인터넷은 그 탄생 이후로 점점 더 많은 사용자들을 가지게 되었으며, 이러한 사용자들로 인하여 인터넷으로 흘러나오는 정보의 양은 갈수록 더 많아지고 있다. 특히, 인터넷 게시판은 수많은 사용자들의 생각과 그들이 가진 정보를 교환하기 위하여 주요한 방법으로 사용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 웹 2.0을 활용하여 각각의 사용자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 인터넷 게시판을 설계한다. 설계될 인터넷 게시판은 사용자에게 제공되는 정보는 동일하지만, 각 사용자마다 설정된 정보에 의하여 정보의 분류가 다르게 이루어지도록 하여 자신이 원하는 정보를 보다 빠르게 검색할 수 있도록 하였다. 또한, 각 사용자는 개인 게시판을 생성하여 모든 사용자가 공유하는 게시판에서 자신에게 필요한 정보만을 자동으로 수집하여 저장할 수 있으며, 외부 RSS 피드들을 필터링하여 개인 게시판에 연결하거나, 자신만의 정보를 개인 게시판에 등록할 수도 있다. 위와 같이 방법들은 사용자가 약간의 정보를 미리 등록해 주는 것만으로 여러 게시판과 RSS 피드들로부터 자기가 원하는 최신정보들을 실시간으로 수집하여 개인 게시판에 저장해주며, 간단한 클릭 몇 번으로 게시판의 형태가 변경되어 각각의 사용자가 원하는 정보를 빠른 시간에 찾을 수 있도록 해주게 될 것이다.

인터넷 게시판을 통한 커뮤니케이션에서는 상호작용의 결과물이 지속적으로 남아 있어, 상호작용의 당사자뿐 아니라 나중에 참여하는 다른 이용자들의 게시판에 대한 지각에도 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 인터넷 게시판에서의 이용자들 간의 상호작용은 게시판의 기술적 형식이나 주제뿐 아니라 게시판에 있는 기존 이용자들의 메시지를 읽고 받은 인상에 따라서도 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 게시판의 익명성과 메시지의 전문성을 독립변인으로 한 $2{\times}2$ 실험설계에 따라 가상적 CMC 상황에서 피험자들이 영화 리뷰 게시판의 글을 읽도록 하였다. 게시판 기존 이용자 집단에 대해 받은 인상의 긍정성, 모호성, 전문성, 피험자 자신과의 지각된 유사성 및 해당 게시판에 대한 참여의사를 측정하였다. 결과, 전문성이 높은 메시지를 읽은 피험자들은 게시판의 기존 이용자들이 보다 전문적이라는 인상을 받았으며, 해당 게시판에 참여하고자 하는 의사를 더 많이 표시했다. 또한 기존 이용자들에 대한 인상의 긍정성과 유사성, 참여의사 사이에는 상관관계가 있었다. 이 결과는 인터넷 게시판 이용이 기술적 요인뿐만 아니라 게시판의 기존 이용자 집단에 대한 인상에 따라서도 달라질 수 있음을 시사한다.

Internet bulletin boards have been used to exchange their idea and information among Internet users. But the existing Internet bulletin boards can not satisfy user's personal view. In this raper, Web 2.0 based customized Internet bulletin board is to design. The proposed Internet bulletin board provides each user with personalized information which are established by user beforehand. So user can retrieve his interested information fast. Moreover user can generate his own personalized bulletin board to collect one's interested information automatically. The personalized bulletin board is connected to several Internet bulletin boards with RSS feeds.

최근 블로그나 인터넷 게시판과 같은 온라인 커뮤니티가 활발히 사용됨에 따라 댓글을 통해 자신의 의견을 적극적으로 나타내고자하는 이용자들이 계속해서 증가하고 있다. 실제 댓글 활동이 활발한 인터넷 게시판에서는 수천 개의 댓글이 달린 게시물도 심심치 않게 찾아볼 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 게시판의 글의 정보와 댓글을 이용하여, 댓글의 확장과 조회 수와의 상관관계에 대해 알아보았다.

Even though internet community is becoming the basic communication tool with rapidly changing internet environment, its damage is on the rise due to increasing spam messages of unspecified individuals. Currently, various methods to block spam mails, but studies on block spam messages from being automatically posted in community are still insufficient. This study suggested methods to block spam messages in internet community by collecting spam messages posted in internet community to analyze characteristics and frequencies of the messages and create block regulations. It collects spam messages of all messages saved in database of internet community, analyze the collected messages to create normalized rules that can define spam messages, and inspect spam messages among posted messages by using the regulations to block them. The suggested method has a structure that can block various types of spam messages by using information of spam messages collected and flexibly deal with changing spam message types.

최근 인터넷 게시판에서 사용자들의 토론과 논쟁이 큰 이슈가 되고 있다. 이러한 논쟁은 게시판을 읽는 사용자들에게 불필요 한 부분이거나, 혹은 관심을 보이는 부분이다. 만약 이러한 논쟁이 있는 구역을 게시판전체에서 논쟁지수를 계산하여 사용자에게 정보를 가져다준다면, 사용자가 직접 글을 파악하지 않고도 논쟁구역을 회피하거나 더 관심 있게 읽을 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 댓글 수나 조회 수 등의 개별적인 정보를 이용하여 파악하는 것이 아니라 글쓴이의 연속된 정보를 가지고 게시판의 특정 부분의 논쟁구역을 찾는 방법을 논하고자 한다. 그래서 논쟁이 있는 인터넷 웹 게시판 사용자들의 논쟁 밀도와 논쟁지수를 정의 하고, 이를 계산하는 방법에 대한 모델을 제시하고자 한다.

In recent years, the number of users who are actively express their opinions about Internet articles is more and more growing up, as the use of cyber community such as weblog or Internet discussion board increases. In fact, it is not difficult to find an article with hundreds of comments in famous Internet discussion boards. Most of the weblogs or Internet discussion boards present comments in the form of list and do not yet support even the basic operation such as searching comments. In this paper, we analysed large sets of comments in Internet discussion board named AGORA. It was found that from the result that the distribution of comment writers follows power-law. So we suppose a new search structure of comments using skip lists. The main idea of our approach is to reflect the probabilistic distribution properties of the commenters following the power-law to the data structure. Our empirical results show that the proposed method performs more efficient in searching the nodes with fewer number of comparison operations than logN, which is the theoretical time complexity of general indexed structure such as B-trees or typical skip lists.

사이버 공간은 개방성, 익명성, 탈중심성의 특성을 갖는다. 이러한 특성으로 인하여 긍정적인 측면과 부정적 측면이 동시에 나타나고 있다. 청소년들의 사이버 공간에서의 활동은 제공되는 정보를 단순하게 탐색하는 수동적 역할에 그치지 않는다. 청소년들은 자신의 의견을 제시하거나 정보를 제공하는 역할도 동시에 하고 있다. 이 과정에서 스스로 유해한 정보를 생산하거나 게시판에서 타인에게 해를 끼치는 행위가 발생하고 있다. 본 논문은 청소년들의 적극적인 정보제공 활동 시점에 발생하고 있는 정보화 역기능 현상을 해결하는 방안으로 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링에 의한 정보윤리 교육 기법을 제안한다. 인터넷 게시판에서 유해단어 필터링 기법은 초 중등학교 홈페이지 게시판에서 나타나는 부적절한 행동과 상대방에 대한 성적 모욕, 욕설의 사용, 상대방 비하 등에 관련된 유해단어를 추출하여 유해단어 사전을 구축하고 필터링하는 방법이다. 필터링 된 결과에 따라 글 쓰는 시점에서 정보윤리 컨텐츠를 제공한다. 이 기법을 학교 홈페이지 게시판에 적용한 결과 그렇지 않은 경우에 비하여 학생들의 글쓰기 자세와 글 내용이 바른 것으로 나타났다.

Today, Internet users can easily create and share the digital contents with others through various online content sharing services such as YouTube. So, many portal sites are flooded with lots of user created contents (UCC) in various media such as texts and videos. Estimating popularity of UCC is a crucial concern to both users and the site administrators. This paper proposes a method to predict the popularity of Internet articles, a kind of UCC, using the dynamics of the online contents themselves. To analyze the dynamics, we regarded the access counts of Internet posts as the popularity of them and analyzed the variation of the access counts. We derived a model to predict the popularity of a post represented by the time series of access counts, which is based on an exponential function. According to the experimental results, the difference between the actual access counts and the predicted ones is not more than 10 for 20,532 posts, which cover about 90.7% of the test set.

개인 게시판 및 웹 하드는 현재 인터넷에서 제공해주는 서비스 중에서 가장 많이 사용되는 서비스들이다. 이러한 서비스들을 인터넷 상에서 구현하게 되면 비용과 스펨 등의 문제점을 가지게 된다. 본 논문에서는 무선 공유기를 이용한 개인 게시판 및 웹 하드를 제안한다. 개인 게시판 및 웹 하드를 무선 공유기 상에서 구현하게 되면 무선 공유기가 가지는 장점으로 인해 비용 및 스펨 문제를 해결할 수 있다. 제안된 방법은 오픈 소스를 이용하여 구현하였고, 무선 공유기에 동작시키기 위해 축소된 프로그램들을 사용하였다. 구현 결과를 통해 제안된 방법이 인터넷을 이용하는 기존 방법에 비해 비용 및 스펨 측면에서 유효함을 확인하였다.
