Objectives : The purpose of this study is to show the differences of mental stress measured with heart rate variability (HRV) and to evaluate the effects of Aromatherapy under mental stress, according to the depression index. Methods : The volunteers were allocated into 2 groups by BDI scores. Each group is divided into 2 subgroups again. After instrumentation and 10-minutes rest period, mental stress by operation was provided for 15-minutes. HRV was recorded before and after the mental stress. Then the control groups rested for 15-minutes. The experimental groups were treated with Aromatherapy. And then HRV was recorded. Results : 1. There were no significant differences in the mean HRT and SDNN between each group. 2. LF, HF, and LF norm showed different changes in each group. 3. LF/HF ratio showed significant changes. Conclusions : These results suggest that psychic factor makes an important rule under the mental stress and the effect of Aromatherapy, and Aromatherapy is effective to recover mental stress.

Objective : Acupuncture and herbal medicine have been used to prevent and treat cerebrovascular accident, such as stroke, and many studies of acupuncture and moxibustion concerning stroke have been undertaken in humans and various animals. However, the protective effect of the electroacupuncture (EA) of Huan-do (GB30) on the transient forebrain ischemia injury has not been published. Methods : The nenroprotective effects of EA (2 ms, 10 Hz, and 1 - 2 mA) of GB30 on the transient forebrain ischemia injury were investigated by immunohistochemistry of c-Fos-like protein in Sprague-Dawley rats. Results : The transient forebrain ischemia injury resulted in increased expression of c-Fos-like protein (cFL) in the dentate gyms (DG) and CAl for 6 hrs after ischemia, and EA increased significantly expression of cFL in the CAl and DG. For 48 hrs after, there was delayed expression of cFL at the CAl and DG, representing the sign of neuronal cell death, but EA decreased the delayed expression of cFL, significantly. Conclusion : These results suggest that the nenroprotective effects of EA on transient forebrain ischemia injury may be related to excitatory regulation of cFL at the early stage and inhibitory regulation in the long term.

The aim of this study is to analyze the policy effects of child care leave focusing on the childbirth in South Korea. This instituion of child care leave orinignally seeks to harmonize the work and family. The instituion is increasingly fortified in the receipants and benefits. This study analyze the policy effect of the institution using difference-in-difference method and Korea Welfare Panel Data. The result of the analysis suggest that substantial expansion of child care leave and family-friendly labor environment rebuilding are important.

Focal subarachnoid hemorrhage occasionally presents as transient focal neurologic episodes mimicking transient ischemic attack (TIA). Unless properly diagnosed, it may aggravate cerebral hemorrhage by administering antithrombotic agents. Therefore, clinicians need to be aware that such focal subarachnoid hemorrhage sometimes cannot be detected on noncontrast computed tomography and blood-sensitive magnetic resonance imaging can detect even a small amount of hemorrhage. We describe an 85-year-old woman with focal subarachnoid hemorrhage and possible cerebral amyloid angiopathy who presented transient left arm weakness recurrently, which mimicked TIA.

Achyranthes bidentata was recorded to new medicinal crop in a revised 8th edition of the Korean pharmacopoeia. Therefore, A. bidentata began to use for same purpose with Achyranthes japonica which was cultivated since old times in Korea. This study was conducted to investigate the adaptability of A. bidentata in Korea. The germination rate and speed of A. bidentata seeds were higher than those of A. japonica in $15^{\circ}C\;and\;25^{\circ}C$. The growth of A. bidentata was greater than that of A. japonica until the 60 days after transplanting, but growth after that was the opposite. There were remarkable differences between two species in growth characteristics such as flowering date, leaf fall date, plant height, stem color and no. of branches. The flowering and leaf fall date of A. bidentata were earlier than A. japonica by July 7 and September 26. The plant height and number of branches of A.japonica were longer and more than A. bidentata, but the cluster length and no. of flowers per cluster of that were shorter and fewer than this. Number of supporting roots of A. bidentata and A. japonica was 10.7 and 14.6 per plant, respectively. The average yield was not different between two species. The yield of A. bidentata was 166 kg/l0 a in Suwon and 309 kg/10 a in Naju of Korea. The suitable cultivation region of A. bidentata was judged to southern area of Korea.

본 논문에서는 카페테리아 복리후생의 기본개념의 고찰과 함께 국내 및 국외에서 활용되고 있는 카페테리아 플랜에 대한 사례연구를 통해 A항공사(航空社)를 중심으로 새로운 종업원 복리후생제도 도입을 제시하고자 한다. 복리후생제도 도입방안은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 선택적 복리후생제도에 대한 종업원들의 공감대를 형성하는 것이다. 항공사는 대체로 노동조합이 잘 발달되어 있는 편이고 종업원들의 학력수준도 높은 편이다. 따라서 사내교육 등을 통하거나 노조 설명회를 통하여 전반적인 사회변화에 따른 다양한 선택적 복리후생제도의 효율성, 종업원 니즈에 대한 충족도의 우수성, 저가항공사의 난립에 따른 필연적 M&A 등이 발생할 경우를 대비하여 필요하다는 점, 종업들의 원가에 대한 이해(cost contiousness)가 높아질 수 있다는 점, 등에 대해 알리고 이해를 시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 기존에 일률적으로 제공되고 있는 우대탑승제도는 종업원마다 매년 일정한 한도가 부여되지만 티켓을 소비하는 횟수는 각각 다르다. 또한 항공업의 특성상 성수기로 인해 원하는 시간에 원하는 곳을 갈 수 없다는 큰 문제점이 발생하고 곧 니즈 욕구에 대한 불만족으로 직결 한다. 우대탑승 제도에 부여된 항공 티켓 지원은 비수기나 여유 있는 좌석상황에 따라 소비할 수 있기 때문에 종업원의 만족도는 높지 않게 나타난다. 따라서 종업원의 수혜수준을 종업원이 스스로 선택할 수 있게 함으로써, 사원 스스로의 니즈에 맞게 복리후생 계획을 세울 수 있게 하는 카페테리아플랜 즉 선택적 복리후생제도의 도입의 검토가 필요하다. 이런 선택적 복리후생제도는 종업원의 측면에서 좀 더 자신의 상황과 요구에 부합하는 복리후생을 수혜함에 따라 만족도가 증가하고, 스스로 복리후생을 선택함으로써 동기를 부여하는 측면의 의의가 있다. 그러나 현 기업의 능력과 종업원 의식에 대한 정확한 분석 및 이해가 없는 외부 성공사례의 도입은 지금까지 우리나라 많은 기업들의 경영기법 도입사례와 같이 일과성으로 끝나는 위험성도 크다. 따라서 보다 깊은 자기 성찰을 통한 제도의 수용과 이를 부분적으로 개선 및 보완하여 적용할 줄 아는 지혜가 무엇보다도 우선되어야 할 것이다.

In the case of ICT-enabled organizational changes such as Smart Work, appropriate change management is required. To achieve work-life balance, organizational change management should be conducted from both a structural and a cultural perspective. This study looked at organizational factors that affect Smart Work facilitation through a case study with the view of ICT-enabled change management. From November to December 2019, eight Smart Workers of Company A were interviewed and analyzed for organizational support. The results show that structural support such as institutionalization, ICT infrastructure office environment improvement, Smart Work center as well as cultural support such as enhancing autonomy, communicating style of managers, trusting organizational climate are required. The findings suggest balanced organizational support to provide cultural support along with structural support for activating Smart Work operations. In the future, it is necessary to demonstrate the causality between structural/cultural support factors and outcome factors.

Waveform micropile is an advanced construction method that combined the concept of conventional micropile with jet grouting method. This new form of micropile was developed to improve frictional resistance, which consequently leads to achieving higher bearing capacity and cost efficiency. Two field tests were conducted to examine the field applicability as well as to verify the effects of bearing capacity enhancement. In particular, waveform micropile construction using jet grouting method was performed to evaluate the viability of waveform micropile installation. After testing, the surrounding ground was excavated to check the accomplishment on the shape of waveform micropile. The result showed that waveform micropile can be installed by adjusting the grouting time and pressure. In the loading tests, waveform micropile's bearing capacity increased by 1.4 to 2.3 times depending on their shapes when compared with conventional micropile. Overall results clearly demonstrated that waveform micropile is an enhanced construction method that can improve bearing capacity.

This thesis analyzed the intermediation and correlation of positive humor style and negative humor style through an entertainment program broadcasted on SBS. For the theoretical background, the Humor Style Questionnaire(HSQ) developed by Martin et al., was selected. As the research methods, first, after classifying the types of humor style of members of , this study analyzed how the positive humor style and negative humor style would intermediate the formation of humor, and also the correlation of humor style of members. The types of positive humor style and negative humor style shown in were balanced in 4:4, which was classified in accordance with age, career experience, and power. The mediation of humor formation occurred at the point where humors confronted. The humor style had the correlation with twist.

본 연구는 한국노동연구원에서 실시한 "일과 가족 양립 지원제도 운영실태조사" 원자료를 활용하여 우리나라 기업의 유연근로제도에 대한 수용성 정도를 실증분석한 것이다. 유연근로제도를 포함한 가족친화 경영의 기업수용성은 출산과 양육친화단계에서는 높지만, 가족친화적 경영수준으로는 확장되지 않고 있음을 발견할 수 있었다. 기존의 연구와 달리 기업 특성을 성(gender)과 시장(market) 가치에 따라 구분하여 유연근로제도의 수용성이 어떤 영역에서 높게 나타나는지를 분석한 결과 여성친화적-고시장성 기업일수록 보다 높은 수용성을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 다변량분석을 활용하여 유연근로제도에 대한 기업의 수용성 결정요인을 도출하였는데 여기에서는 비정규직 활용과 유연근로제도가 대체관계에 있는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 현재 우리나라 노동시장에서 큰 이슈가 되고 있는 비정규직의 무분별한 활용과 증가를 억제할 수 있는 대안 중의 하나로 유연근로제도를 활성화하는 방안을 제안할 수 있으며, 이는 기업의 효율적인 인력운영과 함께 일자리의 질도 제고시킬 수 있어 기업과 근로자가 모두 윈윈(win-win)하는 전략이 될 수 있음을 시사한다고 하겠다.
