  • 본 연구에서는 기술수용모델과 혁신확산이론을 기반으로 스마트폰 혁신기술 저항에 관한 재사용 의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 한다. 외부변수는 기술수용모델의 인지된 유용성과 인지된 사용 용이성 그리고 혁신확산이론의 적합성과 복잡성을 4개 변수를 두고자 한다. 예측변수는 혁신저항 변수를 두고 재사용의도에 미치는 영향으로 하여 개념모델을 완성하였다. 또한 혁신저항 변수가 인지된 위험 요인을 매개하여 재사용의도에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구대상은 부산 경남지역 및 전북지역에 거주하는 스마트폰 사용자를 대상으로 설문을 통해 자료를 수집하고자 한다. 인구통계학인 분석은 IBM SPSS Statistics 19로 하고 확인적 요인분석과 변수들 간의 인과관계에 대한 경로분석은 Smart PLS를 사용하여 분석하고자 한다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 이론적 실무적 시사점을 제시하고자 한다.

The Effect of Public Service Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance: Focusing on the Mediation Effect of Person-Organization Fit (공공봉사동기가 직무만족 및 인지된 직무성과에 미치는 영향: 구성원-조직 적합성의 매개효과를 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the direct effects of PSM on job satisfaction (JS) and perceived job performance (PJP) in public institutions and to identify indirect effects of the mediator. In particular, we define the person-organization fit (POF) used as the mediator as the fitness of the personnel system and identify the influence of POF in the relationship between PSM, JS, and PJP. The questionnaires used in this study were conducted for the members of Changwon Public Health Center and empirical analysis using structural equation modeling was conducted and the following results were obtained. First, PSM in the integrated public service organization has a positive effect on JS and PJP. Second, PSM shows that JS and PJP of organization members are improved through mediating effect of POF. It can be concluded that PSM can improve JS and PJP through institutional fit between members and organizations.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the influence of exogenous variables on the intention to use AI speaker. An online survey was administrated to 305 AI speaker users in order to examine the effect of the personal characteristics (self-efficacy, innovativeness, suitability, and enjoyment) and social impact (social conformity and social image) on perceived usefulness and easiness. The results indicate that (1) self-efficacy and social conformity have positively effect on perceived easiness; (2) suitability and social image have positively effect on perceived usefulness whereas innovativeness has negatively effect on perceived usefulness; (3) perceived usefulness and perceived easiness have significant effect on the intention to use AI speaker.

Antecedents of Job Satisfaction and Perceived Job Performance in Public Organizations (공공기관 조직 구성원의 직무만족과 인지된 직무성과의 선행요인에 관한 실증 연구)

  • As the level of people's demand for service quality provided by public institutions increases, interest in improving organizational effectiveness of internal members is increasing. In this context, this study aims to identify the predisposing factors affecting the job satisfaction and perceived job performance of public institution members. In this study, public service motivation, work autonomy, and person-system fit were presented as antecedents to verify the organizational effectiveness, and the results were tested by regression analysis. As a result, all three antecedents have significant effects on job satisfaction and perceived job performance. Public service motivation, work autonomy has a relatively higher impact on job satisfaction. On the other hand, person-system fit has a relatively higher influence on perceived job performance. In particular, the results of this study confirmed that PSM theory is consistent with the main trends and is significant in organizations created through artificial integration. This result suggests the need to maintain the effectiveness of the public organization in the future due to the change of integration of public organizations.

  • 본 연구에서는 사용자의 질의에 대해 대답을 제시하는 질의응답시스템의 평가를 위한 테스트컬렉션을 구축하였다. 질의응답시스템 평가를 위한 테스트컬렉션은 207,067개의 문서, 90개의 질의, 각 질의에 대한 적합성 판정 집합으로 구성되어 있다. 문서집합은 신문기사로 SGML형식으로 가공되었고, 질의는 다양한 유형의 질의와 변형질의를 포함한다. 적합성 판정 집합은 각 질의에 대해서 문서에 대답을 포함하는지의 여부에 따라 적합/부적합으로 판정하였고, 적합한 문서에 대해서는 대답을 표시하였다. 본 연구를 통해 구축된 질의응답시스템 평가를 위한 테스트컬렉션은 질의응답시스템의 객관적인 신뢰성 평가를 위한 기반을 마련하였다.

Evaluating Impressions of Robots According to the Robot's Embodiment Level and Response Speed (로봇의 외형 구체화 정도 및 반응속도에 따른 로봇 인상 평가)

  • Nowadays, as many robots are developed for desktop, users interact with the robots based on speech. However, due to technical limitations related to speech-based interaction, an alternative is needed. We designed this research to design a robot that interacts with the user by using unconditional reflection of biological signals. In order to apply bio-signals to robots more effectively, we evaluated the robots' overall service evaluation, perceived intelligence, appropriateness, trustworthy, and sociability according to the degree of the robot's embodiment level and the response speed of the robot. The result showed that in terms of intelligence and appropriateness, 3D robot with higher embodiment level was more positively evaluated than 2D robot with lower embodiment level. Also, the robot with faster response rate was evaluated more favorably in overall service evaluation, intelligence, appropriateness, trustworthy, and sociability than the robot with slower response rate. In addition, in service evaluation, trustworthy, and sociability, there were interaction effects according to the robot's embodiment level and the response speed.

  • Based on literature relating to the theory of planned behavior(TPB) and the TAM, this study extends the applicability of the TAM in a mobile banking context, by adding one trust-based construct('perceived credibility') and two resource-based constructs('perceived efficacy' and 'perceived cost') and technical suitability constructs to the model, while paying careful attention to the placing of these constructs in the TAM's existing nomological structure. Data collected from 182 users in Korea were tested against the extended TAM, using the structural equation modeling approach. The results strongly support the extended TAM in predicting users intentions to adopt mobile banking. Several implications for IT/IS acceptance research and mobile banking management practices are discussed.

  • 본 연구는 기술수용모델(Technology Acceptance Model)을 기반으로 <클림트 인사이드(2017)>전시에서 사용된 <스토클렛 저택의 장식벽화(Stoclet Frieze)> VR 앱에 대한 인지된 유용성(이하 PU)과 인지된 이용용이성(이하 PEOU)의 평가에 초점을 맞추었다. VR 앱의 학습적합성(SFL)이 감상적합성(SFA)보다 높게 평가된 PU의 경우, 학습유용성(UFL)과 감상유용성(UFA)의 모든 요인이 만족도(DOS)에 긍정적인 영향을 미침으로써, 전시환경에서의 VR 앱의 학습에 대한 내적 동기 부여 및 감상 지원에 대한 잠재력이 확인되었다. 또한 PEOU의 모든 요인들은 DOS뿐만 아니라 DOI와도 유의미한 상관관계를 가졌다. 본 연구를 통해 TAM의 PU와 PEOU의 ATUA(DOS 및 DOI) 및 BITUA(ITRA(1) 및 ITRA(2))에 대한 영향력이 검증됨에 따라, 두 변수는 사용자의 VR 앱에 대한 기술 수용에 대한 예측을 가능케 했으며, 결론적으로 예술작품 원작을 재매개한 VR 앱에 대한 평가모델로써 TAM의 적합성이 입증되었다.

  • This study analyzed whether the suitability of strategy is playing a regulative role between IT characteristics & user characteristics and non-financial performance empirically. To this end, this study set up IT characteristics and user characteristics as independent variables, and set up non-financial performance as the performance variable of KMS, and also set up the suitability of the management strategy & informatization strategy of a business as moderating variables. This study defined the detailed factors in IT characteristics as IT maturity and IT/IS infrastructure while defining the detailed factors in user characteristics as perceived profit, organizing of learning, and user professionalism. In addition, this study defined non-financial performance as an organization member satisfaction, and KMS availability. As a result of the analysis, IT maturity & IT/IS infrastructure, which are defined as IT characteristics, and perceived profit, organizing of learning and user professionalism, etc., which were defined as user characteristics, were found to be variables playing a regulative role in non-financial performance.

A Study on User Satisfaction of PDA in Postal Service (우정 사업 본부 내 PDA 사용자 만족에 관한 연구)

  • This study investigates the influential factors for the user's satisfaction in usage of PDA in Korea Postal Services. This is the case of user's acceptance of information technology that organization mandatorily implements for the sake of employee's productivity. The factors examined in this study include system quality, information quality, perceived usefulness, user satisfaction, and compatibility with work. All these factors were found significant for users satisfaction. Especially, we notice the close relationship between compatibility with work, perceived usefulness, and user satisfaction in case of nonvolitional IT usage.
