Traditional language learning methods that are to understand and to memorize the English contents can only be obvious limitations. In this paper, we proposed the speaking-centered learning methods based on cognitive strategies and speech recognition considering the learner characteristics. We have designed and implemented the cognitive strategy-based speaking training system for acquisition elementary English vocabulary. We were divided into control group and the experimental group and applied to the system to analyze the learning effect. The result of Analysis, the proposed system is increased motivation and achievement of learners. In addition, the proposed system is improved an academic learning participation, Project accomplish, self-interesting and leadership skills. Through this study, we expect that students improve the ability of practical skills in speaking English.
The purpose of this study is to identify the image of the feel of the local festival visitors participated in local festivals, the local festival image Impact on vistor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation. In addition, empirically how the visitor's satisfaction impact on their revisit and intention of recommendation. Analysis showed that local festival image factor is derived by three factors, such as cognitive image factor, emotional image factor, facility image factor. All three factors ware seen as the important factors affecting the visitor's facilities satisfaction, but only emotional image of the three images was a factor affecting the visitor's operating satisfaction. Above all should be considered cognitive image Among the three images(cognitive images, emotional images, facilities Images) To enhance the visitor's revisit and intention of recommendation. In other words, it is important that the position of local festival be considered. Should try to raise the quality of cognitive images to improve the visitor's satisfaction, revisit and intention of recommendation at the same time.

The purpose of this study was to develop a group validation therapy(V/T) which could be implemented for the elderly with dementia in nursing home, and to evaluate the effectiveness of the program on cognition, ADL(Activity of Daily Living), depression, problematic behavior and QOL(Quality of Life). Subjects were recruited from 4 nursing homes in D city. The sample comprised forty elderly with dementia, capable of verbal communication. Each twenty were in an experimental and control groups. However, four elders with dementia dropped out in experimental and control groups due to personal affairs. Experimental group completed twelve consecutive group validation therapy sessions that combined centering, asking factual questions, rephrasing, identifying and using the preferred sense, asking the extreme, imagining the opposite, reminiscing, touching, maintaining eye contact and a caring tone of voice, observing, matching and expressing the emotion with emotion, using ambiguity, linking behavior with a basic human need, using music and mirroring techniques. Following the intervention, experimental group experienced a significant improvement in cognition, ADL, depression, and QOL. But it is a nonsignificant in problematic behavior on statistically. As a result, a group validation therapy should be applied as an effective and practical psychosocial intervention for the elderly with dementia.

The purpose of this study was to find out whether scientifically creative students were selected as science-gifted class students and whether their creativity improved after class for the science-gifted students by comparing the science gifted class students to general class students in the first grade of high school. This was achieved by comparing science-gifted class students with general ones on creative personality and creative thinking ability. For this study, science-gifted class students and general class students were surveyed using Khatena-Torrance creative perception inventory and Torrance test of creative thinking with words of form A, before and after class for the science-gifted group. The results showed that science-gifted class students scored significantly higher than general class students on the creative personality. However, there was no significant difference between the two groups in their creative thinking ability. Also, in this study, the sub-factors of creative personality and those of creative thinking ability showed very low levels of correlation, which implies that the two variables are highly independent. In addition, science-gifted class students did not show significant improvement in their scores on the creative personality and the creative thinking ability after class. Therefore, further research and development on the selection of science-gifted students and teaching-learning methods which can improve the creativity of these students are needed.
This study was to find factors affecting on recognition and performance of peripheral intravenous infusion management among pediatric nurses. In analysis using SPSS/Win 24.0, the average scores of recognition and performance were 3.34±0.39, 3.42±0.37 out of 4 each. 'Maintenance and exchange' and 'education' were the lowest each among subdomains. There're significant differences in recognition and performance according to working departments et. al.(p=.039, p<.001), and there's a positive correlation between recognition and performance(r=.591, p<.001). Factors affecting on recognition were performance(β=.57) and working department(β=.22), and on performance were recognition(β=.57) and educated experience(β=.19). And explanation rate were 41.2%, 41.4% each in stepwise multiple regression. In conclusion, recognition and performance were mutually influencing factors. Therefore, it is needed to increase performance by preparing measures to improve recognition of peripheral intravenous infusion management.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of cognitive rehabilitation programs using Virtual Reality(VR) content on the daily living abilities such as cognitive abilities, depression, and upper extremity functions of the elderly. The study group analyzed the effectiveness by separating the experimental group, which is the virtual reality cognitive rehabilitation application group, and the control group, the universal cognitive stimulation program application group. As a result of the study, the MMSE-K score improved by 13.0% in the experimental group and 2.3% in the control group. The improvement in each area of the experimental group was found to be 3.1% MBI, 7.1% MFT(Rt.), 3.5% MFT(Lt.), and 25.4% K-GDS. As a result of comparing the pre-post score change between each group, there was a significant difference between groups in daily living ability (p<.001) and MFT(Rt.)(p<.01). In addition, as a result of comparing the changes in absolute alpha waves to confirm the degree of depression through brain waves, there was no statistically significant difference. However, in the experimental group, it was confirmed that the average value increased to a positive value. This study is an experiment to verify the effectiveness of the cognitive rehabilitation program using virtual reality contents, and suggests a new intervention method to maintain and improve the daily life ability, cognitive function, depression and upper extremity function of the elderly.
This study was conducted by performing intensities aerobic exercise for 12 weeks, three times a week targeting 28 middle aged women. The purpose of this study was analyzing factors which affect cognitive function and changes of blood pressure, renin-aldosterone system, neurotransmitter, cognitive function and working memory after treatment. The participants were divided into three groups which are the control group(n=9, non exercise), moderate intensity aerobic exercise group(n=10, 50%V02max), high intensity aerobic exercise group(n=9, 70%V02max). The two-way ANOVA(repeated measure) and multiple regression analysis were carried out to target those three groups before and after treatment. The results were as follows like this. The moderate intensity aerobic exercise increased renin, brain derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF), cognitive function and working memory. Also, it reduced aldosterone, angiotensinII and aldosterone-renin ratio. The high intensity aerobic exercise showed increase BDNF, cognitive function and working memory and decrease systolic. As a result of a multiple regression analysis of factors affecting cognitive function after intensities aerobic exercise, the moderate intensity aerobic exercise affected diastolic blood pressure, decrease of aldosterone-renin ratio and working memory. Also, an increase of BDNF affected cognitive function, the high intensity aerobic exercise affected working memory BDNF and an increase of serotonin affected cognitive function. Therefore, It could be seen that more than moderate intensity exercise increase woman's cognitive function and working memory. Also, there were metabolic factors which affect the increase of cognitive function. To moderate intensity exercise, renin-aldosterone and working memory affected to increase of cognitive function. For high intensity exercise, BDNF and working memory affected to it.
