The purpose of this study was to investigate the satisfaction of clinical practice for university students in the physical therapy department. 163 students participated in the study. The subjects completed an online survey that consisted of 36 clinical practice satisfaction questions and 5 questions of general characteristics. The collected data was analyzed by using frequency analysis, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA and Scheffe post hoc analyses with a significant level of 0.05. The students' satisfaction of clinical practice was 3.84 in average on a scale of 5. The students' satisfaction was the highest for the item 'Satisfaction after clinical practice', and the lowest for the item 'Internal conflict in clinical practice' and 'Evaluation of clinical practice'. The students' satisfaction of clinical practice showed significant differences according to the satisfaction of the major (p<.001), however, no significant difference according to gender, grade, training period and practice institution.

Purpose of this study was to provide strategies to improve quality in clinical practice by identifying the nursing student contents of clinical practice, performance level and satisfaction in the delivery room setting and correlations between the performance level and satisfaction. As the result, Nursing students were mostly rely on observational experiences with very limited experiences of performance and assist. Nursing students' clinical practice satisfaction were relatively low with 69 percentile score. The women's health clinic group showed higher score on frequency of clinical observation, clinical practice satisfaction than the tertiary hospital group. Correlations among frequencies of observation, assist and satisfaction were identified. Simulation based clinical practice as alternative ways to enhance students' performance level, utilizing community based speciality healthcare facilities for clinical practice, increasing observational experiences in the clinical field were suggested as strategies to improve quality of nursing clinical practice and ultimately to improve quality of healthcare services.

The purpose of this study was to investigate satisfacation level of clinical practice and related variables to develop more effective learning program for students in the department of radiology. We surveyed 138 students who participated in the clinical practice program and they were university or college students in the area of Busan and Kyungnam. As a result, the satisfaction level of professional guidance were the highest and the satisfaction level of practice evaluation were the lowest. In the college students, the satisfaction level of the professional guidance were the highest and the satisfaction level of practice environment were the lowest. In the university students, the satisfaction level of the practice duration were the highest and the satisfaction level of practice evaluation were the lowest. The results of multiple regression analysis between the satisfaction level and the related variables indicated that the status of radiologist in the clinical practice are the major component in the college students and the status of radiologist in the academic duration and the clinical experience are the major component that contribute the satisfaction level in the university students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the level of achievement and satisfaction of pediatric nursing clinical practice by nursing students' evaluation. The subjects were 115 nursing students from the K university of B city and completed the child nursing practice from February 24 to June 24, 2016. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0 program and content analysis. Nursing students' achievement of learning ability and satisfaction of clinical practice were high, and there was a significant difference in achievement of learning ability according to age. 'To feel a sense of frustration about restricted practice experience' were from self-evaluation. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a clinical practice strategy that can improve the achievement of the learning ability of the technology area and improve the satisfaction of the training institute.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between the degree of clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept of health administration students. A total of 250 structured questionnaires were analyzed using the SPSS Ver.24.0 program for students from 10 universities nationwide. As a result of the study, the students of health administration major showed the satisfaction level of clinical practice and the level of professional self concept more than average. Clinical practice satisfaction and professional self concept were positively correlated with each other. The variables that have the most significant effect on clinical practice satisfaction were professional practice in the detail of professional self concept. Therefore, in order to improve the satisfaction of clinical practice and professional self concept of students in health administration, it is necessary to thoroughly check the training site before practical training, to consult with preliminary practical guidance professor, to develop clinical practice program and to find a system of mutual cooperation system with clinical training institution need.

This study examined effects of preceptorship in a clinical maternity nursing course. The study design was a quasi-experimental, nonequivalent control group post-test design. The control groups (n=70, from July to October, 2012) participated in traditional practice method and the experimental groups (n=70, from December, 2012, to February, 2013) participated by a preceptor who attended a systematic preceptor education program. The data analyzed included the numbers, percentages, mean, standard deviation, and t-test using SPSS 19.0/WIN. In the experimental group, the clinical competency and practice satisfaction showed significantly higher scores, and the stress of clinical practice showed significantly lower scores than control group. Consequently, the preceptorship was effective in clinical maternity nursing education for student nurses and it is necessary to adapt this many areas in the clinical nursing education field for nursing students.

Students enrolled in Department of Radiologic Science were surveyed on satisfaction of clinical practice. Purpose of the survey was to cultivate field-oriented talents capable of changing medical environment. Total 302 students in three-year and four-year school system were surveyed withSPSS/PC+ Win 13 version. Firstly, frequency analysis was used for distribution of general characteristics and clinical practice characteristics. Secondly, one-way analysis of variance was used to identify difference in the level of satisfaction based on variables. Thirdly, simple product-moment co-relation was used to analyze relations between variables. Among other variables, which include support to clinical practice class, instructors' expertise, practice subjects, practice environment, practice time, evaluation after practice and overall practice, students were most satisfied with overall practice, which was followed by practice subjects and time. This indicates high co-relation between factors affecting satisfaction of clinical practice education.

This study examined the satisfaction of clinical laboratory science students practiced in clinical practice. In addition, the satisfaction of clinical practice and the satisfaction of the clinical practicum affecting the major satisfaction were investigated. From February 20, 2019 to March 10, 2019, a questionnaire survey was conducted on clinical laboratory science students who performed clinical practice in eight weeks of 2018. A total of 344 people were selected for the final analysis data. The questionnaire was comprised of 46 items, which consisted of three items of the general characteristics and 43 items of the clinical practice satisfaction. The satisfaction level of the clinical practice evaluation part was lowest in average 3.88 points. Male students were more satisfied with clinical practice than female students. The satisfaction level was higher in the group with more than the average degree of satisfaction than the group with less than the average. The factors that affect the satisfaction of clinical practice and the degree of satisfaction with majors are the satisfaction with the clinical practice time and satisfaction with interpersonal relationships.

Objectives : 본 연구를 통하여 한방안이비인후과 임상실습에서 Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) 수업의 효용성을 알아보고자 한다. Methods : 2014학년도 한의과대학 본과 4학년 학생을 대상으로 안이비인후과 임상실습의 한 방법으로 OSCE를 시행한 후, 학생들은 OSCE 수업 만족도에 관한 설문지를 작성하고 레지던트는 학생들을 평가하였다. OSCE 평가 성적과 기타 임상실습 및 필기시험 성적과의 연관성을 분석하여 OSCE 성적의 학점 부여 타당도를 살펴보았다. Results : 만족도 관련 설문 결과 총 평균점수가 4.34점이 나왔다. OSCE성적과 기타 임상실습 및 필기시험 성적과의 상관성을 pearson correlation을 통하여 살펴본 결과, OSCE성적은 임상실습 성적 및 (r=0.210, p=0.056), 필기시험 성적과 통계적으로 유의한 상관성이 없었다 (r=0.064, p=0.567). Conclusions : 위의 결과로부터 임상실습에서 OSCE 시행은 학생들의 학습 만족도를 높인다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 임상실습에서 효율적으로 OSCE를 활용하는 방안을 모색하기 위해 더 많은 연구가 필요할 것으로 생각된다.

Clinical experiment is a set of experience to help student acquire technic, attitude and knowledge by participating in the clinical work. The radiotechnologists who are employed in departments of radiology serve as clinical instructors. Their responsibilities include teaching students them to become competent radiotechnologist. Clinical instructors often have no formal preparation in teaching student. The purpose of this study is to review some principals that will help clinical instructors support and foster the professional development of student radiotechnologists. The clinical instructor should be able to identify the qualities of instructor, the characteristics of feedback and use facillitation skills when is evaluated student performance. And the survey was performed to evaluate the satisfaction of student participated in clinical experiment, the purpose of this research is to fine the problems and improvements in clinical experiment of student radiotechnologist in Korea.
