신제품 개발조직의 지식역량 향상에 관한 연구

  • 지식사회, 지식경제의 등장과 더불어 기업의 자원으로서 지식(knowledge)의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 마케팅 전략의 한 분야로서의 신제품 전략에서도 신제품 개발과정에 있어 기업(혹은 신제품 개발 팀)의 지식과 지식의 활용 능력을 어떻게 확장할 것인가가 중요한 전략적 이슈(issue)가 된다. 신제품 개발 과정에서는 필연적으로 불확실성-시장 불확실성과 기술 불확실성-이 존재하며 불확실성을 해소하기 위하여 정보와 지식의 중요성이 부각되고 기업내의 다양한 조직-특히 R&D, 생산, 마케팅-과의 지식공유·통합과정이 중요시된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 첫째, 기업이 가지고 있는 지식을 제품으로 구체화하는 과정이 신제품 개발(New Product Development; NPD)과정이며 구체화 과정에서 개발의 효율성과 효과성을 어떻게 달성할 것인가에 관한 문제를 다루고자 한다. 둘째, 기존의 신제품 성과 요인으로 제시되고 있는 많은 요인들을 '지식역량(knowledge competence)'의 개념으로 정리하고 이러한 지식 역량과 신제품 경쟁우위 간의 인과적 관계를 살펴봄으로써 신제품 경쟁우위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다. 셋째 신제품 개발조직의 지식역량을 향상시키기 위한 전략적 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이론적 배경으로 기업을 지식의 결집체로 인식하고 있는 지식거점관점(knowledge based perspective)과 이러한 지식자원의 활용에 초점을 맞춘 조직학습(organizational learning) 이론 그리고 심리학에서 다루고 있는 분산된 인지이론(distributed cognition theory)을 활용한다.

  • 디지털 핑거프린팅(Digital Fingerprinting) 기술은 워터마킹(Watermarking)기술의 한 분야로 콘텐츠에 구매자의 정보를 인지할 수 없는 방법으로 삽입한다는 측면에서 저작권을 위한 판매자의 정보를 삽입하는 워터마킹과 구분된다. 핑거프린팅 기술에서는 주로 구매자의 정보를 삽입하기 때문에 콘텐츠를 처음으로 유포한 구매자를 역 추적할 수 있는 기능(trace traitor)을 제공하는데 본 논문에서는 저작권 보호에 주된 초점이 맞춰져 있는 워터마크 기술을 응용, 핑거프린팅 기법을 사용하여 웹 서버를 통하여 핑거프린팅 기술의 조건을 충족시키는 방법으로 정보를 삽입하여 보여 지는 웹 페이지의 변화없이 판매자가 아닌 구매자(사용자)의 IP정보를 전송할 수 있는 알고리즘을 제안한다.

  • We can anticipate that animations will form one of the axes and lead popular culture in our future visual age. Recently, research has been actively conducted, but it mainly focuses on their value in culture industry or technologies and methods of producing animations. Of course, research that deals with animation characters has constantly come out. This study focuses on the 'formative elements' of 3D animation characters and attempts differentiation from other research by inducing new logic theoretically. Being freed from the research on characters that has been merely focused on theoretical grounds, this study intends to figure out how audience that is consumers who actually get to watch and feel animations recognizes them and find out related problems and also solutions for them. In particular, this study intends to examine the formative characteristics of 3D animation characters with the characters appearing in , one of the animations that have achieved artistic value as well as commercial success. And for that, the study conducted not only literature review but various surveys and Delphi method as well. Also, the researcher devised an analysis frame to evaluate the formative elements through in-depth discussion with experts. And with this, the study created the forms such as the Elements of Form, Formation Methods of Form and Visual Recognition Elements of Form, examined how audience recognized 3D characters. The process of recognizing an image is influenced by socio-cultural environment or sex, age, and the level of knowledge differently. This was meant to investigate current visual culture and the public's perspective through characters in that represent the visual mode.

A Study on the Use of Artificial Intelligence Speakers for the People with Physical disability using Technology Acceptance Model (기술수용모델을 활용한 지체장애인의 인공지능 스피커 사용 의도에 관한 연구)

  • Many people with disabilities have shown interest in artificial intelligence speakers that serves as the main hub of the smart home. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to identify the intention of people with disabilities to use such speakers. The focus is on those with physical disabilities, a segment that accounts for the largest number of disability types. Based on the theoretical model of technology acceptance, the effect of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness of artificial intelligence speakers by people with disabilities was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Research has confirmed that the technology acceptance model is suitable for identifying the intention to use artificial intelligence speakers by people with disabilities, and specifically that the perceived ease of use has a significant impact on usefulness. Furthermore, the perceived ease of use for people with disabilities did not have a statistically significant effect on their intent to use whereas the perceived usefulness was shown to have a significant effect on the same. This study is meaningful as a foundation for developing customized artificial intelligence speaker services and improving the use of artificial intelligence speakers by people with disabilities.

  • This study aims to examine the factors influencing the satisfaction of life, digital information competency, digital information utilization, awareness of future knowledge and information technology, the need for knowledge and information technology, confidence in new technology, and attitude to middle and old people classified as vulnerable to digital information. For the research, raw data of the digital divide survey were used in 2019. Studies have shown that digital information utilization varies depending on the level of awareness of the future intelligence information society. Group with high awareness of the future intelligence information society showed high ability to use information in various fields. The more people recognize the need for future intelligent information technology as a factor that affects the satisfaction of life among middle and high-aged people, and the more confident and active their confidence and attitude toward new technology, the higher their satisfaction with life. It is believed that a policy focusing on digital information capabilities and utilization will be needed to actively respond to changes in the environment of middle and old people from the perspective of digital inclusion.

The Effects of Group Coaching Program on Improving Metacognition Learning Ability for Adult Learners (성인학습자 대상 메타인지 학습능력 증진 그룹코칭 프로그램의 효과성 검증)

  • The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of a group coaching program to promote metacognitive learning ability in an academic context for adult learners enrolled at a distance university. The topics and objectives of the group coaching program focused on understanding and applying the elements of 'metacognitive knowledge', and each session was conducted online by integrating 'planing-monitoring-regulating', an element of 'metacognitive regulation', into the REGROW model of coaching. To verify the effectiveness of the program, research participants were recruited from adult university students enrolled in A Cyber University and assigned to the experimental and control groups. The experimental group was given the program, while the control group was given the program after the completion of the study. Metacognitive learning ability level and academic self-efficacy were tested before and after the program for both groups, and a satisfaction survey was conducted for the experimental group. Analyses of the data revealed that the experimental group showed higher scores on both the overall and sub-scales of perceived metacognitive learning ability and academic self-efficacy compared to the control group. Participants in the experimental group also reported high satisfaction with the program, increased knowledge of metacognition, awareness and application of metacognitive strategies, and found the group coaching approach beneficial. Based on these findings, implications, and suggestions for future research are presented.

Research study on cognitive IoT platform for fog computing in industrial Internet of Things (산업용 사물인터넷에서 포그 컴퓨팅을 위한 인지 IoT 플랫폼 조사연구)

  • This paper proposes an innovative cognitive IoT framework specifically designed for fog computing (FC) in the context of industrial Internet of Things (IIoT). The discourse in this paper is centered on the intricate design and functional architecture of the Cognitive IoT platform. A crucial feature of this platform is the integration of machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI), which enhances its operational flexibility and compatibility with a wide range of industrial applications. An exemplary application of this platform is highlighted through the Predictive Maintenance-as-a-Service (PdM-as-a-Service) model, which focuses on real-time monitoring of machine conditions. This model transcends traditional maintenance approaches by leveraging real-time data analytics for maintenance and management operations. Empirical results substantiate the platform's effectiveness within a fog computing milieu, thereby illustrating its transformative potential in the domain of industrial IoT applications. Furthermore, the paper delineates the inherent challenges and prospective research trajectories in the spheres of Cognitive IoT and Fog Computing within the ambit of Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT).

A Study on the Cognitive/Affective Personality and Experiential Factors Influencing on Smart Phone Users' Emotional Exhaustion and Education Performance (스마트폰 이용자의 정서적 소진과 학습 성과에 영향을 주는 인지·감성 성향과 사용 경험에 관한 연구)

  • Nowadays, organizations have adopted Smart Work to efficiently manage tasks, such as electronic document approval, customer management, and site inspection, without spatial-temporal constraints. Smartphones, which are commonly used in Smart Work, enable individuals to perform their jobs anytime and anywhere, thus blurring the boundary between work and non-work. To solve the problem of blurred work/non-work boundaries, a construct of self-control and affective factors needs to be considered because business style is changed from command to autonomy in the Smart Work context. Moreover, employees can convey their emotions easily over smartphones. Recent marketing studies have analyzed consumers' behavior based on the combination of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components, and researchers of information systems are also interested in these factors. However, previous research has some limitations, such as not classifying factors into cognitive, affective, and behavioral as well as not covering all three factors. Therefore, we explore the roles of cognitive, affective, and behavioral components in emotional exhaustion and education performance, and conduct a survey on undergraduate and graduate students, who are the major users of smartphones. Findings show that when individuals improve their cognitive capability (self-control) and usage experience (smartphone communication and internet usage), they can decrease emotional exhaustion and increase education performance. In the role of affective capability, increasing education performance is partially accepted. These results imply that organizations should not focus on controlling the usage of smartphones but on promoting appropriate smartphone usage.

  • Prior researches on Internet shopping have focused on cognitive, technological factors, but this research is focused on emotions experienced during internet shopping. Examines emotion types experienced during internet shopping and shopping mall characteristics influencing emotional response and effect of emotions on internet shopping behavior, specifically focusing on shopping motivation difference. The data, collected from a sample of 323 internet shoppers, indicate that emotion types experienced during internet shopping and shopping mall characteristics influencing emotional response and emotional response influencing internet shopping behavior are difference among shopping motivation. Theses results provide insights on internet shopping mall management according to shopping motivation.

  • This study examines influences of service employees' relational efforts on gratitude, indebtedness and purchase behaviors. The results follower like these. First, service employees' relational efforts have positive effects on gratitude(feelings of gratitude and gratitude-based reciprocal behaviors). And gratitude has a positive effect on purchase behaviors. Second, service employees' relational efforts have positive effects on indebtedness and indebtedness has a positive effect on purchase behaviors. It means gratitude and indebtedness can use marketing factors to influence on consumer behavior. But, indebtedness showed significantly close to the threshold, and the impact of indebtedness on purchase behaviors has the lowest than feelings of gratitude and gratitude-based reciprocal behaviors. Thus, it needs to be careful to use indebtedness as a marketing factor.
