A case study on verification of internet survey (인터넷 설문조사의 검증에 관한 사례연구)

  • The object of study is to verify the accuracy of internet survey by comparing database data and internet survey. Internet survey was conducted on August, 2012. Respondents were subscribers of KISTI NDSL. Variables were age, organization as demographic variables, number of use, and period of use as attitude variables. Mismatch rates of age, organization, number of use, and period, are 7.5%, 5%, 92%, and 55% respectively. We could estimate the mismatch rate for age as 3% as a pessimistic point of view, and 1% as an optimistic point of view by detail verification. The mismatch rates of organization are 4.5% as a pessimistic point of view, and 2% as an optimistic point of view. The mismatch rates for the frequency of use, the period of use are very high, because measurement error, problems in memory, and internet attitude, etc. Implication of this study is that data of internet survey could be reliable. Many further researches are needed for verification of internet survey.

A Study on the Influence of SNS Utilization on the Future Behavior Intention of Performance Arts Consumers by Preferred Performance Arts Genre (선호하는 공연예술 장르별로 SNS 활용이 공연예술소비자의 향후 행동의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • The objective of this study is to identify the influence of utilization of SNS among consumers who watch performance art on their behavioral intention in the future when there has been an increasing usage of SNS among consumers along with an increasing importance of SNS in the field of performance art and also the influence of SNS characteristics on behavioral intention of performance art consumers in the future according to their preferred genres. According to the results of empirical analysis in this study, usefulness, pleasure, and social influence, as SNS characteristics, turned out to positively influence on behavioral intention in the future. According to the result of analysis in difference of influence on behavioral intention in the future depending on preferred performance art genre, usefulness, pleasure, and availability in order among SNS characteristics turned out to influence on behavioral intention in the future in pop-music/entertainment concert. In addition, only usefulness turned out to influence on behavioral intention in the musical. Usefulness and availability in order turned out to influence on behavioral intention in the act. Lastly, only usefulness turned out to influence on behavioral intention in the music/ballet. According to aforementioned results of the study, it implies that SNS characteristics of performance art audiences are influencing on behavioral intention in the future. In addition, since there is a difference in behavioral intention in the future among art consumers in each genre, it is required to differentiate utilization and strategies of SNS in each genre.

  • The objectives of this study are to identify significant antecedents of trust and satisfaction and to examine the relationship between trust and satisfaction and interrelationship between trust, satisfaction, loyalty, relationship retention and intention of words of mouth based on buyers of Chinese internet shopping mall. The questionnaire was collected by personal interview. A total of 448 completed questionnaires were collected. Confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to test the validity of the measurement model, and the structural model also was analyzed to examine the associations hypothesized in the research model. This study uses AMOS program to investigate the research model. Results in this paper indicate that the antecedents of trust and satisfaction have three dimensions, namely communicational, traditional and relational factors. All these three functions are positively related to trust and satisfaction. Also the results show that trust and satisfaction are positively related to loyalty, relationship retention and intention of words of mouth. Finally, this study suggests the implications of these findings and offers directions for future research.

The Usage of Animation and Social value.Clothing behavior of Adolescents (청소년들의 애니메이션 이용현황과 사회적 가치관.의복행동에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the usage of animation and its relation to the social values and clothing behaviour of adolescents. A survey was conducted in four different high schools in the metropolitan area (Seoul) and 187copies were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 package. The results were as follows; First, According to Usage survey, a number of adolescents watched animations mainly through the internet and 39% of them used the internet $2{\sim}3$ times a week. The most watched genre of animation was action/science-fiction but some differences were observed between male students and female students. Male students enjoyed action/science-fiction, comedy and drama/romance, whereas female students enjoyed drama/romance, action/science-fiction and comedy in the decreasing order. Second, It was found that the favorite genre of animation by adolescents had influence on their community mind and materialism. The most significant genre affectingcommunity life was drama/romance and the one affecting materialism of adolescents was action/science-fiction. Third, Materialism had a significant influence on clothing conformity and the next was community mind. Only materialism proved to be a significant variable affecting fashion followers. In conclusion, the results of this study showed that the adolescents' community life and materialism were significantly influenced by their favorite genre of the animation, and their social values were related to their clothing behaviors.

  • In recent years, the need of the education for the Internet ethics is emphasized as the number of offenses committed by juveniles is increasing. So many researches on the methodologies about educating the Internet ethics have been being performed But, those are not competent to make young people inspire the sense of ethics in the cyber-space because they get trained by the cramming system of education with a textbook in their schools. In this paper, we developed a web-based learning model and an learning system including various multimedia materials that induce the learners for ethics to study actively. And then we applied our system to school education for the Internet ethics, and verified the effectiveness of our learning model and system.

생체신호를 이용한 텔레바이오인식기술 동향 및 전망

  • 전통적으로 바이오인식기술은 출입국심사(전자여권, 승무원 승객 신원확인), 출입통제(도어락, 출입통제 근태관리), 행정(무인민원발급, 전자조달), 사회복지(미아찾기, 복지기금관리), 의료(원격의료, 의료진 환자 신원확인), 정보통신(휴대폰 PC 인터넷 인증), 금융(온라인 뱅킹, ATM 현금인출) 등 다방면에서 폭넓게 보급되어 실생활에서 널리 활용되고 있다. [그림1]은 신체적 특징(Physiological biometrics)과 행동적 특징(Behavioral biometrics)을 이용한 사용자 인증기술인 바이오인식기술의 유형과 함께 각 기술별 보안취약점(괄호 안 빨강색글자)을 나타내고 있다. 최근 들어, 모바일 지급결제서비스 ATM 인출기 인터넷전문은행 등과 같은 핀테크 분야에서 비대면 인증기술로 바이오인식기술이 각광을 받기 시작했다. 한편, 가짜지문 등 기존의 신체적 특징을 이용한 바이오인식기술의 위변조 위협에 대한 우려 존재함에 따라 뇌파 심전도 근전도 맥박 등 살아있는 사람의 행동적(신체의 기능적) 특징을 이용한 생체신호를 이용하여 비대면 인증기술로서 활용하기 위하여 주요 선진국에서 차세대 바이오인식 기술개발이 가속화되고 있는 추세이다.[1] 또한, 이러한 생체신호는 최근에 삼성전자, LG전자, 애플 등에서 스마트워치를 통해 심장박동수를 측정하고 스마트폰을 통하여 모바일 지급결제, 헬스케어 등과 같은 IoT 모바일 융복합 응용서비스에 활용될 전망이다. 본고에서는 뇌파 심전도(심박수)와 같은 생체신호를 측정하는 스마트워치 밴드형 의복형 또는 패치형태의 웨어러블 디바이스와 같은 생체신호센서, 생체신호 인증기술 및 관련표준화 동향을 고찰해 보기로 한다. 국내외 관련기술과 표준화 동향을 면밀히 분석하여 지난 2015년 5월29일에 발족한 국내외 전문가그룹인 KISA"모바일 생체신호 인증기술 표준연구회"(이하 KISA 표준연구회)가 구심점이 되어 한국형 생체신호를 이용한 차세대 텔레바이오인식기술에 대한 연구개발과 국내외 표준화 추진에 박차를 가할 계획이다.

  • As Internet has become a popular media for sharing information, users create and share tremendous volume of information including large amount of personal information in cyberspace. Sharing private information online can enhance strength of social relationship but it could also bring negative consequences like information privacy invasion. Although many companies and governments address the importance of information privacy online, there are countless cases of crimes and hackings relating personal information online world wide. Since there are some researches investigating the role of governments and organizations on online privacy domain but there is little research regarding users' privacy protection behaviors. This study investigates relationship between Internet users' information privacy protection behavior and environmental factors. Especially, this study focuses on users' behaviors regarding information privacy protection technology adoption. According to our research results, users' online privacy protective behaviors positively affected by governmental regulations expressed as an information privacy protection law. In addition, if user is allowed to use anonymity when he or she uses online services, they have more tendencies to adopt privacy protection technologies. The detailed research findings and contribution are discussed as well.

  • Multi-agent system fits to the distributed and open internet environments. In a multi-agent system, agents must cooperate with each other through a coordination procedure, when the conflicts between agents arise. Where those are caused by the point that each action acts for a purpose separately without coordination. But previous researches for coordination methods in multi-agent system have a deficiency that they cannot solve correctly the cooperation problem between agents, which have different goals in dynamic environment. In this paper, we suggest the automatic coordination model for multi-agent system using neural network and reinforcement learning in dynamic environment. We have competitive experiment between multi-agents that have complexity environment and diverse activity. And we analysis and evaluate effect of activity of multi-agents. The results show that the proposed method is proper.

  • 2015년 우리나라 스마트폰 보급률이 83%에 다다르고 인터넷 정보 검색은 PC보다 모바일이 추월한지 오래다. 범람하는 정보 안에서 편하고 빠른 것에 익숙해진 사용자들은 이제 개인화된 맞춤형 추천 정보의 제공을 원한다. 맞춤형 추천을 위해서는 사용자의 행동을 이해하고 추천하는 것이 필요하다. 현재 대중화된 개인 추천 서비스는 책과 영화가 있는데 생활에 많은 부분을 차지하고 있는 음식점 방문에 대해서도 맞춤형 추천 서비스를 제공해 줄 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 음식점 방문에 대한 비슷한 태도를 보인 사용자를 추출한 후 방문했던 장소를 비교하여 추천하는 사용자 행동 기반 다속성 태도 모델 기반의 장소 추천 모델을 연구한다. 다속성 태도점수를 산출하기 위해 피쉬바인(Fishbein) 방정식을 활용하고 피어슨 상관계수를 이용하여 사용자들간의 유사한 장소를 추출했다. 그리고 그룹렌즈의 선호도 예측 알고리즘을 활용하여 추천 대상 장소를 선정하고 유클라디안 거리법으로 사용자의 거리기반 장소를 추천하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 실제 데이터를 이용한 실험을 통해 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템의 우수성도 입증하였다.

  • Since mid 90's, most of firms utilizing web as a communication vehicle with customers are keenly interested in web log file which contains a lot of trails customers left on the web, such as IP address, reference address, cookie file, duration time, etc. Therefore, an appropriate analysis of the web log file leads to understanding customer's behaviors on the web. Its analysis results can be used as an effective marketing information for locating potential target customers. In this study, we introduced a web mining technique using Clementine of SPSS, and analyzed a set of real web log data file on a certain Internet hub site. We also suggested a process of various strategies build-up based on the web mining results.
