A Study on Segmenting of Cruiser Customers (관광유람선 고객의 시장세분화에 관한 연구)

  • This study was conducted for market segmentation of cruise tourist according to launching the "T" in Busan. Benefit segmentation was used to identify attributes of cruise services; importance of ship's physical appearance and importance of service and activities. 24 attributes were distilled to 5 factors: 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Escape', 'Choice', 'Safety'. A K-means cluster analysis identified three clustered segments for five importance factors in which high loyalty customers were found to be the most important segment. Based on the findings, three distinct groups were formed: 'Moderators', 'High Loyalty', 'Spurious'. The most important factors by high loyalty groups were identified 'Safety', 'Facility & Service', 'Atmospherics of cruise ship', 'Choice', 'Escape' in order. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences among the three groups in terms of demographic and behavioral variables. Especially, the target market should be considered by 'High Loyalty' group and 'Moderators' group in order. Positioning strategies and marketing mix strategies for effectively targeting the segments were discussed.

  • 본 연구에서는 남녀 중고등학생을 대상으로 그들의 휴대전화 문자메시지 사용 실태 및 몰입 정도가 자신의 심리와 어떠한 관계가 있는지를 분석하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다. 분석결과, 문자 메시지를 사용하는 빈도가 높을수록 부적응/일탈 정도가 높아지는 것으로 나타났으며, 메시지 사용수준이 중간인 집단과 높은 집단은 낮은 집단에 비해 강박/집착 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났고,. 메시지 사용수준이 중간인 집단과 높은 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 금단 정도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 즉 문자 메시지를 많이 사용하는 청소년은 적게 사용하는 청소년에 비해 부적응/일탈정도가 높고, 강박/집착정도도 높고, 또한 금단정도가 높아 문자 메시지가 청소년의 정신 병리적 장애를 초래하는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 문자 메시지를 사용하는 빈도가 높은 집단이 낮은 집단이나 중간인 집단에 비해 혼미성이 매우 높게 나타났다. 이는 문자 메시지를 많이 사용하는 청소년은 적게 사용하는 청소년에 비해 혼미성이 높다는 것을 시사한다. 마지막으로 몰입정도의 세 가지 구성개념인 부적응/일탈, 강박/집착, 금단요인이 자기 통제 능력의 구성개념인 착각성 및 혼미성과의 상관이 유의하게 나타났다. 이는 휴대전화 문자메시지과다사용으로 청소년들이 건강한 성장을 하는데 악영향을 미치고 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • Rei Kawakubo is known for her provocative aesthetics: she often deliberately seeks beauty in what is seen by convention as taboo. With her highly informed and invariably provocative aesthetic, Rei Kawakubo has advanced historical forms of dress using radical functional and structural transpositions. She is considered as a pioneer showing firmly important elements of modern fashion design in her works by fashion journalists. In this paper, I'd like to analysis features of modern fashion design through Rei Kawakubo's works. I will analysis important elements of Rei Kawakuvo's design and devote study of the connection between the feature of her design and the feature of modern fashion design.

Effects of the Attendees' Motivation of Convention & Exhibition Visitors on their Satisfaction, Revisit and Recommendation Intention (전시컨벤션 방문객의 참가동기가 만족도, 재방문의도 및 추천의도에 미치는 영향)

  • This study aims to examine how attendees' motivation of convention & exhibition visitors on their satisfaction, revisit and recommendation intention. It is also another goal of this study to provide strategic materials through making out preventive measures against the convention & exhibition. To accomplish the goals, a field survey was conducted on the visitors of the COEX in Seoul area. The results of this study, based on a positive analysis, could be summarized as follows. First, the knowledge seek, friendly relations, deviation ure and area characteristic turned out to have affirmative effects on convention & exhibition visitors on their satisfaction. Second, the knowledge seek, friendly relations and area characteristic turned out to have affirmative effects on convention & exhibition visitors on their revisit intention. Third, the knowledge seek, friendly relations and deviation ure turned out to have affirmative effects on convention & exhibition visitors on their recommendation intention. Fourth, the satisfaction turned out to have affirmative effects on their revisit and recommendation intention.

The Relationship between Game-lifestyle and e-Sports Patterns: Based on University Students (게임라이프스타일에 따른 e스포츠 행동 및 심리적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • This paper explored the differences in university students' e-Sports patterns(e-Sports behaviors, its meaning and personalities) based on the types of game-lifestyle. The results of this study could be summarized as follows. First, game-lifestyle was categorized into 5 groups, that is, 'game with someone', 'game alone', 'addicted to game', 'novice for game' and 'flow in game'. Second, there were remarkable differences in e-Sports behaviors, its meaning and personalities(altruism, sociality and aggression) among these 5 groups. Specifically, The group of 'addicted to game' was similar to the group of 'flow in game' in the amount of time/money for game. Moreover they were highly likely to regard e-Sports game defeat as the reflection of their self-esteem and as the tool of gaining popularity/superiority to peers. Even though these similarities, the group of 'flow in game' was inclined not to permit deviant words/deeds and to keep the good manner in the cyber space as well as the real space, while the group of 'addicted to game' was permissible wrong and aggressive behaviors in the both cyber space and real space. Third, the group of 'novice for game' was less likely to participate in e-Sports activities(playing e-Sports game and watching TV) and to be less attracted to e-Sports than other groups. Moreover they had negative perspectives on e-Sports. In specific, they regarded it as a dangerous and addictive leisure activity hindering everyday life(study, relationship with peers/family etc) and health. These results would be used to develop game/e-Sports education program

A study of factors on intention of intervention and posting malicious comments (악성댓글 작성과 중재 의도에 대한 요인 연구)

  • The harmful effects of online malicious comments are continuously increasing. Many previous studies have confirmed that neutralization of malicious comments is a key predictor. Neutralization is theoretically composed of seven multidimensional concepts, and the significance of neutralization factors varies depending on the type of deviant behavior. This study focuses on the fact that the malicious comment researches have considered the neutralization techniques in a single dimension as opposed to demonstrating the multidimensional neutralization techniques in the deviant behavior research. On the other hand, the role of arbitrator in deviant behavior can contribute to restraining deviant behavior, but the research of intervention intention is relatively lacking in malicious comments research. This study, composed of two complementary studies, tried to find out the related factors of malicious comments and intervention intention. As a result of study, This study revealed that malicious commentator uses the neutralization techniques of condemn the condemners and denial of responsibility. In addition, we found that affective empathy has a significant effect on the intervention intention in malicious comments.

지적재산권 보호와 경쟁정책에 관한 소고

  • 현재까지 우리나라에서는 지적재산권의 일탈남용과 관련된 불공정거래행위에 대한 케이스는 없는 실정이다. 그러나 지적재산권의 중요성이 점차 증가하고 있는 실정에 비추어 조만간 지적재산권 관련 불공정거래행위에 대한 실제 케이스가 많이 발생할 것으로 예상된다. 따라서 구체적 심사기준 등을 보다 명확하게 정비해 나갈 필요성이 있다고 본다. 한편, 지적재산권의 정당한 행사와 일탈$\cdot$남용간 명확한 경계 또는 구분기준을 보다 명확히 정립하기 위해서는 지적재산권 보호 관련 법률과 공정거래법을 전체 체계 하에서 단일의 기준에 의해 그 보호대상과 금지대상을 파악하고 경쟁제한효과를 분석해 나가야 할 필요가 있다고 할 것이다.

The Effect of Tourists' Participative Motivation of a Festival on Satisfaction and Behavior Intention : Case of Baekjae Cultural Festival (관광객의 축제 참여동기가 만족도 및 행동의도에 미치는 영향 - 백제문화제를 대상으로 -)

  • This study aims to examine the effect of tourists' participative motivation of a festival on satisfaction and behavior intention in terms of satisfaction, revisit intention, and recommendation based on Baekjae Cultural Festival. For this study, frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis were made. The survey was conducted among 287 samples for the study. The results are as follows: According to the factor analysis, five factors were drawn such as new experience, deviation from daily life, family harmony, amusement & novelty, cultural tour of Baekjae, and sociability. Festival satisfaction was affected by amusement & novelty, new experience & deviation from daily life, and cultural tour of Baekjae, while revisit intention was influenced by cultural tour of Baekjae, amusement & novelty, family harmony, and new experience & deviation from daily life respectively. On the other hand, recommendation was affected by cultural tour of Baekjae, sociability, amusement & novelty, and family harmony respectively.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the types of jeans fashion in the basis of designer brand. and to analyze the symbolic characters of jeans fashion. Designer brand re-established jeans fashion by compounding high cultural factors and low cultural factors. broke up the boundary between street fashion and high fashion. and escaped from fixed idea on materials and design. This study divides the types of jeans fashion within the designer brand into classifications of Hippie style, Punk style, American Street style, Neo-classic style, and Grungy style. Today, reinterpreting the resistant image of jeans fashion, designers creates the various styles and also restores the upscale image of it. The symbolic characters of jeans fashion are summerized as sexuality, deconstructiveness, conspicuousness, humour, and multiculturalism. As the results of the symbolic characters of jeans fashion in the new Millennium era will suggest the wide aesthetic expression and continue to influence a more diverse jeans fashion trends.

Testing the Push and Pull Factors for National Parks in Mountain Regions (산악형(山岳型) 국립공원(國立公園)의 방문객(訪問客) 동기요인(動機要因)과 유인요인(誘因要因)의 검정(檢定))

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the underlying dimensions of push and pull motivators for Soraksan, Kayasan, Naejangsan, and Pukhansan national parks in mountain regions. This study also examined the nature and extent of the reciprocal relationship between the push and pull factors. The result showed that four dimensions were derived from 12 push items, which were cultural and natural experience, escape and rest, health, and socialization and novelty motivators. Three dimensions also were derived from 12 pull items, which were facilities and culture, nature, and accessibility. The push and pull dimensions were correlated and regressed against each other. Given the nature of relationship between the push and pull factors, facilities and culture pull factor was affected by the cultural and natural experience motivation. Nature pull factor had strongly associated with culture and nature, escape and rest, health, and socialization and novelty motivations. Finally, accessible attraction pull factor had a positive relationship with health motivator, however, had a negative with cultural and natural experiencing motivation.
