disaster for the other countries. If the DB of the natural disaster is made, it is able to get various services through the internet virtual space and it will be helpful to prepare the prevent countermeasures against the disaster. In this research, the korean type classification plan of the natural disaster is suggested which is suitable to the professional technology by collecting and analyzing the domestic and the international classification of the natural disaster.

본 고에서는 후천적인 청각 장애나 노령화 및 산업화에 따라 난청자가 증가하고 있는 현대사회에서 난청자를 위한 통화대책을 강구하고자, 청각과 전화 통화와의 관계, 청력손실의 측정방법, 전화 통화의 입장에서 본 난청의 분류, 청각 장애에 따른 청각 특성에 대해서 총괄하였다. 그리고 난청자가 전화통화를 하고자 할 때 청력손실의 정도와 장애 부위에 따른 통화방법을 고찰하였다. 여기에서는 가벼운 정도의 난청자자인 경우에는 최저 가청한계를 고려한 고음향 출력전화기, 또 난청의 정도가 심한 난청자는 골도 청각을 이용한 골도 전화기가 유용한 통화수단임을 소개하였다. 또한 CCITT 및 외국에서 적극적으로 검토하고 있는 문제로서 , 보청기 착용자가 사회와 접촉하기 위한 수단인 보청기와 전화기와의 결밥 방법을 종합 검토하였다.
