The purpose of this study was to analyze the motivation of participation in the public library volunteers, and what factors influence on continuity and intensity of volunteer activity. It analyzed the questionnaires from 109 public library volunteers in Daegu Metropolitan City. First, public library volunteers were mainly participated by motivation for personal achievement and concerns on local welfare problems. Second, in case of the factors on the continuity and intensity of public library volunteer activity, four factors selected based on literature review had significant effects on each variables. Third, the loyalty on the public library newly investigated had also significant effects on the continuity and intensity of public library volunteer activity.

본 연구에서는 최근 기업의 인적자원에 대한 개발 ${\cdot}$ 육성이 더욱 강조되고 과거의 전통적 훈련방식에서 탈피하여 역량기반의 성과주의 인재육성으로 빠르게 변화하고 있는 기업 HRD 분야에서 보다 전문적이며 차별화된 모습으로 점차 변화되고 있는 역량기반의 기업 HRD 시스템의 사용자 만족도에 영향을 미치는 요인이 무엇인지 알아보았다. 실증연구 결과 인지된 이익, 사용자 특성 , 조직적 지원의 3개 요인 모두 사용자 만족에 영향을 미치는 유의한 변수로 나타났으며 특히, 인지된 이익이 사용자 만족에 가장 영향을 미치는 주요 요인으로 나타났다.

최근 학교 교육 현장에서는 교수-학습의 효과 극대화를 위하여 교육정보화 사업이 추진되고 있다. 이를 위하여 교육인적자원부는 컴퓨터 기반 수업(CAI)을 지원하고 특히 학습자가 인지적 구조를 구성할 수 있는 학습 환경 조성을 위해 우수한 교육용 소프트웨어를 개발 보급하여 활용할 수 있도록 지원하고 있다. 그런데 학교 현장에서는 소프트웨어 구입에 따라 매년 그 보유수가 늘어나고 있으며, 이에 따른 효율적인 교육용 소프트웨어 관리의 필요성이 증가되고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 교육용 소프트웨어를 교수 학습용 소프트웨어, 업무 지원용 소프트웨어, 시스템 관리 소프트웨어 3가지로 분류하여 등록하고 사용자별 사용 구분을 두어 보다 효과적으로 시스템을 사용할 수 있는 XML 기반 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

국제적으로 관심이 증가되고 있는 지구 온난화와 환경문제는 제조업체, 유통업체, 서비스업체 뿐만 아니라 교육현장에 있어서도 매우 중요한 이슈이다. 창의성 증진에 대한 기대로 성장하고 있는 로봇교육은 OECD 및 EU 국가정부의 환경영향 카테고리인 유독성, 비에너지 자원고갈의 문제와 연결된다. 본 논문에서는 r-Learning을 위한 교구로봇교육에서 환경이슈를 고려하는 미래지향적 Green UCR(User Created Robots)에 대한 이론적 개념을 정립하고자 한다. 그리고 교과부에서는 '친환경 그린스쿨 조성사업'을 추진하고 있는데, 창의성 증진뿐만 아니라 환경보호에 대한 인지적 교육 효과가 매우 큰 초등학교의 Green 로봇교육은 제대로 조명받고 있지 못하는 실정이다. 이에 국내외 Green 로봇 제품 및 교육 현황을 살펴보고, 국내의 초등 방과후학교 로봇교실에서의 연간 전국 건전지 사용실태 추정수치와 교사의 Green UCR에 대한 이슈를 조사하여 제시하고자 한다. 마지막으로 이를 토대로 업체, 교육기관, 정부를 위한 그린 UCR 교육 서비스를 위한 가이드라인을 제시한다.

Three experiments compared two hypotheses on visual selection; perceptual load hypothesis and dilution hypothesis. The perceptual load hypothesis predicts that perceptual load of task-relevant processing determines the level of task-irrelevant processing whereas the dilution hypothesis predicts that competition for limited-capacity attentional resource, not perceptual load, determines the locus of selection. To compare the two hypotheses, we investigated the influence of perceptual load in visual search on response interference by a distractor. Experiment 1 and 2 manipulated perceptual load by the set size of a search array and the colors of a target and non-targets, respectively. As a result, distractor interference decreased with a set size regardless of perceptual load. In order to further test the set size effect, Experiment 3 manipulated the perceptual categories of non-targets and a distractor. The results showed that distractor interference decreased only when non-targets belonged to the same category as a distractor. Overall, the current findings support the dilution hypothesis, but not the perceptual load hypothesis, and provide the evidence that visual selection is constrained by capacity-limited, category-specific attentional resources.

현재, 급격한 IT 기술 발전의 산물인 스마트 디바이스에서 발생되는 데이터의 양이 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 효율적으로 저장하기 위한 다양한 연구 및 기술 개발이 진행되고 있다. 이 중에 Desktop Storage Virtualization(DSV)은 비가용 데스크톱 스토리지 자원을 하나의 통합된 스토리지로 만들고 이를 스토리지 사용자 니즈에 따라 스토리지를 제공한다. DSV는 분산된 데스크탑의 비가용 자원을 통합함에 따라 신뢰성이 매우 중요시된다. 그러나 DSV 환경에서 산발적 서버다운 및 기타 장애시 대응체계가 미흡하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상황을 고려한 Server Selection Algorithm(SSA)를 제시한다. SSA는 서버 장애 발생시 대체 서버를 분산된 데스크탑이 적응적 인지 및 서버를 변경함으로써 고가용성을 제공한다.

지식사회, 지식경제의 등장과 더불어 기업의 자원으로서 지식(knowledge)의 중요성이 부각됨에 따라 마케팅 전략의 한 분야로서의 신제품 전략에서도 신제품 개발과정에 있어 기업(혹은 신제품 개발 팀)의 지식과 지식의 활용 능력을 어떻게 확장할 것인가가 중요한 전략적 이슈(issue)가 된다. 신제품 개발 과정에서는 필연적으로 불확실성-시장 불확실성과 기술 불확실성-이 존재하며 불확실성을 해소하기 위하여 정보와 지식의 중요성이 부각되고 기업내의 다양한 조직-특히 R&D, 생산, 마케팅-과의 지식공유·통합과정이 중요시된다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 첫째, 기업이 가지고 있는 지식을 제품으로 구체화하는 과정이 신제품 개발(New Product Development; NPD)과정이며 구체화 과정에서 개발의 효율성과 효과성을 어떻게 달성할 것인가에 관한 문제를 다루고자 한다. 둘째, 기존의 신제품 성과 요인으로 제시되고 있는 많은 요인들을 '지식역량(knowledge competence)'의 개념으로 정리하고 이러한 지식 역량과 신제품 경쟁우위 간의 인과적 관계를 살펴봄으로써 신제품 경쟁우위에 어떠한 영향을 미치는가에 대한 분석을 하고자 한다. 셋째 신제품 개발조직의 지식역량을 향상시키기 위한 전략적 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 이론적 배경으로 기업을 지식의 결집체로 인식하고 있는 지식거점관점(knowledge based perspective)과 이러한 지식자원의 활용에 초점을 맞춘 조직학습(organizational learning) 이론 그리고 심리학에서 다루고 있는 분산된 인지이론(distributed cognition theory)을 활용한다.

Ad hoc networks can be used under difficult conditions, where it is difficult to construct infrastructures, such as shadowing areas, disaster areas, war area, and so on. In order to support to considerable and various wireless services, more spectrum resources are needed. However, efficient utilization of the frequency resource is difficult because of spectrum scarcity and the conventional frequency regulation. Ad-hoc networks employing cognitive radio(CR) system that guarantee high spectrum utilization provide effective way to increase the network capacity. However, there is a problem that all CR user do not fairly use the primary user's idle bandwidth which has been sensed. In this paper, to solve this problem, we propose the spectrum sharing algorithm which uses the multiple orthogonal sequences based on the code division multiple access(CDMA). From the proposed algorithm, it is expected that system performance of CR based ad-hoc network is improved significantly and it can be applied to the implementation of CR based ad-hoc network system.

In this study, the student participation-centered class, which takes students' mathematical thinking as an important issues of the class, is named as student thinking-based math class. The main characteristics of student thinking-based mathematics classes were examined in terms of tasks, students engagement, and the role of teachers. According to the results of analysis of class cases practiced by five secondary mathematics teachers, student thinking-based mathematics classes were conducted in the intersection of the rich mathematics tasks, students' cognitive and social engagement, and the role of teachers' formative facilitator. The results of this study showed that the student's thinking is more important than the activity itself. And it is meaningful in that it examines the influence of the dynamic interaction of the three components of the mathematics class on the direction and outcome of the class.

The globalization of business is making it more important than ever to understand how international human resource can be utilized more competitively. This study explores how the international human resource strategies between global integration and local responsiveness affects the company's competitive advantage. The findings for global integration strategy suggest that when a subsidiary is highly dependent on the parent company's resources and the findings for local responsiveness suggest that when a subsidiary is highly dependant on the host country's resources and institution. This study proposes competitive advantage by the global integration strategy and local responsiveness strategy. The effects of IHRM to create value for company's core competence was analyzed. Two IHRM strategic choices will affect the different competences such as integration and localization abilities. This paper also suggests the two kinds of core competences of IHRM strategies how impact on company's performance.
