This study aims to present policy implications by analyzing information security behavior factors of internet users. The research model, based on PMT and UTAUT2, consists of perceived threat, severity, social influence, self-efficacy, experience and habits, PC and privacy behaviors, security behaviors on new services and set demographic characteristics, use places of internet, use of paid products, and experiences of accident as moderate variables to analyze the effect on security behavior. The results showed that perceived severity, self-efficacy significantly influenced on experience and habits, and experience and habits and self-efficacy had a high influence on PC and privacy behavior. Also, PC and privacy behaviors have a high impact on security behavior of new services. Age, income, use of paid products, and experience of accidents have a moderating effects on security behaviors. The results of this study are expected to help policy decision making to improve the level of information security of internet users.

No other change in Kora has offered gredter chalenges and opportunities than the emergence of the Internet and its related Information Technology. In the technology for accessing the ever growing wave of information. The quality of the silver generation is increasingly difficult to achieve because of the complexities of life in today's ICT(Information & Comunication Technology) dependent society, Life is more interesting when one knows what is going on, what opportunities exist, and when alternatives to current practices can be discovered and utilized with ease. The purpose of this study is to identify the determinants of attitude and planned behavior toward using internent for the quality of life. This study employ the intention to use internet, perceived ease of use, perceived usefuiness, self-efficacy, stress factor, generation gap, and income as major research variables, and collected 288 survey responses from senior citizen over 55. The results indicate that the perceived usefuiness and ease of use influence the intention to use internet, and that the self-efficacy, the ease of use and generation gap has some impact on the attitude, but the stree factor and the income level do not appear significant to the attitude. It was also found that the self-efficacy and the income level determine the level of ease of use. In addition, some useful suggestions concerning the continuing education program for silver generations are presented.

Internet is taking up as a new culture on the cyber-space beyond a simple hobby as its utilization ratio is rapidly being spread throughout the world. However most education for internet media has been focused on cyber ethics education and internet addiction. Therefore it arises to need to educate internet literacy for positive and desirable usage of internet media raises. Previous research on media eduction doesn't have been analyzed the outcome of media education. In this study, we show the result of internet media education which performed for fostering internet literacy. For the analysis of education result we observed emotional attitude about internet, internet media recognition, efficacy of using internet, and consciousness of internet ethics for middle school student. As a result, there are many changes for emotional attitude about internet, ability of using internet media, and consciousness of internet ethics.

Trust is generally assumed to be an important precondition for people's adoption of e-government services. This study analyzes the direct and indirect impact of information privacy, interactivity, subjective norms and words-of-mouth on perceived trust of e-government services and trust toward government. The Partial Least Square(PLS) was applied to the citizen survey data for hypotheses testing. PLS permits the simultaneous testing of cause-effect hypotheses while also allowing evaluation of the measurement model. Statistical results indicate that interactivity, subjective norms and words-of-mouth positively affects perceived trust of e-government services, which in turn affects the level of political efficacy and the trust toward the government. Interactivity has been found to affect words-of-mouth as well. However, information privacy has no significant effect on the trust of e-government services.

This study analyzed the effects of women's SNS use on their alternative behaviors of managing health. This study paid attention to how women's behaviors of seeking information about poisonous menstrual products and alternative menstrual products would impact their intention to use alternative menstrual products. Mainly based on health belief model, 11 hypotheses were created and tested through a path analysis of survey data. Results from the path analysis indicated that SNS information about menstrual products were significantly associated with perceived advantage of alternative menstrual products and perceived sensitivity of poisonous menstrual products. In addition, four main factors-self-efficacy, perceived sensitivity, perceived advantage, and perceived disadvantage-were significantly associated with women's intention to use alternative menstrual products.

인터넷 시대에 있어 사회관계망 서비스(SNS, Social Network Service)는 기존의 커뮤니케이션 중심의 기능에 더하여 다양한 개성과 새로운 형태의 플랫폼으로 지속적으로 변화하고 있다. 많은 나라에서는 자신들만의 독특한 특징을 반영한 SNS와 페이스북 등 전 세계적으로 많이 이용하고 있는 SNS 등을 인터넷을 통해 누구나 자신들의 정보를 공유하고 타인의 정보를 획득할 수 있게 되었다. 이에 본 연구는 본 연구는 중국의 제3자 모바일 결제서비스의 특징을 알아보기 위하여 위쳇을 사용하는 중국 사용자를 대상으로 유형성, 편리성, 정확성, 공감성, 자기효능감, 혁신성, 신뢰성, 수용의도를 통하여 그 특징을 알아보고 한다.

본 연구는 인지양식이 온라인 학습의 성취도에 영향을 미치는 요인중의 하나라는 선행연구 결과들을 토대로, 인지양식이 온라인 정보탐색능력에도 영향을 미치는지 그리고 어떤 다른 개인적인 특성들이 온라인 정보탐색행위와 연관성이 있는지 고찰 하였다. 연구 대상은 대학원 석사과정과 박사과정에 재학중인 학생 36명이었으며, 인지양식검사와 Ellis와 Haugan (1997)의 정보탐색행위 모델에 근거하여 연구자에 의해 제작된 설문조사를 실시하였다. 학생들에게 연구 주제를 주고 온라인상에서 정보를 탐색하도록 시켰으며, 이들의 정보탐색행위 과정과 특성을 관찰하고 기록하였다. 인지양식검사 결과와 설문조사 결과를 양적 분석하고, 정보탐색행위 과정과 특성에 관한 질적 분석한 결과에 의하면, 개인의 인지양식과 온라인시스템을 이용한 정보탐색능력과는 아무런 상관관계가 없었다. 반면에, 정보탐색행위는 컴퓨터 이용 능력, 온라인 도서관 시스템 사용경험/능력과 상관관계를 보였다. 또한 검색한 정보에 대한 만족도는 정보탐색에 보내는 시간과 반비례 상관관계를 가지며, 대부분의 학습자들이 총 8단계의 정보탐색과정 중 " Browsing" 단계에 대부분의 시간을 보내는 것으로 관찰 되었다. 끝으로 대부분의 학생들이 도서관 시스템 사용능력에 높은 효능감을 보였지만, 학교 온라인도서관 시스템이 사용하기 편리하지 않도록 설계되어있다고 대답했으며, 자신들의 연구를 위해서 인터넷 검색엔진보다는 도서관 데이터베이스를 더 자주 사용하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

This study explored the influence of media use on the audiences' intention to vote as well as their political cynicism in 2012 General elections. I offered three research questions: Research Question 1: What is the impact of media use on the political cynicism? Research Question 2: What are the impact of political intersest, political knowledge, media malaise, political efficacy on the political cynicism? Research Question 3: What is the impact of political cynicism on vote behavior? This study analysed survey data. Based on the results of hierarchial regression analysis and path analysis(AMOS), Internet news use was found to have a significant impact on the political cynicism. But the use of newspaper, TV news were not related to political cynicism. The political efficacy decreased political cynicism effectively, The findings from this study indicate that the relationship between media use and political cynicism is contingent on many factors and that cynicism has a negligible impact on citizen participation. This study also found that persons higher in efficacy were less cynical than low in efficacy. This suggest that cynicism is not always bad thing, that it may in fact be an indication of "an interested and critical citizenry". In conclusion this study showed that we need more in-depth analyses on the relationships among attention to media use, political cynicism and voting behavior to activate political participation.

In recent years, smart devices have changed the paradigm of education. However, the educational environment and teaching methods could not catch up with this fast improvement and an utmost need for development of educational methods has been realized. In this paper, the general usage of smart devices by elementary school teachers is analyzed and the methods through which smart devices are utilizing smart learning is discussed in the result. A survey of 221 elementary school teachers in Gangwon Province showed that 87.7% of them are currently using smart devices. In addition, teachers were using smart devices with not much difference from ordinary people. The three main motives of teachers who were already using smart devices and those who were planning to take advantage of smart devices were innovativeness, usability and easiness. The reason of need to apply smart devices in education is because of its functionality in various learning types, courses and teaching-learning process methods. Although smart devices have a high efficacy in education but they are not widely utilized yet. In order to solve these problems and be able to take more advantage of smart devices in education, teachers should learn how to use smart devices and a strong sense of willingness is required to make changes in the educational methods. The results of this research on elementary school teachers can be further developed for a greater smart device based smart learning.

With the development of Internet and popularization of smartphones over recent years, social network services are experiencing rapid growth. On top of this, smartphone gaming market is showing a rapid growth and the use of mobile social games is on the significant rise. The occurrence of game data manipulation targeting these services and personal information leakage is highlighting the importance of social gaming security. This study is intended to propose development plans effective and efficient in social game services by figuring out factors putting effects on security dependent behavior of social game users in Korea and carrying out a practical study on the casual relationship between factors influencing security dependent behavior through recognized behavioral control and attitudes for privacy infringement of these factors. To do this, proposed was a study model in which the HBM(Health Belief Model) allowing the social game user to influence security dependent behavior was expanded and applied as a major variable. To verify the study model of this study practically, a survey was conducted among university students in Seoul-based K University and S University who had experienced using social game services. According to the study findings, firstly, the perceived seriousness turned out to provide positive influence to trust. But, the perceived seriousness turned out not to put positive effects on self-efficacy. Secondly, the perceived probability turned out not to put positive effects on self-efficacy and trust. Thirdly, the perceived gain turned out to put positive effects on self-efficacy and trust. Fourthly, the perceived disorder turned out not to put positive effects on self-efficacy and trust. Fifthly, self-efficacy turned out to put positive effects on trust. But, self-efficacy turned out not to put positive effects on security dependent behavior. Sixthly, trust turned out not to put positive effects on security dependent behavior. This study is intended to make a strategic proposal so that social game users can raise awareness of their level of security perception and security willingness through this.
